At present, the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) measures the horizontal solar irradiation with time in 33 areas. Among these measured data, this study analyzed the tendency of applying the new analysis method by using the horizontal solar irradiation with the time which was measured in 18 regions across the country for ten years from 2005 to 2014. The method applied to the analysis is to compare the value of the annual total horizontal solar irradiance for one year with the value of that for the previous year of each year, and give +1 when it is higher than the reference ratio, 0 if it is within the reference ratio, and -1 when it is lower than the reference ratio. The characteristics of each region and nationwide characteristics according to the change of each reference ratio were evaluated and analyzed. Through the analysis results, the analysis method applied in this study could be well describe the characteristics of the solar irradiance during some years.

본 연구는 기업의 보유자원(역량) 기반 관점에서 기업이 필요로 하는 유망기술 도출 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 중소기업과 유망기술에 대한 고찰을 통해 중소기업이 필요로 하는 유망기술에 대해 개념적으로 정의하였다. 둘째로, 연구의 개념적 틀을 제시하고 X사의 사례 분석을 통하여 제시된 연구의 틀에 대한 유용성을 검증하였다. 기업이 진입해 있는 기술, 용도, 제품분야 키워드를 기준으로 기업의 진입영역을 대리하는 참조특허집합(reference patent set)을 구성하였다. 분석데이터는 참조특허집합을 두 단계까지 전방인용(forward citation)한 특허로 대상을 확장하여 구성하였다. 분석특허 풀에서 전문가가 선정한 키워드를 기준으로 클러스터 분석을 수행하고 클러스터의 활동성, 참조특허집합과의 관련성 지표를 기준으로 군집별 유망성을 분류하였다. 마지막으로 기업이 접근 가능한 영역에 대한 잠재 포트폴리오를 표현하고 기업이 단계적으로 접근가능한 유망영역, 모니터링 대상, 모니터링 제외대상 영역을 도출하였다.

The color television signal and color receivers should be balanced for the same value of reference white to achieve colorimetric fidelity and to minimize interference. The NTSC signal is balanced for white at 6774 K and most existing receivers are balanced between 6500 K and 10000 K for many reasons. In this paper, we analyze beam current ratio, lightness, and channel gain ratio according to the color temperature for the three-tube projection HDTV. We also propose the brighter reference white for the three-tube projection HDTV based on the Helmholtz-Kohlrausch effect and the optical resolution of the image. In computer simulation we confirmed the most suitable reference white using the proposed analysis method.

This paper describes a relationship of a space vector PWM and a sinusoidal PWM and presents that the space vector PWM can produce linearly the output voltage to the unity MI(modulation index). At first, reference angles and holding angles are derived from expanding a Fourier series of the reference voltage waveform and then the angles are used for the inverter switching to linearize transfer characteristics of the inverter. In addition, the harmonic components of the output voltage are analyzed and on-line control is shown to be feasible by approximating in piecewise-linearization the reference and holding angles versus the MI. In V/f control of the induction motor, it is verified by the experiment that the motor current is changed smoothly for the variation of the inverter input voltage and the change of the reference voltage.

The goals of this study are to investigate the feasibility of the reference state approach in determining the generalized soil-water characteristic curve that is essential for characterization of unsaturated soil behavior. The soil-water characteristic curves are obtained from a number of specimens of fine-grained residual soils compacted with different void ratios. Based on the experimental test results, the feasibility of using the liquid limit state as the reference state for predicting the soil-water characteristic curve are verified. Finally, through the regression analysis of experimental data using the equation of Fredlund and Xing (1994), a reliable method is proposed to predict the generalized soil-water characteristic curve of fine-grained residual soils using the liquid limit state as the reference.

This paper provides two types of engineering J estimation equations for cylinders with finite internal axial surface cracks under internal pressure. The first type is the so-called GE/EPRI type J estimation equation based on Ramberg-Osgood materials. Based on detailed 3-D FE results the GE/EPRI-type J estimation equation along the crack front is proposed and validated for Ramberg-Osgood materials. For more general application, the developed GE/EPRI-type solutions are then re-formulated based on the reference stress concept. The proposed reference stress based J estimation equation has good agreement between the FE results and the proposed reference stress based J estimation provides confidence in the use of the proposed method for elastic-plastic fracture mechanics of pressurised piping

디자인 패턴은 기존 소프트웨어의 설계 정보를 추상화하는 단위로 사용될 수 있다. 소프트웨어의 기능을 확장하기 위해 설계를 파악하고자 할 때 디자인 패턴의 인스턴스를 파악하는 것 만으로는 충분치 않을 수 있는데, 이는 기능의 확장이 일어나는 지점이 패턴 인스턴스 바깥에 존재할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 디자인 패턴의 핵심적인 구조를 구성하는 과정으로서 레퍼런스 흐름을 정의하였으며, 레퍼런스 흐름을 이용하여 패턴의 확장 지점을 찾아내는 방법을 제시하였다.

Less than 3% of India's food basket, consists of processed food, therefore processed food can be viewed as an innovation or new product to Indian consumers. This research investigates the effects of product familiarity and reference groups on Indian consumers' attitudes and purchase behavior of new processed food products. For the study, the model is developed by modifying Cambel and Goodstein's (2001) "Moderate Incongruity Effect" to include important cross-cultural influences on attitudes and purchase decisions among Indian consumers. Empirical analysis was conducted through structural equation modeling (SEM). SEM results indicated that reference group influence has a stronger positive effect on consumers' attitudes and actual purchase behavior of more familiar processed foods than of less familiar processed food. In addition, attitudes have a stronger positive effect on consumers' actual purchase of more familiar than of less familiar processed foods.

The Korean nationwide differential global positioning system (NDGPS) reference station transmits a global positioning system (GPS) enhancement signal using minimum shift keying modulation with a 200 bps data rate. The ocean-based DGPS covers the service area of 100 NM with 300 W output power; on the other hand, the land-based DGPS transmits the output power of 500 W, which covers the service area of 100 km. The DGPS reference stations with high output power can radiate spurious signals, which may act as interference sources affecting the other DGPS reference stations or the wireless ground stations that utilize the medium frequency band. In this paper, the radiation spectrums of the DGPS reference stations are measured and analyzed in the spurious domain. The DGPS radiation spectrums are evaluated from the perspective of the interference effect.

A calibration curve is needed to determine the SBR and BR blend ratio of SBR/BR blend rubber compounds using pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass chromatography (Py-GC/MS) or Py-GC. In general, a calibration curve is obtained using reference SBR/BR vulcanizates with various blend ratios. In this study, the calibration curves were obtained using reference samples made of rubber solutions and were compared to those plotted using the reference SBR/BR vulcanizates. Calibration curves using variations of 1,3-butadiene/styrene, 4-vinylcyclohexene (VCH)/styrene, 2-phenylpropene (PhP)/butadiene, PhP/VCH, 4-phenylcyclohexene (PhCH)/butadiene, and PhCH/VCH ratios with the BR content were examined for the suitability. We found that the calibration curves obtained using the mixed rubber solution references (1,3-butadiene/styrene and PhP/butadiene) could replace those constructed using the reference SBR/BR vulcanizates. The calibration curves of 1,3-butadiene/styrene and PhP/butadiene obtained using the raw references can be used for the determination of the SBR/BR blend ratios by applying some correction factors.
