건설기계류 소음 특성 (Characteristics of Construction Machinery Noise)

  • The construction noise has been considered as one of environment pollution and complaints about it have been increasing every year. In order to reduce construction machinery noise, the product noise labeling for construction machinery has been recommended since 1 February 1996 and in the near future the government will convert the recommended product noise labeling to the mandatory product noise labeling fir high noise construction machinery. Therefore, we investigated the noise and vibration level of 302 construction machines and the effect of noise reduction for the soundproof facilities in construction work sites to support the policy of the government. Additionally, we present the basic data that will be used for setting the standard of construction machinery noise and predicting the noise level near construction work sites in environmental impact assessment.

무한 평판 주위에 형성된 수중 기포층의 방사소음 감소 효과 (Noise Reduction Effect of an Air Bubble Layer on an Infinite Flat Plate)

  • The mixture sound speed in bubbly fluids is highly dispersive due to differences of the density and compressibility between bubbles and fluids. The dispersion range in bubbly fluids expands to a higher frequency than the resonance frequency of an air bubble. A theoretical model was developed to compute the reduction of radiation noise that is generated by a force applied on an infinite flat plate using a bubble layer as a compliant baffle. For evaluating the effectiveness of a bubble layer in reducing the structure-borne noise of an infinite elastic plate, the noise reduction levels for various parameters such as the thickness of bubble layers, the volume fractions and the distribution types of bubbly fluids are calculated numerically. The noise reduction effect of an air bubble layer on an infinite flat plate is considerable level and similar to the tendency of dispersion of bubbly fluids. It is recommended that the thickness of a bubble layer should be increased with keeping an appropriate volume fraction of an air bubble for the most effective reduction of the radiation noise.

Ride Quality Investigation of Passenger Cars on Different Road Conditions

  • Objective: The ride qualities of the six passenger cars were evaluated in 4 subjects on the highway and uneven road. The relation between vibration with driving velocity and driving posture were also investigated separately. Background: Ride comfort plays an important role in the vehicle design. Vibration is the one of the principal components associated with ride comfort. Method: The acceleration of the foot, hip and back were measured using B&K accelerometers in this study. The velocity of the passenger cars was maintained at a constant speed of 80km/h on the highway and 40km/h on the uneven road. For evaluating the effects of driving velocity and driving posture on vehicle's vibration level, separate experiments were performed on the highway with 5 different vehicle speeds and 5 different backrest angles, respectively. Results: The overall ride value of the luxury car showed the best result while the smaller car showed the worst value on the highway. On the uneven road the overall ride value level was increased 75~98%. All the vehicles had the SEAT value less than 1. Faster the velocity lowers the SEAT value. The ride quality in terms of vibration gets worst when the backrest angle increased. Conclusion: The smaller car had a first mode at the higher frequency and showed higher vibration level. SEAT value was mostly affected by the seat property not by vehicle. We ranked the luxury car seat had a best vibration reduction quality than others based on SEAT values. When the driving velocity increased, the overall ride values were increased proportionally and the SEAT values were somewhat decreased. 스텝핑 모터 특성에 따른 2축 짐발 안테나 시스템의 미소진동 측정 시험 (Micro-vibration Test on a Two-axis Gimbal Antenna System with Stepping Motors)

  • A 2-axis gimbal system is one of main disturbance sources affecting image jitter response of a satellite. The gimbal system comprises azimuth stage and elevation stage, and these pointing mechanism can be rotated by stepping motors about its azimuth and elevation axes simultaneously. Because of the complex and coupled dynamic motion of the gimbal system, its moment of inertia and structural modes can be changed according to the system configuration, and thus the gimbal system generates complicated and non-linear disturbance characteristics. In order to improve the jitter response of a spacecraft, it is an indispensable process to reduce the micro-vibration disturbance level of the antenna system. In the present research, a 2-axis gimbal system was manufactured and then its micro-vibration test was performed in terms of two types of stepping motors(2-phase and 5-phase). The test results show that the disturbance level of the gimbal system can be reduced by replacing the 2-phase stepping motor with the 5-phase one, and the average disturbance attenuation ratio is 56 % in peak level and 48 % in standard deviation level. The experimental results confirm that it is an efficient jitter reduction method to adopt a high-phase stepping motor.

  • Acoustic holography is adopted in identifying the noise sources of a vehicle's underbody. Wind noise from a vehicle's underbody accounts for a large portion of the overall noise level due to the complex flow structure. Current study presents the development process of acoustic holography in the vehicle underbody, and discusses the results obtained using the method. Difficulties associated with using acoustic holography as well as the implication of the results regarding future noise reduction possibilities are discussed.

  • In this paper a simulation program is developed to abate the aircraft noise in the buildings near the airport. This indoor aircraft noise prediction computer program, which is based on the various data and measured results, is useful for the understanding the noise reduction efficiency of the existing buildings as well as for the effective noise abatement method to keep the optimum indoor level for quiet environment.

저심도 터널과 인접한 방진벽의 지반진동 저감효과 (Vibration Isolation of Wave Barriers Constructed Near a Shallow Tunnel)

  • 본 논문에서는 계측자료와 해석방법의 조합에 의하여 지반진동을 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다. 평가방법의 기본개념은 FRA(Federal Railway Administration)에서 발간한 진동상세평가 매뉴얼에서 제시한 방법과 유사하나 구체적 평가방법은 다양한 유형의 방진벽의 진동저감 효과를 용이하게 평가할 수 있도록 수정되었다. 터널바닥에 작용하는 하중밀도(force density)는 해당선로의 차량 및 궤도조건을 잘 고려할 수 있는 차량-궤도 상호작용해석에 의하여 산정하였다. 지반진동의 전파유동성(transfer mobility) 2차원 지반진동해석을 통하여 평가하였다. 지반진동의 2차원 해석은 각 모델간의 상대비교에 있어서는 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있으나 절대치 평가는 어렵다. 따라서 여기서는 사전에 계측된 자료와 해석결과의 비교를 통하여 실제 지반진동 전파특성을 반영할 수 있도록 계산된 전파유동성을 보완하였다. 정립된 진동평가방법을 적용하여 실제 진동민원문제가 크게 발생하였던 도시철도 저심도 터널구간을 대상으로 9가지 유형의 방진벽의 진동저감 효과를 분석하였다.

선하역사의 슬래브 진동에 의한 소음방사 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Noise Characteristics Induced by Slab Vibration for the Elevated Railway Station)

  • 궤도가 역사의 상부에서 연결되는 선하역사 형식의 경우 일반 역사 구조형식과 달리 진동이 직접 전달되는 구조적 특성으로 인하여 진동 및 소음레벨이 타 형식의 역사와 대비하여 상대적으로 높은 상황이다. 따라서 구조물 진동과 이로 인해 발생되는 구조물 기인 소음에 대한 특성 파악과 그 결과를 활용한 저감 방안의 수립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 슬래브와 진동을 절연시키는 구조형식의 플로팅 슬래브에 대하여 외력에 의한 가진 시 발생하는 구조적 진동과 이로 인한 구조물 기인 소음의 상관성을 고찰하고자 실험과 해석을 수행하였다. 표준형 및 플로팅 슬래브를 제작하여 가진함으로써 진동응답과 소음을 계측하였고, 수치해석, 유한요소법과 SEA 기법을 활용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다, 실험 및 해석을 통하여 슬래브의 동적 구조적 특성, 구조물 진동과 소음의 상관성, 플로팅 슬래브의 저감 효과 등에 관한 결과를 도출하였다.

불평형 회전체의 정적평형 방법에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Static Balancing Method of an Unbalanced Rigid Rotor)

  • 회전체를 내포하는 회전기계에서 진동의 근원은 불평형 질량이다. 본 여구에서는 정적평형 방법을 이용하여 돌출 회전축에 설치된 회전체의 평형을 바로 잡았으며, phase angle method 와 four run method로부터 보정 질량을 산정하였다. 또한, 평형잡이 전후의 진동의 감쇠를 조사하였다. 실험결과 불평형 질량에 의해 발생하는 진동은 불평형의 효과를 제거함으로써 감쇠됨을 확인하였다. 특히 불평형 질량이 작을 때, 진동의 감쇠력에서 four run method가 phase angle method 보다 더 유효함을 입증하였다.
