인공지능 인사담당자와 인간 인사담당자에 대한 잠재적 입사지원자들의 인식 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Potential Job Candidates' Perceptions of an AI Recruiter and a Human Recruiter)

  • 최근 들어 인공지능이 인사선발 업무에서 활용되고 있으며, 인공지능이 인사선발 결정을 할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간이 채용하는 절차와 인공지능이 채용하는 절차를 비교하여 인공지능 인사담당자에 대한 잠재적 입사지원자들의 인식을 파악하였다. 대한민국의 대학생들을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 집단 간 설계(between-group design) 방식으로 2가지 시나리오(인간 인사담당자 vs 인공지능 인사담당자)를 제시하고 채용 절차에 대한 만족도, 절차공정성, 인사담당자에 대한 신뢰, 그리고 정당세상믿음을 측정하였다. 그 결과 잠재적 입사지원자들은 인공지능이 채용하는 절차를 인간이 채용하는 절차보다 더 만족했고, 더 공정하다고 인식하였으며, 인공지능 인사담당자를 인간 인사담당자보다 더 신뢰하였다. 또한 세상이 정당하다고 믿는 정도에 따라 인간과 인공지능에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 연구 방향성을 제시하였다.

소말리아 정부와 테러조직 간 권력구도 변화 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Changing Factors of the Power Transition among the Gov ernments of Somalia and Terrorisms)

  • 본 논문의 연구목적은 소말리아 연방(지방)정부와 테러조직 간의 권력구도 변화를 분석하여, 테러 집단들의 권력 확대를 가능하게 하는 요인들을 정리해 내는 것이다. 이를 위해, 모겐소, 오간스키, 그리고 홀스티의 이론에서 권력구도 변경에 영향을 미치는 요인들인 조직의 설립목적 및 배경, 활동 중점 및 방향, 조직 힘의 변화(외부 지원 군사력), 활동에 대한 대중의 지지 등의 독립변수를 추출하여, 분석의 틀을 만들었다. 이를 기초로 2012년 8월 소말리아 연방정부 시점부터, 2019년 8월까지 연방정부, 소말릴란드, 푼트란드, 알 사뱌브, ISIS 간 권력구도를 분석한 결과, 연구 종점의 연방정부의 권위는 약화된 반면, 무정부 갈등과 얄 샤바브, ISIS 권력지역은 오히려 확대되어 있었다. 이런 과정에서 나타난 현상과 사건들에 기초하여, 분석의 틀에서 제시한 요인들은 강력한 연방정부 수립 지연과 그로 인한 국가 자국군 역량 부족, 미국, 영국 등 외부 지원국 군사력의 효율적 사용제한, 테러단체 간 협력 및 반목 지속, 소말리아 내 뿌리 깊게 형성된 종교 및 사회적 전통인 이슬람법에 기초한 테러단체들에게 유리한 은신환경, 경제상황 낙후로 인한 병력 모집의 용이성, 무능한 정부보다는 테러단체들의 목표 및 행위에 대한 대중의 지지형성 등으로 소말리아 권력구도 변화에 맞게 구체화할 수 있었다. 이들 요인들은 연방정부와 테러단체 간 갈등 해결을 어렵게 만들어 소말리아내 무정부 상태를 지속시키는 원인으로 작용하고 있었다.

중등교사임용시험 공업계열 교과교육학 문항분석 (An Analysis of Industrial Education Discipline Items in the Examination for Appointing Secondary School Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 임용시험에서 공업교과교육학 문항의 출제 경향과 문제점을 파악하고 구체적인 개선방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 2002학년도부터 2011학년도까지 공업계열(건설, 기계 금속, 전기 전자 통신, 화공 섬유) 임용시험 전공영역평가 중 교과교육학 문항을 대상으로 문항 분석을 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공업교과교육학 출제 문항수와 배점 비율을 살펴 본 결과, 2002-2004학년도, 2005-2008학년도, 2009-2011학년도를 분기로 공업교과교육학의 비중이 증가하였으며, 최근 2010학년과 2011학년에는 출제 문항수와 배점이 모든 공업교과에서 통일된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 2002-2011학년도까지 공업교과교육학 하위영역별 문항의 배점 비율을 분기별로 분석한 결과, 분기별로 교과교육학 관련 문항 수가 증가함에 따라 다양한 공업교과교육학 하위영역의 문항들이 출제되었고, 최근에는 하위 영역들 중 2개 이상의 영역이 포함된 '복합' 영역 문항의 출제 비율이 높아졌다. 셋째, 교수내용지식의 관점에서 2009-2011학년도까지 과학교과군(공통과학, 물리, 화학, 생물, 지구과학)의 교과교육학 문항과 공업교과교육학 문항의 내용을 분석한 결과, 교수내용지식의 반영 비율이 공업교과군의 경우에 해마다 증가하고는 있으나, 과학교과군에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

반하(半夏) 약침액(藥鍼液)이 사람 기관지 상피세포의 TARC 분비에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma Herbal Acupuncture on the Release of Thymus and Activation-Regulated Chemokine(TARC) in Human Bronchial Epithelial Cell)

  • 사람 기관지 상피세포에 알러지 환경을 유발 하고자 사이토카인을 처리하여 TARC의 분비를 유도하고, 이 케모카인 분비에 반하(半夏) 약쇄액(藥鎖液)이 미치는 효과를 실험한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 사람의 기관지 상피 세포주에 각각 IL-4, TNF-${\alpha}$, IFN-${\gamma}$ 및 IL-$1{\beta}$를 처리하는 경우와 IL-4와 TNF-${\alpha}$, INF-${\alpha}$와 IFN-${\gamma}$, IFN-${\gamma}$와 IL-$1{\beta}$를 병용 처리할 경우 TARC의 분비량를 측정한 결과 IL-4와 TNF-${\alpha}$와 TNF-${\alpha}$와 IFN-${\gamma}$를 병용 처리하였을 경우 TARC의 분비량이 유의하게 증가하였다. 2. 반하(半夏) 약쇄액(藥鎖液) 처리군의 24시간 및 48시간에서 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 관찰할 수 있었다. 3. 반하(半夏) 약쇄액(藥鎖液)에 의한 TARC 분비억제를 관찰 한 결과 농도의존적인 분비 감소 효과를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 4. MTT assay법을 이용한 세포 독성 측정에선 대조군과 반하(半夏) 약침액(藥鍼液) 처리군간에 유의성이 없었으므로 50, 100 및 200${\mu}g/m{\ell}$의 농도에선 세포독성이 없었음을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이에 반하(半夏) 약광액(藥鑛液)은 TARC 케모카인 억제를 통해 천식에 대한 치료효과를 나타낼 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.

농업 기술 전파 커뮤니케이션에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Communication of Agricultural Innovation)

  • This study reports on a comparison between the Korean diffusion of agricultural innovation or extension service and the cooperative extension service in the United States of America. It focuses on relevant differences between the two systems and provides recommendation for improvement of the Korean system to insure success in important areas related to the diffusion of agricultural innovations. After a comparative study on diffusion of innovations it is clear that: in order to have a productive agriculture that makes effective and efficient use of natural resources and helps achieve sustainability goals, a mechanism that delivers knowledge to agricultural communities must be established and maintained. This mechanism is clearly an agricultural extension service that is cooperatively funded by federal, state and local governments and that insures participation of constituents in the process of establishing priorities and evaluating achievements. The success of US agriculture, the most productive in the world, is to a large degree to the Cooperative Extension Service. Based on the results of this study and the differences of the United States and Korea, the following recommendations should be emphasized for more effective communication for agricultural innovation and rural development in Korea: 1) In order to insure that extension educators are high caliber professional individuals, it is important to establish a system that nationally recognizes these individuals as such, and that provides a professional development path. 2) The results of the decision of transfer of extension educators to local governments has not yielded positive outcomes, especially in terms of professional status. It is clearly demonstrable that valuable professionals are leaving the service, that local governments do not have the will and resources to implement a successful extension program. 3) Because of the critical importance of diffusing innovations to agricultural producers in order to insure and quality and steady food supply, it is of critical importance that these issues be addressed before the extension service is further deteriorated. Given the cement situation, it is clear that the extension service should become nationally supported again in cooperation with local and state governments and that extension professionals be given appropriate rank at the national level, commesurate with their peers in research and teaching. 4) The common current committee practice of lengthy reporting and short discussion needs to be changed to one that results in char, brief and substantive action oriented goals. Joint participation by researchers, extension educators and farmers should be encouraged in planning, implementation and evaluation of communication for agricultural innovations. Roles and functions of committees for institutional cooperation, and or agricultural extension committees should be enlarged. 5) Extension educators should be encouraged to adopt new communication technologies to improve their diffusion of innovations methods. Agricultural institutions and organizations should be encouraged to adopt farmer-first and or client-oriented approach in agricultural extension and diffusion of agricultural technologies. The number, complexity and rapid change of information in agricultural extension require the development of a computer based information and report system to support agricultural extension. 6) To facilitate and expand the further development of communication for agricultural innovation and rural development, agricultural communication programs in universities especially in colleges of agriculture and life sciences. 7) To strengthening the sense of national and social responsibility communication for agricultural innovation and rural development among students in agricultural colleges and universities through participation in learning activities by proactive recruitment. 8) To establish and reinforce a policy that insures participation in communication for agricultural innovation and regal development activities. 9) To improve further development of communication for agricultural innovation and rural development in Korea, more research activities should be encouraged.

한방간호 관리체계 연구 (Summary and Conclusion Title :Oriental Nursing Management System)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the present conditions of nursing investment contents, its conversion process, and output in Oriental University Medical Center, Korea to get good qualified Oriental nursing result which is the ultimate purpose of the Oriental nursing management, and to develope a matrix of Oriental nursing management system on the basis of that project. The subjects for nursing investment and output contents were eighteen nursing directors in eleven Oriental University Medical Center and two hundred thirty-nine nurses with three years and over experience in Oriental medical center. The subjects for Oriental nursing organization, human affair management, and control function were nineteen Oriental medical center in Oriental University Medical Center, Korea. Data were collected from November, 2002 to February, 2003 with questionnaire. Data analysis was done by SPSS PC+ 12 program. Frequency, percentage, and minimum/maximum values were used for investment contents, and frequency and percentage were used for conversion process and output contents. 1. The input factors of oriental nursing management system The objective's western hospital career was over five years of one hundred and seventy-five(73.2%) persons. Nursing in-service education was performed in fourteen hospitals(77.8%). Two hundreds(83.7%) were pro to oriental nurse system. Only four hospitals(22.2%) had independent budget in nursing division. Nursing staff allocation to the bed was from 2.8:1 to 9.06:1 respectively, with a big gap of the rate following the hospitals. 2. The conversion factors of oriental nursing system 1) Oriental nursing system Oriental hospital nursing system was organized independently in ten hospitals among eighteen hospitals. The recruitment of nurses which was a vital role of the nursing division of the hospital was mostly(79%) opened. The education to develope nursing personnels was through in-service one in 97.4%. Education for oriental nursing and management was performed in 42.1%(eight hospitals) and that for reserves was done in 36.8%(seven hospitals). Administration for nursing education by nursing division was 68.5%(thirteen hospitals). The post education evaluation was performed by report submission in 36.8%(seven hospitals), by written examination in 26.3%, by questionnaires in 21.1%, and by lecture presentation in 15.8% subsequently. The directorial meeting for the nursing directors was attended by 84.2%(sixteen hospitals), and the meeting type was the medical executive and support division executive meeting in 55.6%(ten hospitals) and the personnel management in 39.6%(seven hospitals). 2) The actual conditions of oriental nursing personnel management The reason of working in oriental hospital was by voluntary in 67.1%(a hundred and sixty persons), by nursing department order in 28.0%(sixty-seven persons), and by others in 5.0%(twelve persons) respectively. The shift form was a three-shifts one in 94.7%(eighteen hospitals), a two-shift one in only one hospital. Duty assignment was functional in 52.6%(ten hospitals), team and functional in 26.3%(five hospitals) and no team alone. Promotion manual was present at 68.4%(thirteen hospitals) and the competency essentials comprised of performance evaluation in 79%, interview, written examination, training result, study result subsequently. No labor union existed in 79%(fifteen hospitals) 3) Oriental nursing preceptor system There were five oriental hospitals(27.7%) administering the preceptor utilization model, which showed lower rate than the twenty-two medical university hospitals in Seoul in which fifteen hospitals (72.7%) were having the system. To the question of necessity of oriental nurse system asked to the objectives of two hundred and thirty-nine with more than three year-experience in oriental hospital, two hundred persons(83.7%) answered positively. 4) The control of oriental nursing The evaluation results from the target hospitals were mostly not opened in 89.4% of oriental hospitals. Thirteen hospitals(68.3%) had evaluation system of direct managers and the next were three hospitals(15.8%) of direct managers and selves. There was one hospital(5.3% each) where fellows and superiors, fellows, and inferiors' evaluation was performed and no hospital where superiors, fellows, inferiors and selves, and superiors, fellows and selves' evaluation was performed. The QI activity of nursing was 42.1%(eight hospitals) for nursing service evaluation, 36.8% for survey of ECSI, 26.3% for survey of ICSI, 15.8% for medical visit rate, 10% for hospital standardization inspection in sequence. 3. The output factors of oriental nursing management system The job satisfaction appeared good in general, indicating very good in thirty-seven persons (15.7%), good in one hundred and fourteen persons (48.3%) and fair in eighty-five persons(36.0%).

Family History of Cancer and Head and Neck Cancer Risk in a Chinese Population

  • Background: The aim of this study was to investigate whether family history of cancer is associated with head and neck cancer risk in a Chinese population. Materials and Methods: This case-control study included 921 cases and 806 controls. Recruitment was from December 2010 to January 2015 in eight centers in East Asia. Controls were matched to cases with reference to sex, 5-year age group, ethnicity, and residence area at each of the centers. Results: We observed an increased risk of head and neck cancer due to first degree family history of head and neck cancer, but after adjustment for tobacco smoking, alcohol drinking and betel quid chewing the association was no longer apparent. The adjusted OR were 1.10 (95% CI=0.80-1.50) for family history of tobacco-related cancer and 0.96 (95%CI=0.75-1.24) for family history of any cancer with adjustment for tobacco, betel quid and alcohol habits. The ORs for having a first-degree relative with HNC were higher in all tobacco/alcohol subgroups. Conclusions: We did not observe a strong association between family history of head and neck cancer and head and neck cancer risk after taking into account lifestyle factors. Our study suggests that an increased risk due to family history of head and neck cancer may be due to shared risk factors. Further studies may be needed to assess the lifestyle factors of the relatives.

직업성 피부질환에 대한 현황 파악 및 관리 대책 수립을 위한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Management Methods about Occupational Dermatoses)

  • Occupational dermatosis is one of the most prevalent occupational disorders. However, the extent of the occupational dermatoses including incidences and prevalencies of each disease entity, and etiologic materials are not yet welt stated in Korea. Authors reviewed the literatures on the statistic data and reports on the occupational dermatoses, and surveyed on the occupational dermatoses in two factories, and surveyed the physicians responsible to the occupational dermatoses with formed questionnaire. The results are as follows; 1. Among medical journals published since 1964, there were 31 articles on the occupational dermatoses. Of 31 articles, 18 were case reports and all others were review articles. Of 18 case reports, 9 were epidemiologic survey. The Workers' Periodic Health Examinations revealed that prevalence of the occupational dermatoses was highest(4.36 per 10,000 workers) in 1974, but number of the cases reported were decreased sharply since 1978 with some tendency to increase since 1981. There were 2,240 reported cases of occupational dermatoses between 1966 and 1992, which is 1.90% of all the reported occupational diseases. Skin infection and injuries due to chemicals were most frequent and there were 6 cases of skin cancer. 2. In an epidemiological survey on the dermatoses among 995 workers in a metal product manufacturing factory and 225 workers in a coal chemical factory, there were 794 with dermatomycosis, 296 workers with acne, 130 workers with scar, 123 workers with deformity of toe nails. Scars, photosensitivity dermatitis, deformity of finger and toe nails, and acne were more prevalent in the metal product manufacturing factory(p<0.05). In the metal prouct manufacturing factory, workers treating organic solvents and oils had more dermatoses than those without treating the materials(p<0.05). On the skin patch performed on 16 workers in the metal product manufacturing factory, there were 8 cases of irritation dermatitis and 5 cases of contact dermatitis. Prevalence of contact dermatitis in the metal product manufacturing factory was 1.3%. 3. On the questionnaire survey, 34 dermatologists, 29 doctors of preventive medicine, and 22 family physician replied. The proportion of occupational etiology among all dermatoses assumed by the physicians were below 9%, and the most important occupational dermatosis in Korea was contact dermatitis. Main etiologic materials related to the occupational dermatosis were organic solvent, acid and alkali, and metals. The reason for the scarcity of report of occupational dermatoses were difficulty in diagnosis and physician's ignorance of the occupational etiology. They replied that to prevent the occupational dermatoses in the workplace, the use of protective devices was most important, and development of diagnostic criteria on the occupational dermatoses is urgent. Above results shows us that there is many workers with occupational dermatoses, but they are mostly unreported. Measures to prevent and manage the occupational dermatoses are not satisfactory at present. Hence, authors suggest measures for the precise diagnosis, report and prevention of the occupational dermatoses. a. Dermatologist, preventive physician, and industrial hygienist should work as a team to examine the high risk group and establish the preventive measures. b. Disease entities, diagnostic criteria of occupational dermatoses should be listed, criteria for the compensation and job fitting at recruitment should be established, and manual for the proper treatment and effective prevention of each occupational dermatosis should be developed. c. Patch test antigens against each occupational category should be developed and it should be available to any physicians responsible. d. To facilitate the diagnosis of occupational dermatoses by the doctors responsible for the Workersr Periodic Health Examination, development of standardized questionnaire, education on the techniques of the patch test, and cooperation with the dermatologist in diagnosis of occupational dermatoses is essential.

알레르기성 비염을 포함하는 과민성 비염 환자에 관한 임상적 연구 (A Clinical Study of Hypersensitive rhinitis including Allergic rhinitis)

  • Background: Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a heterogeneous disorder that despite its high prevalence is often undiagnosed. It is characterized by one or more symptoms including sneezing, itching, nasal congestion, and rhinorrhea. And it is frequently accompanied by symptoms involving the eyes, ears, and throat, including postnasal drainage. There are many different causes of rhinitis in children and adults. Approximately 50$\%$ of all cases of rhinitis are caused by allergy. In the case of rhinitis caused by allergens, symptoms arise as a result of inflammation induced by a gamma globulin E-mediated immune response to specific allergens such as pollens, molds, animal dander, and dust mites. The immune response involves the release of inflammatory mediators and the activation and recruitment of cells to the nasal mucosa. AR is similar to 鼻?, hypersensitive rhinitis in Oriental Medicine. I think hypersensitive rhinitis is including of AR, vasomotor rhinitis and non-allergic rhinitis related with eosinophil increased and so on. Purpose: To perform a clinical analysis of hypersensitive rhinitis including allergic rhinitis and estimate the efficacy of Oriental Medical treatment. Objective: We studied 96 patients who had visited our hospital with complaints of nasal symptoms from March 2000 to February 2002; they had the signs more than 2 - nasal obstruction, watery discharge, sneezing and eye or nasal itching. Parameters Observed & Methods: We treated them with acupuncture & herb-medication. Sometime they used aroma oil or external medicine. 1) the distribution of sex & age groups 2) the clinical type based on duration & the severity of symptom 3) the breakdown of complication & pasl history of Otolaryngologic or allergic disease 4) the clinical assessment and classification of rhinitis(sneezers and runners & blockers) 5) the associated symptoms and signs 6) the classification of Byeonjeung 7) the classification of prescriptions and 8) the efficacy of treatment. Result: 1. In the clinical type of based on duration, the intermittent type was 42.7$\%$ and the persistent was 57.3$\%$. 2. We observed the severity of symptoms based on the quality of life. The mild type was 24.0$\%$ and the moderate-severe was 76.0$\%$. 3. In the clinical assessment and classification of rhinitis, the sneezers and runners type was 69.8$\%$ and the blockers was 30.2$\%$. 4. The most common family history with otolaryngologic or allergic disease were allergic rhinitis(17.7$\%$), urticaria, paranasal sinusitis and T.B.(3.1$\%$). 5. The most common past history with otolaryngologic or allergic disease were paranasal sinusitis(14.6$\%$), atopic dermatitis and asthma(8.3$\%$). It was 31.3$\%$ they had a family history and 44.8$\%$, past history. 6. The most common complication was paranasal sinusitis(15.6$\%$). In decreasing order the others were otitis media with effusion(9.4$\%$), GERD and headache(6.3$\%$), asthma, bronchitis, nasal bleeding and allergic dermatitis(5.2$\%$). 7. Classification through Byeonjeung : ⅰ) 39 cases(34.9$\%$) were classified as showing Deficiency syndrome. The insuffficiency of Qi was 17.7$\%$, deficiency of Kidney-Yang, 12.5$\%$ and Lung-Cold, 10.4$\%$. ⅱ) 57 cases(59.4$\%$) were classified as showing Excess syndrome. The Fever of YangMing-meridian was 35.4$\%$, Lung-Fever, 24.0$\%$. 8. The efficacy of treatments showed: an improvement in 22cases(22.9$\%$); an improvement partly in 24 cases(25.0$\%$); no real improvement or changes in 16 cases(16.7$\%$); and couldn't check the results 18cases(18.6$\%$). Conclusion: We suggest that this study could be utilized as a standard of clinical Oriental Medical treatment when we treat hypersensitive rhinitis including allergic rhinitis.

  • 본고는 한국과 중국 전통 언어유희 가운데 하나인 재담(才談)과 상성(相聲)의 역사적 변천과 현재적 의의에 대해 살펴본 글이다. 한국의 재담과 중국 상성은 모두 웃음을 주기 위한 대표적인 언어유희이며 전통적인 공연예술이다. 재담과 상성의 기원은 우희(優戱)로 거슬러 올라갈 수 있다. 우희는 가장 전통적인 언어유희이며 우희를 전승하는 과정에서 여러 가지 공연물이 파생되었다. 그 중에서 한국 재담과 중국의 상성은 비교적 우희의 전통을 잘 이어간 공연물이라고 할 수 있다. 18세기 후반부터 한국 재담은 독립적인 공연물로써 자리를 잡았고 그 뒤로 박춘재 등 전문적인 재담 연희자들이 활발하게 활동하며 공연하였다. 20세기 초 유성기 음반을 취입하면서 재담은 주로 극장 무대와 라디오에 출연하게 되었다. 이때 재담에서 새로운 공연물인 만담이 파생되었는데 만담은 재담보다 시사를 풍자하고 세태를 비판하는 데에 중점을 두었다. 만담은 한참 동안 인기를 끌었다가 21세기에 들어와서 완전히 소멸되었다. 현재까지 한국에 전승하고 있는 재담은 가면극 같은 전통연희에만 남아 있다. 한편 한국 재담보다 조금 늦은 시기인 19세기 중후반에 구축된 중국 상성은 처음에는 천민의 비속한 기예로 여겨졌으나 20세기 초에 인기가 많아지면서 드디어 공연예술로써 무대에 오르게 되었다. 20세기 중반 상성은 개혁을 통해서 사회를 칭송하고 교과하는 내용이 주로 다루는 신상성이 형성되었으나, 신상성에는 세태를 풍자하고 해학적인 내용이 축소되어 재미가 없어졌으므로 얼마 후 인기를 잃었다. 21세기 초 상성은 만담과 똑같이 소멸될 지경에 처했지만 전통을 부흥시키려는 젊은 상성 배우들의 노력을 통해 '전통'과 '소극장'으로 회귀하자는 또 한 번의 상성 개혁이 일어났다. 전통으로 돌아온 현재의 '전통 상성'은 다시 중국 관중들의 애호와 성원을 받고 있다. 한국 재담과 중국 상성은 역사와 연행양상 면에서 비슷한 점이 많지만 현재 서로 다른 운명에 처해 있다. 두 공연물의 내용이나 형식 측면에서 공통점도 상당히 많이 발견된다. 중국 상성의 경우 전통 곡예 장르 가운데 하나로 현재까지도 중국 사람들의 사랑을 받고 있으며 중요한 전통 공연물 가운데 하나로 자리 잡고 있다. 반면, 한국에서는 독립적인 공연예술로써의 재담이 소멸되어 가고 이제는 가면극 같은 전통연희에만 재담의 모습을 엿볼 수 있다. 한국 재담과 중국 상성은 전승과정에서 유사한 변화를 겪었다는 사실, 그리고 한국 재담이 사라진 반면 중국 상성은 잘 보존되고 전승되어 있는 이유를 본고를 통해 확인할 수 있다.
