건설업 임금실태 조사를 통한 건설인력의 취업구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on Recruitment Structure of Construction Workforce Through Surveying Wages in the Construction Industry)

  • 최근 국내 건설경기의 회복세가 뚜렷해지고 건설취업자수도 증가세를 보이고 있으나 인력수급의 양적, 질적 불균형 양상이 나타나고 있고, 경제위기를 겪으면서 건설 생산 방식과 인력 활용 방식이 과도기적 양상을 나타낸다. 또한 기능인력에 대한 수요 증가와 구조적인 공급 부족 현상은 임금 상승을 가속화시켜왔으며, 생산성과 공기 조절을 비롯한 건설 생산활동 전반에 지대한 파급효과를 미치며 건설 인력 수급의 불균형 상태는 부문별로 상이한 취업구조의 변화를 야기한다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 조사된 각 연도의 건설업 임금실태 조사를 비교분석하여 건설인력수급현황을 분석하고 건설 수급 여건에 따른 건설 인력의 취업구조를 파악하여 취업구조 변화의 특성을 살펴보고 시사점을 도출한다.

골채채취 후 수변환경 변화와 사주 내 식생이입 (Riparian Environment Change and Vegetation Immigration in Sandbar after Sand Mining)

  • This study investigated changes of hydrology, soil characteristics, riparian vegetation communities, and geomorphology in sandbars before and after sand-mining to determine the effect of sand-mining at upstream of Guemgang and Bochungcheon streams in Korea. Sand-mining events affected the mining area. They supplied organic matters and nutrients during flood. Sediment deposition caused soil texture change and expansion of vegetation area. However, riverbeds were stabilized after the disturbance. According to the analyses of aerial photographs, the vegetation area was significantly expanded in both dam-regulated streams and dam-unregulated streams after sand-mining. Willow shrubs advanced in disturbed area at an average of 10 years after sand-mining. It took willows trees 10.6 years to become dominant communities. Therefore, it took a total of 20.6 years for new riparian forest to form in sandbar after sand-mining. Our results confirmed that stream flow condition were dependent on vegetation recruitment in dam-regulated streams and dam-unregulated streams. For willow recruitment in unregulated streams, calculation of water level below dimensionless bed shear stress is important because low water level variation is a limiting factor of vegetation recruitment.

군산연안 동죽, Mactra veneriformis의 침강과 가입 (Settlement and recruitment of Mactra veneriformis R. around the inshore of Kunsan, Korea)

  • 군산 연안 조간대에 있어서 1993년 6월에서 1994년 5원까지 조사한 동죽(M. veneriformis)의 침강과 가입 및 성장, 생산량에 대하여 조사하였다. 동죽의 부유유생의 높은 밀도는 1993년 6월 19일에서 7월 3일에 관찰되었으며, 침강된 치패의 크기는 250um에서 350um였고, 평균밀도는 약 $601\;inds\cdot\;m^{-3}$이었다. 유생의 침강에 의한 가입은 주로 1993년 6월 중순에서 7월 중순에 이루어 졌으며, 유생의 침강시 저질에 따른 선택성은 없었다 그러나 침강한 치패는 환경(저질, 노출시간, 성패의 밀도)에 의하여 사망율이 결정되었다. 평균 각장에 의하여 추정한 동죽의 성장은 가입 초기에 있어서 과소평가 되었으며, 성장기는 11월 중순까지이고, 겨울철에는 정지하였다. 0세군의 연간생산은 2,900 g\cdot\;m^{-2}\;\cdot\;yr^{-1}$으로 나타났으며, 회전율은 약 4.94 (Crisp, 1984)와 4.91 (Ricker, 1978)로 추정 되었다.

공직임용제도의 폐쇄성과 공직 부패에 관한 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on Public Service Recruitment System and Public Sector Corruption)

  • 본 연구는 '공직임용제도의 폐쇄성이 증가하면 공직 부패의 가능성이 높아질 것' 이라는 가설을 논리적으로 검토하고, 실증자료를 이용하여 검증한다. 공직임용제도의 폐쇄성/공직 부패 가설의 논거는 공직임용제도가 폐쇄적일수록 공직의 전임자와 후임자 간의 친밀도가 높아지게 되고, 민간은 전임자의 후임자에 대한 영향력을 통하여 후임자의 결정을 왜곡하려는 유인 때문에 퇴임공직자의 민간 재취업과 관련한 부정부패를 야기할 가능성을 높인다는 것이다. 반면, 공직 임용이 개방화되면 공직에서 민간으로, 민간에서 공직으로의 전직이 잦아져 전임자와 후임자 간의 친밀도가 낮아지고 전임자의 후임자에 대한 영향력 또한 낮아져 부패 가능성이 낮아진다. 이러한 가설을 검증하기 위해 본 연구는 국제 데이터와 국내 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 국제 데이터 분석을 통해 공직임용제도의 폐쇄성이 높을수록 공직 부패가 증가함을 보였고, 국내 데이터를 분석하여 퇴직공무원의 민간 재취업은 규제부처와 사업부처일수록 활발하다는 점도 보였다. 이러한 분석 결과는 공직 부패를 줄이기 위해서 공직 임용을 각 부처별로 분권화하고 직급별 직위별 개방성을 높여야 하며, 특히 민간 재취업 등과 관련한 부패가 발생할 개연성이 높은 규제부처와 사업부처의 개방성을 제고하여야 함을 시사한다. 이와 같은 분석 결과는 행정부처뿐만 아니라 법원, 검찰과 같은 사법부, 더 나아가 민간기업의 조달조직 등에도 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

개인화된 구직정보서비스 제공에 관한 사례연구 : 월드잡플러스의 스플렁크 활용을 중심으로 (A Case Study on the Personalized Online Recruitment Services : Focusing on Worldjob+'s Use of Splunk)

  • 온라인구직서비스는 가장 인기 있는 인터넷서비스 중의 하나이다. 구직자들에게 신규채용기업에 대한 정보와 함께 필요한 자료를 찾을 수 있는 검색엔진도 제공하기 때문이다. 그러나 대부분의 온라인구직사이트는 전통적인 수요자 풀 유형의 접근방식을 채택하고 있어 많은 경우 엉뚱한 검색결과를 도출하기도 한다. 한국산업진흥공단이 운영하는 월드잡플러스는 이러 문제를 해소하기 위해 머신 데이터 분석플렛폼인 스플렁크를 활용하여 보다 능동적이고 개인화된 서비스를 제공하고자 시도하고 있다. 월드잡플러스는 개인화된 매칭 기법을 이용하여 각각의 구직공고에 최적인 구직자 프로필이나 스펙정보를 제공하며, 구직자 선호도를 반영한 최적 맞춤형 구인공고 제공서비스 등을 제공하고 있다. 이런 분석기법은 기존의 구직에 성공한 유사 구직자 정보와 구인기업 자료 간의 유사성 등을 토대로 하는 추천방식이다. 결론으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제공서비스의 정책적 효과에 대해 논의하였다.

  • With the advent of high speed digital signal processing chips, new digital techniques have been introduced to the hearing instrument. This advanced hearing instrument circuitry has led to the need or and the development of new fitting approach. A number of different fitting approaches have been developed over the past few years, yet there has been little agreement on which approach is the "best" or most appropriate to use. However, when we develop not only new hearing aid, but also its fitting method, the intensive subject-based clinical tests are necessarily accompanied. In this paper, we present an objective method to evaluate and predict the performance of hearing aids without the help of such subject-based tests. In the hearing impairment simulation (HIS) algorithm, a sensorineural hearing impairment model is established from auditory test data of the impaired subject being simulated. Also, in the hearing impairment simulation system the abnormal loudness relationships created by recruitment was transposed to the normal dynamic span of hearing. The nonlinear behavior of the loudness recruitment is defined using hearing loss unctions generated from the measurements. The recruitment simulation is validated by an experiment with two impaired listeners, who compared processed speech in the normal ear with unprocessed speech in the impaired ear. To assess the performance, the HIS algorithm was implemented in real-time using a floating-point DSP.

Target Market Determination for Information Distribution and Student Recruitment Using an Extended RFM Model with Spatial Analysis

  • Purpose: This research proposes a new modified Recency-Frequency-Monetary (RFM) model by extending the model with spatial analysis for supporting decision-makers in discovering the promotional target market. Research design, data and methodology: This quantitative research utilizes data-mining techniques and the RFM model to cluster a university's provider schools. The RFM model was modified by adapting its variables to the university's marketing context and adding a district's potential (D) variable based on heatmap analysis using Geographic Information System (GIS) and K-means clustering. The K-prototype algorithm and the Elbow method were applied to find provider school clusters using the proposed RFM-D model. After profiling the clusters, the target segment was assigned. The model was validated using empirical data from an Indonesian university, and its performance was compared to the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)-based RFM utilizing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. Results: This research identified five clusters. The target segment was chosen from the highest-value and high-value clusters that comprised 17.80% of provider schools but can contribute 75.77% of students. Conclusions: The proposed model recommended more targeted schools in higher-potential districts and predicted the target segment with 0.99 accuracies, outperforming the CLV-based model. The empirical findings help university management determine the promotion location and allocate resources for promotional information distribution and student recruitment.

우리나라 서해남부 해역에 출현하는 둥근돗대기새우 (Leptochela sydniensis)의 개체군 동태 및 생식생태 (Population Dynamics and Reproductive Biology of Leptochela sydniensis in the Southwestern Waters of Korea)

  • Investigations were made on the population structure, sex ratio, growth, and recruitment patterns of Leptochela sydniensis in the southwestern coastal areas of Korea, between May 2000 and December 2001. Spawning period, fecundity, brood loss, reproductive output, and size at sexual maturity also were examined. The results of the sex ratio showed that females were more numerous than males during the overall study period. Parameters of growth were estimated using the modified von Bertalanffy growth function (VBGF) model incorporating seasonal variation into growth. Females grew somewhat faster and reached a larger size than males $(L\infty=12.80\;mm\;CL\;and\;K=0.70\;yr^{-1}\;or\;females,\and\;L\infty=12.08\;mm\;CL\;and\;K=0.69\;yr^{-1}$ for males). The structure of recruitment patterns obtained by the FiSAT program indicated one normally distributed group. Based on the occurrence of ovigerous females and the gonadosomatic index (GSI), the main spawning season was from June to August. Analysis of covariance indicated that brood loss was not observed during the incubation period. The size at which $50\%$ of females are mature is estimated as 5.48 mm CL.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Job Pursuit Intention of Employees in Vietnam

  • As the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is spreading its wings all over the world and, therefore, also in Vietnam, the logistics industry in Vietnam is facing a severe shortage of human resources in both quantitative and qualitative terms. The role of human resources management (HRM) becomes extremely important. Recruitment is considered the first major function of HRM practices and is the cornerstone of successful in business. In order to improve the recruitment strategy, recruiters need to better understand job pursuit intentions (JPI) of job seekers. Therefore, this study investigates how four dimensions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) affect JPI among employees working in the logistics sector in Vietnam. The secondary data are from previous studies and published newspaper articles. Meanwhile, the primary data are collected from consultation with 10 experts and through five in-depth structured interviews with 30 randomly-selected employees as well as 288 survey questionnaires returned from employees in the logistics companies in Vietnam. The findings show that economic citizenship, legal citizenship and ethical citizenship are positively related to JPI of job seekers, where economic citizenship appears to be the most influential factor. The limitations of the study and an agenda for further research are put forward.

Population Biology of Korean Pomfret Pampus echinogaster (Basilewsky, 1855) (Perciformes: Stromateidae) on the Western Coast of Korea, Yellow Sea

  • Investigations were made on population biology of Pampus echinogaster (Basilewsky, 1855) in the coastal areas of Korea, Yellow Sea, between August 2005 and July 2006. Population structure was not significantly different between male and females. Monthly variation of gonadosomatic index (GSI) of both sexes defined spawning period extending from March through July. A similar pattern was also observed in change at maturity stages. For males and females GSI was positively correlated with hepatosomatic index (HSI). Fecundity, ranging from 41,250 to 103,610 eggs, was related to body size, indicating that body size is the useful determinant of fecundity. The sexual maturity ($L_{50}$) was estimated as 14.98 cm TL for males and 19.32 cm TL for females. Parameters of growth estimated by the modified von Bertalanffy growth function model showed that the values of $L_{\infty}$ and K for combined data were 39.12 cm TL and 0.65 $yr^{-1}$. The growth performance index of this study (2.75) was higher than that of the previous study (2.45). This difference could be attributed to sampling method. The recruitment patterns indicated one normally distributed group. Percentage of the recruitment was 51.04% in the spawning season and the highest in August (19.78%).
