To develop a stable and compact small-sized superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) system, which provides electric power with high quality to sensitive electric loads, we fabricated a SMES coil and tested it. Because such a large-sized superconducting coil quenches far away from its critical current, the recovery current is frequently used as a stability criterion in the coil fabrication. Therefore, we first investigated the recovery current characteristics of the large current conductor, which was used in our SMES coil fabrication. The test results indicate that the recovery currents measured in the conductor are nearly identical to those based on the single wire. This implies that the recovery current is affected by the conductor's cooling condition rather than its size and current capacity. In the SMES coil test the first quench occurred at 1250 A, which is equivalent to the stored energy of about 2 MJ. It corresponds to the quench current density of about $130A/mm^2$ This value is much higher in comparison with that reported in the other work. In addition, the first quench current of the coil agrees well with the measured recovery current of the conductor having similar cooling condition with it. This means that to determine the recovery current of a conductor is, first of all, important in the design and fabrication of a large-sized superconducting coil.

Numerical analyses were performed using a one-dimensional Euler equation and Godunov Harten-Lax-Van Leer(HLL) Riemann solver in order to study the deceleration characteristics of a 155 mm projectile in a soft recovery system. The soft recovery system consisting of a series of pressure tubes is a system that decelerates the test projectile fired at supersonic speed using a high-pressure gas and filled water inside. Therefore, depending on the gas pressure and the amount of water filling, the deceleration and the exit velocity of the test projectile inside the pressure tube are determined. In this paper, the deceleration characteristics of the test projectile were analyzed according to the gas pressure and water mass filled.
The aim of this study was identify national forensic psychiatric hospital nurses' attitudes, perceived meaning, facilitators and barriers to the recovery of mental health. A descriptive study design was used. The participants were 100 nurses working in a national forensic psychiatric hospital. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, scheffe-test using SPSS 26.0 WIN program. Also, content analysis was used for the responses described by the participants. The participants attitude toward recovery from mental health was positive(3.90±0.41), attitude showed significant differences in certification of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner(t=-2.06, p= 042), certification of addiction nurses(t=-2.36, p= 020). The meaning of recovery that participants perceived were symptom mitigation(42.0%), barriers were family indifference and prejudice(31.0%), facilitators were medication, psychiatric rehabilitation program and therapeutic interviews(33.0%). It is necessary to provide education to improve nurses' understand to mental health recovery, organizational efforts are needed to establish a family support system and therapeutic environments for the recovery of mentally disordered offenders.
Recently, various public services are being performed based on information systems as the informatization business spreads. Public administration services based on these information systems provide internal and external services. In recent years, as the construction of cloud-based public services has been expanded, the advancement of information systems has attracted attention. In particular, as the dependence on information systems increases, the establishment of a response system to prevent dangerous situations such as interruption and paralysis of information systems in advance has become a hot topic not only in companies but also in public institutions. Therefore, in this paper, a disaster recovery system was designed and built to maximize the efficiency of system operation and shorten recovery time through service conversion automation of the disaster recovery system. The integrated DR server redundancy test, web server redundancy test, FC-IP redundancy test, and SAN switch redundancy test were performed respectively by applying the disaster recovery system designed and built according to the method proposed in the paper.
This study was implemented to verify the feasibility of motor function recovery and the appropriate period for therapy. The research began with spinal laminectomy of 40 white rats of Sprague-Dawley breed and induced them spinal crush injury. Following results were obtained by using the modified Tarlov test (MTT), Basso, Beattle, Bresnahan locomotor rating scale (EBB scale) and modified inclined plate test (MIPT). First, the measurement using the MTT confirm that the most severe aggravation and degeneration of functions are observed two days after induced injury, and no sign of neuromotor function recovery. Second, better scores were achieved by open-ground movement group on BBB locomotor rating scale test, and weight-bearing on inclined plate group show better performance on MIPT. Third, both BBB and MIPT scale manifested the peak of motor function recovery during 16th day after the injury and turn into gradual recovery gradient during 16th to 24th. Fourth, the control group showed functional recovery, however, the level of recovery was less significant when compared with group open-ground movement group and weight-bearing on inclined plate group. Hence, it was clearly manifested that the lumbar region of the spinal cord had shown the best performance when its functions were measured after the execution of specific physical training; therefore it indicated the possibility of learning specific task even in damaged lumbar regions. Thus it is expected to come out with better and more effective functional recovery if concentrated physical therapy was applied starting 4 days after the injury till 16 days, which is the period of the most active recovery.

In this study, the relationship between military pilot's spatial ability and unusual attitude recovery was investigate. MRT(Mental Rotation Test) was measured with spatial ability whereas recovery time and error rates were mearsured with respect to 11 unusual attitudes. Eight fighter pilots and eight rear cockpit pilots of F-4E participated in this study. The results showed that MRT response time was significantly correlated with unusual attitude recovery time. The regression equation showed that unusual attitude recovery time was linearly related to MRT response time and could be explained by MRT response time more than 66%. In conclusion, it is recommended that a training is needed to improve the mental rotation ability in a visually restricted environments during maneuvering.

In order to compare numerical analyses made by Song and Kim needed for predicting gas and water filling with experimental results we conducted an experiment to recover a test projectile (43.7 kg with a 155 mm diameter) at a velocity of 775 m/s in a soft recovery system with a length of 179 m using pressurized gas and filled water. The soft recovery system consisting of a series of pressure tubes had a diaphragm, piston, and water plug for filling the pressurized gas and water. We installed a continuous wave Doppler radar system for velocity measurements of the test projectile travelling in the pressure tubes and pressure transducers for measuring the pressure in the soft recovery system. Continuous wave Doppler radar has the advantage of achieving real-time measurements of the velocity of a test projectile. The velocity-time curve of the test projectile, measured using the continuous wave Doppler radar, and the pressure profile were compared with the numerical analysis results. The experiment results show good agreement with the numerical analysis results based on the one-dimensional Euler equation with an HLL Riemann solver.
In 24 men and 12 women recovery of heart rate after strenuous exercise was observed before and after administration of total ginseng glycosides. In men 100 mg of ginseng glycosides were given twice with a 3 hour interval on the day of treadmill test and in women two more administrations of ginseng glycosides were added on the day before the exercise test. The action of ginseng glycosides was interpreted as an adaptogen, i.e., to enhance the recovery to the physiological equilibrium from the displace4 state. Recovery of heart rate to the pre-exercise state was observed for 20 minutes after strenuous exercise of 2 minutes duration on a treadmill (8 km/hr, 15% grade). In men the recovery of heart rate was enhanced$(P<.2{\sim}.4)$ after ginseng glycosides administration. In women the acceleration of recovery heart rate was highly significant $(P<.01{\sim}.05)$ after ginseng glycosides administration. In men and women recovery heart rate at 3 minute of recovery period after ginseng glycosides equaled to the value at 6 minute of recovery period before ginseng administration.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of motor function recovery and change of the heart function factors(ECG & Troponin I) with ischemic stroke patients by different amounts(times) exercise. Methods : Forty-six consecutive chronic hemiparetic patients with cerebral infarct were randomly assigned to two groups: Group 1 (exercise time 60 minutes/day) and Group 2 (exercise time 120 minutes/day). Types of exercise included static bicycle, isokinetic exercise, and standing or gait exercise on a treadmill. Outcome measures included the level of motor recovery (Fugl-Meyer Scale, FMS) and heart function (ECG and Troponin I), and measurements were performed three times: pre-test, 8 weeks and 12 weeks. Results : There was a significantly different change of motor function recovery and ECG between two groups during treatment period. Especially there were significantly change period of pre-test to 8 weeks on ECG and pre-test to 12 weeks on motor function recovery. But Troponin I has no significantly different change between two groups during treatment period. Also there was no significantly different change of motor function recovery and ECG and Troponin I with between two groups during treatment period. Conclusion : The exercise program improved motor function and change ECG without Troponin I in two groups. The result of this study shows that no matter how different amounts of exercise to effect of motor function recovery and heart function test in chronic patients with cerebral infarct.
