A study on the file format for the recording data search efficiency improvement of DVR systems (DVR 시스템의 녹화 데이터 검색 성능 향상을 위한 파일 포맷에 관한 연구)

  • 영상보안 시장은 DVR(Digital Video Recorder)을 중심으로 아날로그 시스템을 디지털로 빠르게 대체하며 네트워크를 이용한 고화질 시장으로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. DVR의 핵심적인 기능인 녹화, 검색 기능은 시스템에서 상대적으로 속도가 느린 디스크 자원의 의존도가 높은 기능으로 성능에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 녹화 파일 포맷이 최적화 되지 않을 경우 심각한 성능 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인덱스를 이용하여 고속 탐색 및 재생 성능을 유지하면서 비디오와 오디오 데이터 외에도 다양한 형태의 이벤트 데이터를 수용하여 DVR의 녹화와 검색 기능의 실제 운용 환경에 적합한 AMS (Advanced Multi-channel Streaming) 파일 포맷을 설계하고 최근 DVR 전용 파일 포맷으로 제안된 ESP 파일 포맷과의 비교 실험을 통하여 기능 및 성능이 향상되었음을 확인 하였다.

Automatic Log-in System by the Speaker Certification

  • This paper introduces a Web site login system that uses user's native voice to improve the bother of remembering the ID and password in order to login the Web site. The DTW method that applies fuzzy inference is used as the speaker recognition algorithm. We get the ACC(Average Cepstrum Coefficient) membership function by each degree, by using the LPC that models the vocal chords, to block the recorded voice that is problem for the speaker recognition. We infer the existence of the recorded voice by setting on the basis of the number of zeros that is the value of the ACC membership function, and on the basis of the average value of the ACC membership function. We experiment the six Web sites for the six subjects and get the result that protects the recorded voice about 98% that is recorded by the digital recorder.

  • The objective of this paper is to investigate the effect of AC field on the protoplast of plant cells. The results of investigation will be the basis for the development of etectric cell fusion device. For the experiment, we made the electrode and AC and DC pulse generator and observed the behavior of the protoplasts through the inverted microscope which is connected to the monitor and video recorder by the CCD camera. As a result, the numbers of rotating, moving and destructed protoplasts and viability of the protoplasts have close relation to the amplitude of AC field, while the rotation rate is closely related to the frequency of AC pulse.

  • 본 논문에서는 신재생에너지 활용을 위한 휴대용 하이브리드 태양광 풍력 발전 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 태양광 풍력 복합 발전 시스템을 상용전기와 연계하여 사용할 경우를 고려하여 중대형 풍력 발전 시스템용 인버터와는 다른 특성이 요구되는 소형풍력 발전 시스템용 인버터와 독립형으로의 사용을 위해 축전지 충방전 컨트롤러를 개발한다. 20W의 Solar Power, 50W의 Wind Power, 1개의 Radio-recorder, 2개의 DC 7W/9W lamp. 축전지 Controller, 24H/40AH Maintenance-free battery 사양을 갖는 발전 시스템을 제작하고 필드 테스트를 통하여 성능을 검증한다.

  • This paper deals with the HVDC system fault analysis and the sound noise analysis. In this paper, the reasons of the audible noise and vibration were analyzed the fault waveform were analyzed using DTR (Digital Transient Recorder). Finally, using the fault current waveform and the vibration equation, the reason of crack of smoothing reactor support is estimated.

  • 본 논문은 비행 정보 등 각종 운항 자료를 보다 다양하게 분석하고, 좀더 쉽게 이해하기 위하여 시각적으로 구현할 수 있는 비행정보 분석시스템 개발에 대한 개념 설계서이다. 비행이 완료된 후, 항공기에 탑재된 비행 데이터 저장 장치(QAR, Quick Access Recorder)로부터 비행 및 관련 시스템 데이터를 추출한 후, 이 데이터를 변환한다. 또한 변환된 데이터를 이용하여 각종 비행 및 시스템 정보 분석과 운항 궤적 및 ND, PFD 등 조종실 내 운항 시스템들의 상황을 운항 시와 동일하게 3차원 그래픽으로 재현하는 시스템을 구축하였다. 이는 시스템 분석 및 안전, 표준 운항 체계 구축에 도움을 줄 수 있으며 유사 관련 분야로의 확대도 가능하다.

  • Calibration procedure of high-current measuring system has been promoted to ensure the traceability of national of international standard with the similar method of high-voltage measuring system. This paper introduces general procedure to establish the traceability and type & performance tests for current-voltage transformer, transmission system, recorder and evaluation procedure as the result of intercomparison tests performed 7 laboratories of Europe, and introduces briefly the test method of itemized list from type & performance tests. So we would apply the standard as the criteria that can be enforced temporarily in korea.

  • In order to install ATP system for KTX safety running, a study has been done to examine measures to ensure the interface between KTX and ATP system. Although onboard signaling system is efficient and has been verified both at home and abroad, alternatives for optimum installation shall be adopted so as to show designated performance taking into account the given peripheral device. A solution to interface between beacon and onboard system shall be presented especially for the KTX, which runs on both high speed and conventional line (ATP-ATS). Furthermore, the method for controlling the braking process and recorder shall be studied.

A Display-based Visual Stimulator for Psychophysical and Electrophysiological Color Sensitivity Measurements

  • We present a display-based visual stimulator for psychophysical and electrophysiological visual sensitivity measurements. The stimulator offers various psychophysical visual stimuli and transfers the signals from external devices along with the stimulation signals to an electrophysiological recorder. As an experimental demonstration, we perform a visual sensitivity experiment in the mesopic vision range by using the display-based stimulator. The intensity of the steady-state visual evoked potential is observed to correlate with the luminance of the flickering visual stimulation. For the psychophysically determined detection thresholds, we determine the mesopic luminance, showing agreement with the perceived brightness within the uncertainty of the luminance measurement.

  • The loss of strength in an aircraft structure as a result of cyclic stress over a period of life time is an important phenomenon for aircraft analysis. Load/stress spectrum can be constructed from the occurrence frequency based on the load/stress histories during a service lifetime. In this paper, three types of fatigue spectrum was compared. The rainflow counting method was applied to concentrate the stress spectrum obtained from the flight loads recorder(FLDR). A fatigue analysis for different stress spectrum was performed by using LUSAS computer application.
