On the Seoul sub-way tunnel works 7-20 site, Cautious blasting works were so effectivelly carried out. The vibration record were under 0.3cm/sec and blasting noise was under 80dB. Which was measured at the ground of house. At a result cautious blasting works under above allowable value was not influenced the structure of house and living conditions. On the architectural survey, They were some hair crack on the wall and floors but this was not a crack from blasting works.

전기통신 요금은 전기통신 사업자가 제공하는 서비스 이용에 대한 반대 급부로서 이용자가 지불하는 가격이라 정의할 수 있다. 전기통신 서비스에 대한 요금결정은 서비스 원가주의(Cost of service principle)와 서비스 가치주의(value of service principle)로 나눌수 있다. IP charging의 필요성은 크게 사용자 측면, 망사업자 측면, ISP을 고려 해야 할 것이다. ITU에서 IP Charging에 대한 관한 표준화연구를 시작한지 2년이 지난 오늘까지 뚜렷한 결과물이 제시되고 있지 않으므로 본 고는 일반적인 과금의 원칙 및 ATM과금 표준에서 제안한 과금요소를 예제로 하여 현재 ITU-T나 IPDR(IP Detail Record)의 표준화 동향을 살펴보고 IP 요금의 표준화방향에 대해 고려할 점을 논의하기로 한다.

A dynamic electrical parameter monitoring device was designed to simultaneously record the instantaneous value of voltage, current, power, and resistance during spot welding. The data obtained using this technique have been analyzed in term of the relationships of these parameters to the phenomena occuring during the formation(surface break-down, nugget formation and mechanical collapse) of spot weld. Finally, a database implementation is undertaken to develop techniques for improving weld quality of the resistance spot welder.

Generalized Pareto distribution play an important role in reliability, extreme value theory, and other branches of applied probability and statistics. This family of distribution includes exponential distribution, Pareto or Lomax distribution. In this paper, we established exact expressions and recurrence relations satised by the quotient moments of generalized order statistics for a generalized Pareto distribution. Further the results for quotient moments of order statistics and records are deduced from the relations obtained and a theorem for characterizing this distribution is presented.

China has countless ancient books that contain thousand years of continuously recorded history across every generation. It is essential to organize the ancient cultural literature in order to better communicate. The study of ancient Chinese literature recently has become a subject of priority. Shi-Ji, one of the representative documents, is used for record keeping because of its experience with ancient Chinese historic materials and artifacts. This draft of Shi-ji is based on ancient Chinese research methods with the purpose to explore the character, phonology, syntax, exegesis and collation of historical value.

Limited fossil fuels and unstable energy supply are considered as one of the critical problems in architecture requiring large amounts of energy. In order to this challenge, environment-friendly architecture design is required. Clear data should be prepared to apply solar energy to architecture aggressively and properly. This study used FS statistical analysis data regarding average daily solar radiation of Seoul observed over 20 years to find out standard year and standard daily solar radiation. This study also aims to compare and evaluate an appropriate method of selecting a standard year which is too close to measurement value through comparison and analysis with daily solar radiation acquired by applying overseas researchers' suggesting weight factor. As a result, the data nearest to measurement value of daily solar radiation was UK CIBSE TRY(TYPE 2) displaying 0.100in t-statistic index. For UK CIBSE TRY(TYPE 2), weight factor was applied to three climatic elements except relative humidity. TYPE 1 and TYPE 3 recorded 0.343 and 0.367, respectively, showing higher record of t-statistic than TYPE 2. TYPE 1 was calculated through FS statistical value of single data about daily solar radiation with other climatic elements excluded. For TYPE 3, relative humidity was added to TYPE 2. In particular, since TYPE 2 was closer to the measurement value compared to the others, it is necessary to consider relationship with other climate elements if other climate elements are added.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the use of modern photographic records. Data was collected through a survey of 95 potential users for photographic records in future. Independent variables in this study included evidential value, informational value, usage value, intrinsic value. Dependent variable was selected as use intention for photographic records. The results of analysis of multi-regression analysis showed that evidential value and intrinsic value were found to have a positive impact on use intention for photographic records in modern korea. The results from this study can be used as important basic data for building archives for photographic record or for developing the policy for effective photographic records management.

The evolution of information technology and proliferation of hospital management and managerial applications of computing has led to change in the characteristics, uses and evaluations of software for the hospital management. With the growing proliferation of microcomputer use and the value-added for management strategies, more and more software has been massively developed, produced and distributed for the hospital industry. The user is faced with an increasingly difficult choice in the evaluation and selection of software. For many reasons, users frequently must rely on expert evaluations of the technical functions and quality of software. The objectives of this study are to provide selection criteria for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and to develop an evaluation framework for the Hospital Information Systems. The major findings of our study are as follows (1) the identification of EMR evaluation characteristics (2) the design and development of EMR selection model and (3) the evaluation of the importance for EMR characteristics using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). We identify 6 characteristics and 22 sub-characteristics of the EMR, calculate their weights, and decide the best configuration. Especially, the AHP methodology can be applied to gather knowledge from multiple experts. Because AHP can 1) facilitate the participation of multiple experts 2) increase group productivity and therefore result in both quantitatively and qualitatively superior outcomes than that of a single individual's work 3) provide a mechanism for reconciling conflict from multiple expert 4) validate the acquired knowledge, providing consistency of facts, and 5) enhance the accuracy reliability of the acquired knowledge increase through of the reliability provided by consensus across multiple experts. Although some further research is required, the proposed model can be regarded as a basis for the selection of EMR.
