예비초등수학교사의 수업목표 공유 활동의 고찰 (Study on the ways of sharing the learning objectives presented by pre-service teachers in elementary mathematics classrooms)

  • 본 연구는 예비초등 수학교사의 수업목표 공유 활동을 고찰하고 이를 통해 수업목표공유에 대한 시사점을 제공하기 위해서 이뤄졌다. 이를 위해서 G시에 소재한 교육대학교 3학년 학생들 중 4주간의 교생실습에 참여한 82명의 예비교사를 대상으로 수학수업을 비디오로 녹화하고 이를 전사하여 그 자료를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 수업목표를 설정하는 방법과 이를 학생들과 확인하고 공유하는 방법을 살펴봄으로써 이후 수학수업을 위한 시사점을 제공하려고 하였다.

  • 스마트폰의 대중화로 모바일기기에서의 음악을 듣기 위한 스트리밍 서비스가 주요시 되고 있다. 애플 iOS에서는 Apple의 HTTP Live Streaming 방식을 사용하고 안드로이드에서는 RTSP(Real-time Streaming Protocol) 방식을 사용한다. 모바일 실시간 스트리밍을 지원하기 위해 와우자 미디어 서버를 사용하게 되는데, 이는 애플과 안드로이드 모바일 스트리밍 모두를 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 자체의 녹음 기능을 통해 유저 스스로가 노래를 녹음하고, 이를 스트리밍 서버에 업로드 하여 유저가 선택한 노래를 실시간으로 스트리밍 모바일 재생 서비스가 가능하고, 노래공유 SNS 기능을 제공하는 스마트폰 앱의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

상수도맨홀 관리를 위한 스마트 관리장치의 활용 (Leveraging the Smart device for waterworks manhole management)

  • The waterworks company is in charge of managing water facilities buried underground, and the management has been centered on manholes. However, since there is no standard management manual, it has been impossible to introduce and operate a systemized managing tool by water service providers and managers, and manhole management has been carried out by individual data recording personnel for each water service provider. When the management is carried out individually, the data to be shared by other waterworks managers tend to be privatized, and consequently, it may become a big obstacle to proceed with many civil works such as emergency leak repair, road excavation, replacement of old buildings. This report introduces RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system which is based on the magnetic field capable of IOT. It also describes the necessity of leveraging the system for smart managing of pipe management record that has been done by hand writing. The RFID system includes RFID marker, data reader, portable computer operating program, and data base server operating program. In this system, the data is managed with a single communication device, and it would be possible to share the information on the underground facilities and water treatment facilities. This RFID technology is expected to provide water service providers with opportunities to develop more scientific and modernized underground facilities information systems.

청강 김영훈 진료기록 복원연구 (Study of Young-Hoon Kim's Medical Chart Restoration)

  • This study is a report on the restoration process and future projects involving the restoration of the medical records from 1914 to 1974. Cheong-Gang Young-Hoon Kim was born in 1882 and passed away in 1974. His times were the times when Korean Traditional Medicine was being neglected due to the introduction of Western Medicine through Japan. During this time Young-Hoon Kim put much effort into the Korean Traditional Medicine Restoration Movement and left over 150,000 medical records while consistently examining patients. Currently, this data can be found at the College of Oriental Medicine, Kyunghee University and is being compiled into a database as a part of the 2007 Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project. The Preface and Chapter 1 introduce the author and the contents of the Cheong-Gang Medical Records, and Chapter 2 briefly discusses the necessity of providing digitalization and modernization to the medical records. Chapter 3 discusses the preservation process of the original medical records, chapter 4 describes the process of restoring and providing web access to the contents of the medical records, and chapter 5describes the main purpose of the medical records as well as future projects and an outlook involving the Knowledge of Oriental Medicine Web Service Project.

IT 서비스 제공자의 기술/업무 전문성이 관계품질에 미치는 영향: 전자의무기록 시스템의 사례 (The effects of Technological and Business Expertise of IT Service Provider on Relationship Quality: The case of EMR system)

  • This study provides empirical evidence for the role of IT professional's expertise in hospital IT service encounters. It is posited here that IT professional's technological expertise and business expertise are associated with relationship quality(trust, satisfaction, commitment). Partial least square analyses are conducted, using data collected from 216 hospital workers. The results confirm that technological expertise strongly impacts on commitment and business expertise maintain a strong impact on satisfaction and trust. This study uses a cross-sectional survey as a research method. Longitudinal study seems necessary to further explore how expertise perception is actually formed between IT professionals and users in hospital service environments. The analysis also reveals that it takes time to grow relationship quality. Implications are discussed, and further studies are suggested.

대통령 해외순방 기록의 생산과 서비스 개선방안 연구 대통령기록관 웹사이트 '기록컬렉션'을 중심으로 (A Study on Measures to Improve the Production and Service of Records of Presidential Overseas Trips: Focusing on "Records Collection" of the Presidential Archives Website)

  • 대통령의 해외순방은 대한민국을 대표하는 국가원수로서 수행되는 것이기에, 그 결과 생산되는 해외순방 기록은 동시대는 물론 후시대에서도 높은 학술적·사료적 의미와 가치를 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 '대통령 해외순방 기록이 적절히 생산되고 있고, 국민들에게 충분히 제공되고 있는가'에 초점을 맞춰 해외순방 기록의 생산 및 서비스 현황을 분석하고, 개선을 위한 발전 방안을 살펴본다. 대통령기록관 웹사이트에서 제공하고 있는 총 282건의 해외순방들을 확인한 결과, 현재 순방과 관련한 기본적인 기록조차 웹사이트에 게시되어 있지 않기에 이용자의 입장에서 어떤 기록이 생산되고 있는지 파악하는 데에 어려움이 있다. 또, 검색의 측면이나 제공되는 기록의 내용의 측면에서 이용자로 하여금 배려받는다는 것보다는 소외감을 느끼게 하는, 제공자 중심의 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 양질의 해외순방 기록 생산을 위해, '참여정부' 시절 수립된 '대통령 해외순방 기록 생산지침'을 보완 및 개선하여 적용할 것과, 이러한 기록 정책이 정권의 변화를 비롯한 어떠한 외부의 변수에도 영향받지 않고 일관성 있게 지속되어야 함을 제안한다. 또, 서비스의 개선을 위해서 첫째, 이용자가 순방의 전체적인 맥락을 파악할 수 있도록 하는 '종합정보'의 제공, 둘째, '철(file)-건(record)' 계층과 하이퍼 링크 기능의 사용, 셋째, 해외순방 기록의 생산 단계와 서비스 단계가 상호 연계되도록 하는 시스템의 구축 등을 제안한다. 이러한 과업들을 수행하기 위해 '참여정부' 시절의 기록관리비서관실과 같은 기록 전담 기관이 필수적으로 구축 및 운영되어야 할 것이다.

한국의료패널을 활용한 고혈압환자의 복약순응도가 의료이용 및 의료비 지출에 미치는 영향 분석 (Relationship between Antihypertension Medication Adherence, Medical Utilizations, and Medical Expenditure Among Patients with Hypertension)

  • Objective: Using the Korean Health Panel data (KHP) of 2008 and 2009, this paper analyzed the effect of antihypertension medication adherence on the changes in medical service utilization and medical expenditure in the next year. Method: Through a face-to-face interview survey, KHP has provided an extensive data on demographic characteristics, medical utilizations behavior, medical expenditure and health behaviors of the targeted households and their members since 2008. KHP is recognized as highly accurate regarding medical expenditure in that it makes the target households to record 'Health diary' whenever they use healthcare service, which could minimize their cognitive bias or memory distortion. The 2010 KHP data was based on the interview from 6,432 households and 19,697 household members. Two part model was used to explore the effects of medication adherence on medical use (logistic regression analysis) and medical expenditures (OLS). Result: Our study result demonstrated that the 74.7% of the patients who strictly adhere to their medication in both years, in 2008 and in 2009, were likely to use inpatient service in 2010. This shows the noncompliant patients were in fact use emergency service less than the compliant patients. Conclusion: Based on our analysis, this paper concludes that the high medication adherence of hypertensive patients could contribute to reduce the emergency service use. Therefore it is highly recommendable for the Korean government and the insurer, NHIS, to actively invest in developing education and promotion program to improve medication adherence among hypertensive patients.

의료보장 형태가 혈액투석 서비스 제공에 미치는 영향에 대한 다수준 분석 (Impact of Health Insurance Type on the Quality of Hemodialysis Services: A Multilevel Analysis)

  • Objectives: This study aims to compare quality indicators for the hemodialysis services between patients with health insurance and those with medical aid. Methods: This study used data from sampled hospitals that provided a hemodialysis service. A total of 2287 patients were selected, and the information for hemodialysis service has been granted from medical record reviews. A multi-level regression analysis was used to examine the differences in process and outcome indicators for hemodialysis between patients with health insurance and those with medical aid. Process indicators were defined as: frequency of hemodialysis, hemodialysis time, erythropoietin (EPO) use, measurement of hemodialysis dose at least once a month, measurement of phosphate at least once every three months, and measurement of albumin at least once every three months. Outcome indicators were defined as: hemodialysis adequacy, anemia management, blood pressure management, and calcium, phosphate and nutrition management. The total scores for outcome indicators ranged from 0 (worst) to 4 (best). Results: There was a significant difference in the measurement of hemodialysis dose at least once a month between patients with health insurance and those with medical aid (OR 0.66, 95% CI = 0.43 - 0.99). However, frequency of hemodialysis, hemodialysis time, EPO use, measurement of phosphate at least once every three months, measurement of albumin at least once every three months, hemodialysis adequacy management, Hb${\geq}$11 g/dL, blood pressure within the range of 100-140 /60-90 mmHg, calcium x phosphate${\leq}$55 $g^2/dL^2$ and albumin${\geq}$4 g/dL were not significantly different between the groups. Conclusions: There were no significant differences in outcome indicators for hemodialysis between the groups. Further studies are warranted into the mechanism that results in no differences in the outcome indicators for hemodialysis.

Searching for Ways to Improve Visiting Oral Health Care Services in Korea through Comparison with Japanese System in Long-Term Care Insurance

  • Background: Legal regulations and fees have been established in Korea to provide visiting oral health care services to individuals with long-term care insurance (LTCI). However, beneficiaries of this service are very limited. Therefore, to improve the Korean system we propose a comparative analysis with the Japanese system. Methods: This study is a descriptive analysis based on secondary data, such as statistics, laws, and service record forms from Korea and Japan. The most recent institutional documents were obtained through a Google search. The variables investigated were financial resources of LTCI, co-payment structure, monthly limit of LTCI benefits, care levels of LTCI, service providers, service costs, contents of service, and the number of cases of service. Results: In both Korea and Japan, LTCI is financed through a combination of taxes and insurance premiums. However, the monthly limit for receiving LTCI services in Japan is about 2.4 times higher than in Korea. Visiting medical and dental treatment is also possible in Japan. Furthermore, nursing staff can provide daily oral health care services according to dental hygienists' instruction unlike Korea. Oral health care services in Korea are focused on oral hygiene and prevention of oral diseases, while Japan additionally provides oral function screening, patient education for oral health management, and training for nursing staff to enhance oral function, eating, and swallowing of the patients. Conclusion: We concluded that the possibility of visiting dental treatment, differences in monthly limit of LTCI benefits, oral function assessment and guidance, as well as collaboration with other healthcare professionals contributed to the difference in the frequency of utilization of visiting oral health care services between Korea and Japan.

RiC-O(Records in Contexts - Ontology)를 활용한 국가기록원 기록물 생산기관 변천정보 서비스 개선방안 (Improving the National Archives of Korea's Service for Change Information of Records-Creating Agencies Using Records in Contexts-Ontology (RiC-O))

  • 본 연구에서는 국가기록원의 기록물 생산기관 변천정보 서비스를 분석하여, 기관 관계 구조 파악 문제 등을 확인하고, RiC-O의 적용을 통한 개선 가능성을 알아보고자 하였다. 개선을 위한 참고 사례로 RiC-O를 기반으로 한 프랑스의 PIAAF 프로젝트 사례를 분석하여, RiC-O를 사용함으로써 기록물과 기록 생산자에 관련된 정보를 통합하고, 데이터 개체 간의 관계를 명확하게 표현할 수 있으며, 링크드 데이터와 같은 새로운 기술과의 연계를 통해 전거레코드의 상호운용성을 확장할 수 있다는 점에서 기록물 생산기관 변천정보 서비스의 개선에 상당히 기여할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 국가기록원 기록물 생산기관 변천정보 서비스가 갖는 문제점을 개선하고 사용자 경험 향상을 위해 RiC-O에 기반한 전거레코드 서비스를 제안하고 프로토타입을 설계 및 구현하였다.
