Variables of perceived value of work related job satisfaction are social recognition, vision realizability, process efficiency,(Social recognition is the most effective variable, and next vision realizability, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.24) and we could find that job satisfaction is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. Variables of perceived value of work related to organizational commitment are also vision realizability, social recognition, process efficiency,(Vision realizability is the most effective variable, and next social recognition, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.32) and we could find that organizational commitment is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. According to these result, perceived value of work and organization attitude(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) of dental hygienists are affirmative. but to make their attitudes be more affirmative, the research about improving perceived value of work is needed. Especially, vision realizability and social satisfaction are very important variables at perceived value of work of dental hygienists.

  • This study aimed to identify the integral factors influencing the attitudes of nursing students toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatments. Methods: 139 nursing students were selected from the school of nursing of a single university. Questionnaires were used as measurement tools to measure their good death recognition, attitude towards death & towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. The degree of good death recognition, attitude towards death & towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Correlation between variables was analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and factors influencing the attitude towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment using multiple linear regression. Results: Attitude towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was significantly positively correlated with good death recognition(r=.312, p=.000). As a result of multiple linear regression, good death recognition significantly influenced (β=.312, p=.000), accounting for 8.5% of the variance in attitude towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment. Conclusions: The results from this study can be contribute to develop educational programs to foster positive attitudes towards withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment.

  • This research study aimed to examine the seriousness related to sodium over intakes that is becoming a global issue, evaluate how the recognition of sodium-reduced products and its acceptance can influence the intention of purchasing sodium-reduced products, and generate basic data for establishment of marketing strategy of campaigns such as reducing sodium intake and commercialization of sodium-reduced products. According to the results of the research, the acceptance of sodium-reduced products significantly influenced the purchasing intention of sodium-reduced products, while the attitude towards sodium and recognition of sodium did not significantly influence the purchasing intention of sodium-reduced products. Extension of these research findings to ordinary people and the analysis of main causes that affect the recognition of sodium-reduced products and purchasing intention provide a solid basis for efficient sodium-reduction publicity and development of directions for campaigns.

  • This study was conducted to identify the effects of baby care using dolls on nursing students' contraceptive attitude, sexual attitude, and recognition of unmarried mothers. A quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group, pretest-posttest design was used. The subjects of the study were 104 nursing college students who agreed to participate. The control group (n=52) received lecture sex education while the experimental group (n=52) received lecture sex education and baby care education using a doll. The contraceptive attitude, sexual attitude, and unmarried mother's recognition were then examined. Data were collected from September to December, 2017 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-tests, and t-tests with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The scores of contraceptive attitude differed significantly between the experimental group and the control group (t=4.66, p=<0.001). Additionally, the sexual attitude score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (t=-2.23, p=0.028), with pleasure playfulness showing a significant decrease (F=3.96, p=<0.001). However, recognition of unmarried mothers did not differ significantly between groups (t=-0.08, p=0.937). Overall, the results showed that baby care using a doll has positive effects on contraceptive attitude and sexual attitude. In the future, effective sex education should include methods that complement lectures.

The statistical method was performed with SPSS WIN 22.0 using a complex sampling analysis, pearson's correlation coefficients, and a multiple regression analysis. The result of this study was significant positive correlation between attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment and consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.266, p<.001), good death recognition(r=.373, p<.001), meaning of life(r=.122, p=.037). The meaning of life was significant positive correlation consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.294, p<.001), good death recognition(r=.230, p<.001). The good death recognition was significant positive correlation consciousness of biomedical ethics(r=.306, p<.001). Factors Influencing on the attitude toward withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment was good death recognition(${\beta}=.32$, p<.001) and consciousness of biomedical ethics(${\beta}=.16$, p=.004). These factors explained about 16% of the variance. Therefore it is necessary to develop an educational program to positively raise the attitude of consciousness of biomedical ethics and good death recognition.
