경찰 오토바이 시뮬레이터의 동역학에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamics of Police Motorcycle Simulator)

  • 본 연구에서는 기동 순찰대 오토바이 가상훈련 시스템 구현의 개발 기술을 바탕으로 PC를 기반으로 한 모터사이클 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 모터사이클 시뮬레이터를 현실감 있게 직접 운전하고 있다는 느낌을 받도록 하기 위해서는 운전자와 시뮬레이터 사이에서 상호 신뢰성 있는 신호의 전달 및 조작 느낌이 중요하다. 이를 위해서 실차와 동일한 조작 느낌을 생성하기 위하여 실차의 각 서브시스템이 모터사이클 시뮬레이터에 그대로 적용될 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구를 수행하여 시스템을 구축하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 운전자에게 현실감 있는 조작 느낌을 제공할 수 있는 피드백 큐 생성 방법을 개발하였다. 차량 동역학은 차량 시뮬레이터에 탑승한 운전자가 운전 중 조작하는 조향 휠, 가감속 페달 등으로부터 입력을 받아 실시간으로 차량의 운동을 예측하고, 그 결과를 시각, 음향 시스템에 전달하여 필요한 시각 및 운동 큐를 생성케 하는 시뮬레이터의 중심요소이다. 시뮬레이션 동역학 주요 요구내용에 대해 정리하고자 한다.

HLA/RTI를 이용한 워게임 시뮬레이터와 통신 효과 시뮬레이터의 연동 시뮬레이션 연구 (Research of Interopaeration Simulation between War Game Simulator and Communication Effect Simulator using HLA/RTI)

  • Wargame simulators are widely used in the field of defence modeling and simulation. Because of increasing importance of communication effects on the warfare, the war game simulator is also required to reflect communication effects. One way to satisfy the requirement is the interoperation simulation between war game simulator and communication effect simulators. This paper shows the application of interoperation simulation between war game and communication effect simulators using HLA(High-Level Architecture)/RTI(RunTime Infrastructure). The war game simulator mainly deal with the engagement of troops and the troops communicate each other at the mission execution level. In the other hand, The communication effect simulator perform communication actions between the troops in the engineering level. Using the interoperation simulation, we can reflect the communication effects on the war game simulation. We show various applications of the interoperation simulation with the point of the war game and communication effect simulator. with a case study, we explain the interoperation simulation improves the reality and fidelity of the war game simulator and how the interoperation simulation can be applied to developing doctrines and real communication system.

  • 기존 계통 안정도 평가와 제어의 방법은 전체 계통의 데이터를 취득한 후 평가하고 제어하는 방식으로 이루어져왔다. 하지만 이 방식은 계산 효율 측면과 통신상의 문제로 인해 신뢰성 측면에서 문제가 있다 더욱이 긴급한 상황에서 전압 불안정을 판단하기에는 많은 문제점이 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 PMU(Phase Measurement Unit)와 같은 측정 장치에서 제공하는 지역정보를 이용한 VIP(테브난 임피던스와 부하 임피던스의 비교 분석하여 제어하는 방법)가 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 VIP 알고리즘을 이용한 전압 불안정 현상 모의를 실시간 Digital Simulator (Hypersim)를 이용하여 계통을 분석하였다. Hypersim에서는 실제 계통과 유사한 모의를 통해 동적 모의가 가능케 하고 있다. 이것은 동안 실효치 데이터를 기반으로 하는 시간 모의에서 벗어나 실제 계통과 같이 순시치 데이터를 가지고 실제 상황처럼 모의 분석할 수 있는 것이다.

  • This paper presents implementation of digital phase controller for thyristor by using FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) in HVDC system. Implementation of digital HVDC system is possible by using superior digital simulator such as RTDS (Real Time Digital Simulator). But thyristor phase controller is typically implemented by analog circuit, because it is difficult to implement the phase controller with low operating speed of RTDS. To guarantee high control performance, phase controller needs fast operating speed. This paper presents FPGA based digital phase controller to obtain high speed and high performance. The entire digital simulation of the HVDC system is also implemented by interfacing between FPGA based phase controller and RTDS. Proposed digital HVDC simulator is verified through RTDS simulation.

  • Vehicle evaluation is performed on the proving ground, and durability test and dynamic test cost lots of money and time. Doing replace real vehicle experiment with similar experiment environment, it will take us much more useful advantages. Suspension simulator is required the robust and high-reliability and used widely. But it's natural of high-leveled control technique to manage to be fitted fluid system's property and complex that is for the lack of self-damping, nonlinearity, compressibility. In designing and evaluating simulator, it is important to understand the capability of kinematic and static performances. In this paper, an kinematic modeling and analysis has been presented using ADAMS to design that can reproduce longitudinal, lateral, and vertical force.

A Symbolic Computation Method for Automatic Generation of a Full Vehicle Model Simulation Code for a Driving Simulator

  • This paper deals with modeling and computer simulation of a full multibody vehicle model for a driving simulator. The multibody vehicle model is based on the recursive formulation and a corresponding simulation code is generated automatically from AUTOCODE, which is a symbolic computation package developed by the authors using MAPLE. The paper describes a procedure for automatically generating a highly efficient simulation code for the full vehicle model, while incorporating realistically modeled components. The following issues have been accounted for in the procedure, including software design for representing a mechanical system in symbolic form as a set of computer data objects, a multibody formulation for systems with various types of connections between bodies, automatic manipulation of symbolic expressions in the multibody formulation, interface design for allowing users to describe unconventional force-and torque-producing components, and a method for accommodating external computer subroutines that may have already been developed. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method have been demonstrated by the simulation code developed and implemented for driving simulation.

휠로더 자동변속기 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of an Automatic Transmission Simulator for a Wheel Loader)

  • TCU is a shift controller far automatic transmission of which major functions are to determine the shift point and manage the shifting process based on the various input signals. As the recent digital control technologies advance, it plays a key-role to improve a transmission performance and its algorithm becomes more complicated. This paper describes the development of transmission simulator fur wheel loader that enables a TCU for normal stand-alone operation by the real-time emulation of TCU interface signals. It can be utilized for the analysis of shift control algorithm implemented in a commercial TCU as well as for the development of brand new TCU.
