Crowdsensing technologies can improve the efficiency of smart parking system in comparison with present sensor based smart parking system because of low install price and no restriction caused by sensor installation. A lot of sensing data is necessary to predict parking lot saturation in real-time. However in real world, it is hard to reach the required number of sensing data. In this paper, we model a saturation predication combining a time-based prediction model and a sensing data-based prediction model. The time-based model predicts saturation in aspects of parking lot location and time. The sensing data-based model predicts the degree of saturation of the parking lot with high accuracy based on the degree of saturation predicted from the first model, the saturation information in the sensing data, and the number of parking spaces in the sensing data. We perform prediction model learning with real sensing data gathered from a specific parking lot. We also evaluate the performance of the predictive model and show its efficiency and feasibility.

This study deals with the application of USN wireless inclinometer sensor for earth retaining structure safety measurement, The application of wireless inclinometer sensor has great advantage about real-time monitoring of earth retaining structure, It allows a construction manager to monitor movement data from anywhere connected through internet during the process of excavation for substructures of buildings, To validate the applicability of the wireless inclinometer sensor. laboratory and field tests have been performed, The results have shown that the measured values of wireless inclinometer sensor represent the behavior of H-pile well, Both convenience of sensor installation and real-time monitoring of earth retaining structure are confirmed, The proposed wireless measurement system provides a good basis for exact measurement of temporary substructures, More measurements and application are expected for the other excavation sites with various conditions.
Currently, Korea is an aging society and is expected to become a super-aged society in about four years. X-ray devices are widely used for early diagnosis in hospitals, and many X-ray technologies are being developed. The development of X-ray device technology is important, but it is also important to increase the reliability of the device through accurate data management. Sensor nodes such as temperature, voltage, and current of the diagnosis device may malfunction or transmit inaccurate data due to various causes such as failure or power outage. Therefore, in this study, the temperature, tube voltage, and tube current data related to each sensor and detection circuit of the diagnostic X-ray imaging device were measured and analyzed. Based on QC data, device failure prediction and diagnosis algorithms were designed and performed. The fault diagnosis algorithm can configure a simulator capable of setting user parameter values, displaying sensor output graphs, and displaying signs of sensor abnormalities, and can check the detection results when each sensor is operating normally and when the sensor is abnormal. It is judged that efficient device management and diagnosis is possible because it monitors abnormal data values (temperature, voltage, current) in real time and automatically diagnoses failures by feeding back the abnormal values detected at each stage. Although this algorithm cannot predict all failures related to temperature, voltage, and current of diagnostic X-ray imaging devices, it can detect temperature rise, bouncing values, device physical limits, input/output values, and radiation-related anomalies. exposure. If a value exceeding the maximum variation value of each data occurs, it is judged that it will be possible to check and respond in preparation for device failure. If a device's sensor fails, unexpected accidents may occur, increasing costs and risks, and regular maintenance cannot cope with all errors or failures. Therefore, since real-time maintenance through continuous data monitoring is possible, reliability improvement, maintenance cost reduction, and efficient management of equipment are expected to be possible.

Recently, embedded systems have been introduced in various fields such as smart factories, industrial drones, and medical robots. Since sensor data collection and IoT functions for machine learning and big data processing are essential in embedded systems, it is essential to port the operating system that is suitable for the function requirements. However, in embedded systems, it is necessary to separate the hard real-time system, which must process within a fixed time according to service characteristics, and the flexible real-time system, which is more flexible in processing time. It is difficult to port the operating system to a low-performance embedded device such as 8BIT MCU to perform simultaneous real-time. When porting a real-time OS (RTOS) to a low-specification MCU and performing a number of tasks, the performance of the real-time and general processing greatly deteriorates, causing a problem of re-designing the hardware and software if a hard real-time system is required for an operating system ported to a low-performance MCU such as an 8BIT MCU. Research on the technology that can process real-time processing system requirements on RTOS (ported in low-performance MCU) is needed.

In wireless sensor networks, real-time applications have to ensure the timely delivery of real-time data. Recently, OMLRP (On-demand Multi-hop Look-ahead Routing Protocol) has been proposed to improve the timeliness of wireless sensor networks. The protocol needs initialization time to establish multi-hop information based routing path because it performs incremental look-ahead of the information. Consequently, the protocol deteriorates DDSR (Deadline Delivery Success Ratio) as an event moves because it takes little consideration of event mobility. In this paper, we proposed a Real-time Routing for Events Mobility (RREM) which exploits a data redirection in order to improve the DDSR of moving events. Instead of recollecting muti-hop look-ahead information, the RREM redirects the data to a sensor node holding the information collected in a previous round. We verify the timeliness and energy efficiency of RREM using various MatLab simulations.

In wireless sensor networks, real-time data delivery schemes typically achieve a desired delivery speed by performing one-hop lookahead. Recently, to reduce the deadline miss ratio against the desired delivery speed, a study has proposed a real-time routing protocol based on proactively performing two-hop lookahead. However, the study might cause heavy message exchange overhead and high computing complexity to carry out obtainment of two-hop neighborhood speed information in the entire sensor nodes whether data are delivered or not. Moreover, although multi-hop lookahead provides the least deadline miss ratio, due to the restriction from the overhead and the complexity, the recent study merely adopts the two-hop lookahead manner. In this paper, we propose a novel real-time routing protocol that adopts on-demand neighborhood multi-hop information obtainments only around data forwarding paths. Simulation results prove that the proposed routing protocol offers better performances with respect to deadline miss ratio, total communication costs, energy efficiency, and network lifetime.

A Structure Health Monitoring (SHM) system needs a real-time remote data acquisition system to monitor the status of a structure from anywhere via Internet access. In this paper, we present a data acquisition system that monitors up to 40 Fiber Bragg Grating Sensors remotely in real-time. Using a TCP/IP protocol, users can access information gathered by the sensors from anywhere. An experiment in laboratory conditions has been done to prove the feasibility of our proposed system, which is built in special-purpose monitoring system.

Sensors based bridge monitoring system (SBBMS) is designed to perform real-time monitoring and to store the performance history of in-service bridges. In general, visual inspections play a major role in maintenance of in-service bridges; however, they are not adequate to document the behavior of a bridge. Therefore, visual inspections and sensor based monitoring systems complement each other. Sensor based bridge monitoring systems consist of hardware and software systems. The hardware system contains the sensors and data-loggers to measure the behavior of a structure, the communicational equipment to transmit the measured data from the site to the monitoring center, and the computers to arrange and analyze the data. The software system controls data-loggers, arranges and analyzes the measured data, makes real-time display, stores the performance history.

In 2015, the number of senior citizens aged 65 and over in Korea was 6,662,400, accounting for 13.1% of the total population. Along with these social phenomena, risk information related to the elderly is increasing every year. In particular, a fall accident caused by a fall can cause serious injury to an elderly person, so special attention is required. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented a system that monitors fall accidents and informs them in real time to minimize damage caused by falls. To this end, beacon-based indoor location positioning was performed and biometric information based on an integrated module was collected using various sensors. In other words, a multi-functional sensor integration module was designed based on Arduino to collect and monitor user's temperature, heart rate, and motion data in real time. Finally, through the analysis and prediction of measurement signals from the integrated module, damage from fall accidents can be reduced and rapid emergency treatment is possible. Through this, it is possible to reduce the damage caused by a fall accident, and rapid emergency treatment will be possible. In addition, it is expected to lead a new paradigm of safety systems through expansion and application to socially vulnerable groups.
