As the fixed mobile communication tools using the internet are developed, the off-line services are serviced through on-line on the internet. our society is divided into the real world and the cyber world. In the cyber world, the authentication to the user is absolutely required. The authentication is divided into the real-name authentication and the anonymous authentication by the kind of the internet service provider. There are some ISPs needed the real-name authentication and there are others ISPs needed the anonymity authentication. The research about the anonymity authentication is steadily established to these days. In this paper, we analyze the problem about blind signature, group signature, ring signature, and traceable signature. And we propose a method of anonymity authentication using the public certificate. In the proposal, the anonymity certificate have the new structure and management. Certificate Authority issues several anonymity certificates to a user through the real-name authentication. Several anonymity certificates give non-linked and non-traceability to the attacker.

일관된 온/오프 아이덴티티 관리를 통해 양방향 커뮤니케이션을 강화하고 상호작용을 촉진하는 SNS의 본질과는 다르게 타인의 의견을 일방적으로 수용하는 수동적인 이용행태가 강화되고 있으며 표현의 자유를 즐기기 위해 페이스북을 익명 또는 가명으로 사용하는 사람들이 증가하는 경향을 보인다. 이처럼 변형적으로 나타나는 이용행태를 설명하기 위해 본 연구는 자존감, 실명사용, 의사표현과 같은 심리적·행태적 변인을 포함한 통합모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 자존감이 실명사용과 자기노출에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 실명사용자가 자신에 대해 더 많은 정보를 노출함에 따라 관계에 대한 만족도와 지속이용의도가 증가하는 결과를 보였다.

해양수산부는 2016년 유실어구에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위해 전자어구실명제 실행계획을 발표하였다. 어구의 과다사용 및 폐어구 저감을 위해 어구의 종류 및 위치, 사용자의 실명을 포함한 정보를 IoT 기반의 통신을 이용하여 어선 및 관제센터에 효율적으로 전송할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전자어구실명제를 실행하기 위한 LoRa 기반의 부이 장착 단말 장치와 어선용 게이트웨이를 제안한다. SEMTECH사의 SX1276 칩 사양과 ISM 대역인 900 MHz 대역을 사용하여 1(게이트웨이):200(부이) 통신이 가능하도록 설계하고 제작하였다. 또한 전자어구실명제 실행의 기술적 제안으로써의 실증을 위해 해상 시험 결과를 분석하였다.

전자 우편을 이용함에 있어서 수신자의 전자 우편 주소 입력 시 오타 혹은 오기로 인해 발생할 수 있는 전자 우편 발송의 실패에 대해 수신자 실명을 표시하는 전자 우편 시스템 개발을 위한 방법을 연구하였다. 수신자 실명을 표시하는 전자 우편 시스템이란 전자 우편 자성 시 발송자가 입력하는 수신자의 전자 우편 주소를 통해 수신자의 실명을 데이터베이스를 통해 검색한 후 검색된 실명을 발송자에게 보여줌으로써 전자 우편의 발송확률을 높이는 시스템이다. 본 연구는 전자 우편의 발송 성공률과 데이터의 유출, 부정확한 전자 우편 발송에 따른 서버의 과부하와 이로 인한 경제적 손실을 최소화하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Enter your information in the EMR, which was developed markers that inspectors use to compare the before and after images PACS satisfaction. Convenience than using traditional, consistency, the entry of the missing were higher as a statistically significant difference. A test strip automatic enrollment programs are developed in this study. You can increase the stability of the patient by checking the image to show the real tester, we expect the quality of care would be improved.

부동산개발은 국토의 효율적 운영을 촉진하며 국민 경제에 미치는 영향이 지대하므로 관련 정보의 축적을 통해 종합적인 정책을 수립하는 것이 필요하다. 속성정보만으로 구축된 부동산 관련 정보는 분석과정에서 오류가 발생할 가능성이 있으므로 특정 필지 및 그 위의 건물을 기본으로 주변의 정보와 함께 공간분석이 가능한 부동산개발안내도를 구축해야 하며 이는 땅의 소유관계를 알 수 있는 지적정보와 땅 위에 존재하는 다양한 건축물과 사회기반 시설에 대한 공간정보에 부동산 관련 행정정보를 속성으로 부여함으로써 가능하다. 특히, 건물의 형태적 변화와 속성적 변화 정보의 최신성을 유지할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로명주소기본도를 기초로 부동산개발안내도를 구축하는 방안과 각 시스템 간의 연계를 통해 최신성을 유지할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

일반적으로 지리정보시스템(GIS)은 실세계에 대한 정보를 컴퓨터상에서 수치지도로 디지털화하여 저장한 다음, 사용자에게 원하는 형태로 가공하여 제공한다 따라서 사용자가 지리정보를 얻기 위해서는 실세계가 배제된 디지털화된 수치지도만 사용하므로 현실감이 떨어지게 된다. 그러나 사용자가 주시하는 실세계를 배경으로 그에 동조하는 부가 정보를 함께 정합하여 보여주는 증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술은 현실감 증대에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 최근 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지리정보를 얻기 위하여 단순히 수치지도를 보면서 지리정보를 획득하는 기존의 시스템을 개선하여 사용자가 주시하는 실세계 영상을 배경으로 건물명, 도로명과 같은 부가정보를 실시간으로 중첩하여 보여 주는 증강현실 기술을 이용한 3차원 지리정보안내시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

최근 급상승된 부동산 가격의 하락으로 무리하게 갭투자를 한 투기꾼들로 인한 부동산 전세 사기와 관련된 언론 보도가 급증하고 있다. 이로 인한 세입자의 피해 사례가 계속 증가함에 따라 정부는 세입자 보호와 전세사기 방지를 위한 대책을 수립하고 있다. 그동안 주택임대차보호법, 임차권등기명령 등 세입자 보호를 목적으로 하는 법령에 관한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 공적 장부간 정보 불일치로 인한 사기가 급증하면서 공적 장부의 정보의 일관성에 관한 연구가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 부동산과 연관성이 높은 건축물대장, 도로명주소대장의 건물정보를 매칭키를 활용한 매칭방법론에 대한 연구를 모색하고 다른 공적 장부와의 연계방안도 검토하고자 한다.

We have developed a automatic surface inspection system for cold Rolled strips in steel making process for several years. We have experienced the various kinds of surface inspection systems, including linear CCD camera type and the laser type inspection system which was installed in cold rolled strips production lines. But, we did not satisfied with these inspection systems owing to insufficient detection and classification rate, real time processing performance and limited line speed of real production lines. In order to increase detection and computing power, we have used the Dark Field illumination with Infra_Red LED, Bright Field illumination with Xenon Lamp, Parallel Computing Processor with Area typed CCD camera and full software based image processing technique for the ease up_grading and maintenance. In this paper, we introduced the automatic inspection system and real time image processing technique using the Object Detection, Defect Detection, Classification algorithms. As a result of experiment, under the situation of the high speed processed line(max 1000 meter per minute) defect detection is above 90% for all occurred defects in real line, defect name classification rate is about 80% for most frequently occurred 8 defect, and defect grade classification rate is 84% for name classified defect.

As developing the medical treatment image portion with the change of these times, PACS, which is able to digitalize image portion data, has a lot of data-based image data. Applying this PACS, we would like to settle down RNSXI(real-name shooting X -ray of inspector) system. We interviewed with P ACS's operators of university hospitals which is using PACS in Seoul about the present conditions whether using of RNSXI or not. And we inquired the RNSXI equipments, applying PACS database, and Interface conditions undertook to do in our hospital. All university hospitals in Seoul are set up the P ACS system. But no hospital use the RNSXI. In our hospital, we can check inspector' name or initials who exposure x-ray with the PACS Viewer by looking over equipments(CR, DR, US, MG, MR, CT) and Interface of the DICOM Header data. However, some equipments like RF and Angio can not check inspector' name or initials. Under the Film/System environment, RNSXI system has been used frequently like that inspector's signature or initial added to a patient data. Though the digital medical treatment was developed, RNSXI system was declined. It is necessary to using RNSXI system in order to improving radiologists' rights, even if it is not under the application of the medical treatment image laws. If RNSXI system use, radiologists should specialize in their major and the Repeat rate should be reduced. In environment of PACS, RNSXI system can be used by linking both the equipments and the Interface with a production enterprise of P ACS. Therefore RNSXI system applying the P ACS datebase should settle down in our medical system for being provided lots of data.
