For efficient interaction between humans and robots, robots should be able to understand the meaning and intention of human behaviors as well as recognize them. This paper proposes an interactive human intention reading method in which a robot develops its own knowledge about the human intention for an object. A robot needs to understand different human behavior structures for different objects. To this end, this paper proposes a hierarchical behavior knowledge network that consists of behavior nodes and directional edges between them. In addition, a human intention reading algorithm that incorporates reinforcement learning is proposed to interactively learn the hierarchical behavior knowledge networks based on context information and human feedback through human behaviors. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through play-based experiments between a human and a virtual teddy bear robot with two virtual objects. Experiments with multiple participants are also conducted.

Purpose: Previous studies rarely investigated the effects of the metacognitive reading strategies on reading engagement, particularly in globalized higher education, while those studies examined reading problems and engagement with lower reading level. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the metacognitive reading strategies including global reading, problem solving, and supporting reading on reading engagement that include argentic, behavior, emotional, and cognitive engagement in global learning environment. This study investigated research questions: how do global reading, problem solving, and supporting reading strategies affect argentic, behavior, emotional, and cognitive reading engagement? Research design, Data, and methodology: This study collected data via online survey in globalized learning environment. This study applied statistical analyses, such as factor and regression analyses and ANOVA. Results: The results of this study showed that metacognitive reading strategies had significant effects on student reading engagement while they were reading class materials in English for academic purposes. Conclusions: This study provides managerial implications in higher education by providing better strategies to enhance learning skills in global context. In particular, this study provides implications that the effects of problem solving and supporting strategies could be improved by adopting better management systems in globalized education.

본 연구에서는 유아의 정서읽기능력이 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 G시에 위치하고 있는 사립유치원 만 5세 192명이다. 2018년 12월 17일부터 12월 27일까지 유아의 정서읽기능력과 친사회적 행동에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 자료 분석 결과 첫째, 유아의 정서읽기능력과 친사회적 행동은 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 정서읽기능력은 친사회적 행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 정서읽기능력 향상과 친사회적 행동 증진을 위한 프로그램 개발에 대한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구는 OECD PISA 2009 원자료를 활용하여 학교도서관의 교육적 영향력과 책무성을 확인하고 공교육의 내실화에 이바지할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 OECD PISA 2009에 참여한 우리나라 만 15세 4,989명의 설문자료와 읽기성취도 점수를 활용하였다. 구조방정식 모델링을 통하여 도서관방문이 독서태도와 독서방법 및 읽기성취도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과 도서관방문은 독서태도, 독서방법 및 읽기성취도와 인과관계가 있었으며, 독서태도는 독서방법 및 읽기성취도와, 독서방법은 읽기성취도와 인과관계가 있었다. 이러한 인과관계에 집단을 적용한 결과, 일부 개별 경로에서 집단이 조절변수로 작용하였다.

본 연구는 독서수준에 따른 단계별 학습만화 이용행태가 학습능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 독서수준이 다양한 학생들을 대상으로 질적 연구방법을 통해 조사 분석하였다. 학생들은 학습만화 반복읽기 과정에서 독서수준에 따라 동일주제의 단계별 학습만화를 이용하는 행태를 보였다. 이러한 학습만화 이용행태는 관련 주제의 일반도서 읽기로의 전이를 돕고, 학습만화가 교과단원의 이해를 위한 참고서 역할을 함으로써 학습능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 학습만화를 이용한 자기주도적 학습법과 학습만화 읽기 개선을 통한 효율적인 독서지도안이 개발되기를 기대한다.

The purpose of present study is to investigate children's attitude toward reading, reading method, reading environment, reading volume, and then to compare the results obtained by sex, area and grade. The tool used in this survey was a questionaire designed specially by the investigator. The questionaire was distributed to 1339 children selected at the descretion of the investigator with due consideration of sex, area(large city, medium city and rural community) and grade (from 2nd grade of primary school to 2nd year of middle school). The results of this study are summerized as follows : 1) Regional difference was observed in respect of the followiug : Awareness on reading, motivation for reading, reading method, activity after reading, number of books collected, reading guidance, how to obtain books to read, monthly reading volume, and reading tendency. 2) Also difference by grade was observed in respcet of the following ; Activity after reading, reading guidance, monthly reading volume and reading tendency. The following conclusions have been made based on the results of the survey: 1) The children's attitude toward reading and reading method may be considered favorable while reading environment is not satisfactory yet. Especially, reading environment of school children in medium cities and rural communities is worse than that of large cities. 2) No difference by sex was observed in respect of attitudes toward reading, reading method, reading environment and reading volume while difference by sex was observed in respect of reading tendency. The followings are recommended based on the results of survey: 1) To establish and carry out a comprehensive program for the improvement of reading environment of the school children in medium cities and rural communities. 2) To improve and substantiate school library facilities and design a proper guidance program to have children utilize school library to the maximum extent. 3) To contemplate on the consolidated measures for reading behavior survey.

대구광역시교육청 소속 초 중 고등학생 2,855명을 표본으로 학교도서관 전담 전문인력이 배치되어 있는 학교의 학생들과 그렇지 않은 학교의 학생들 간에 어떤 독서행태의 차이가 나타나는지 조사하였다. 독서 경향, 독서환경 의존 경향, 학교도서관 이용의 세 영역으로 나누어 살펴본 결과 학교도서관에 전담 전문인력이 배치된 학교의 학생들이 그렇지 않은 학교의 학생들에 비해 더 균형 있는 독서 경향을 보이고, 공적 독서환경 의존경향이 더 높고, 학교도서관 이용률이 더 높으며 태도가 더 긍정적이라는 사실을 확인하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 독서태도 모델을 개발하는 데에 있다. 이에 독서태도의 개념과 구성요인을 살펴보고 선행 독서태도 모델을 비판적으로 고찰하여 새로운 독서태도 모델을 제시하였다. 개발된 독서태도 모델은 크게 독서환경 변인, 독자 변인 및 독서행동 변인으로 구성되었다. 독서태도 모델 개발 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독서태도의 구성요인을 인지, 정서, 행동의지로 구분하여 다양한 측면에서 독서태도를 확인할 수 있는 이론적 틀을 제공하였다. 둘째, 독서태도의 행동적 요인을 행동의지와 몸짓으로 드러나는 독서행동으로 구분하여 독서태도의 구성요인에 관한 논리성을 강화시켰다. 셋째, 독서태도의 대상으로 물리적인 책(텍스트)과 책읽기를 모델에 명시화하여 책의 중요성을 독서태도 모델에 반영하였다. 넷째, 독서경험을 통한 인지적이고 정서적인 스키마를 제공하여 독서태도와 독서행동의 변화가능성을 이론적으로 제시하였다. 다섯째, 개발된 독서태도 모델은 독서환경과 독서환경으로부터 유발된 자극이 독자와 독자의 독서행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치며 피드백 되는지에 관한 영향 관계가 제시되어 독서태도의 형성과 작동과정을 이해하는 데 도움을 준다.

이 연구는 태도에 대한 이해를 높이고 여러 학자들이 개발한 독서태도 모형의 비교와 분석을 통하여 독서태도 조사를 위한 설문 내용을 개발하고자 한 것이다. 태도는 개인이 어떠한 사건이나 문제, 사람이나 사물 등에 대하여 어떤 인식과 감정을 가지고 있으며, 또한 그 대상에 대해 가지고 있는 반응의 준비상태를 말하는 것이다. 태도는 정서, 인지, 행동으로 구성되어 있으며, 태도는 경험이나 학습에 의하거나 가치판단에 의해서 형성되는 것이다. 독서태도는 독서에 대한 신념이나 의견을 나타내는 인지적 요소와 독서에 대한 감정이나 평가를 나타내는 정의적 요소, 실질적으로 독서하려는 행동이나 의도를 나타내는 행동적 요소의 3가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 독서태도 모형의 구성요소를 분석해보면 독서태도 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 독서경험, 독서결과에 대한 신념, 타인의 기대에 대한 신념, 독서환경 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서, 독서태도 조사를 위한 설문의 내용은 독서경험, 독서결과에 대한 신념, 타인의 기대에 대한 신념, 독서환경 등이 포함되어야 한다.

이 연구는 청소년의 자율 협력적 독서실행 모형을 제시하고 협력적 독서방식이 청소년의 독서유효성에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 8개 지역, 61개 중 고등학교에 68개 독서클럽을 조성하고 연구집단을 독서미흡집단, 독서양호집단, 독서혼합집단으로 구분하여 청소년의 자율 협력적 독서실행을 4개월 동안 실시하였다. 독서유효성의 설문지를 제작하여 사전과 사후검사를 실시하고 SPSS 통계 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청소년들의 독서유효성은 긍정적으로 향상되었으며 독서미흡집단이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 청소년의 독서행동에도 긍정적인 변화가 나타났으며 독서유효성의 변화는 독서행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.
