In an integrated steel mill, zinc (Zn) inputs from raw materials and steel scrap are enriched in the dusts and sludges collected from gas and water cleaning systems. The reuse of these dusts and sludges must be controlled within certain limit to avoid Zn accumulation and related operational problems in blast furnace. An integrated system has been established at China Steel Corporation (CSC) to enhance the internal reuse of Zn-containing dust/sludge while keeping Zn input within control lim it. However. the performance of this system has not been very satisfactory until one and half years ago when a rationalization process was initiated. The essence of this rationalization process, the recent improvements in Zn control and dust and sludge reuse are reported and discussed.

The stress patterns of vertical stiffener of plate girder bridge were examined by existing data of actual measurement stress for steel bridges and the structural details of vertical stiffener of plate girder bridge having seeked rationalization and abbreviation were investigated by 1/2 bridge model. As the results, the out-of-plane stress occur in the upper parts of vertical stiffner and fatigue cracks by the action of alternative stress is apt to occur in web plate of lower parts vertical stiffener. Also, the gap between lower parts of vertical stiffner and lower flange of plate girder bridge seeking rationalization and abbreviation is effective to adopt 100mm.

What will the gaming industry look like in the future? Where is it heading? Most producers, developers, and gamers have been pondering such questions since the very beginning of video games. This paper asserts that the current trend in video games to emphasize rationalization will, in time, bring about an extreme polarization within the game industry. Each year the barriers to entry are becoming lower and the size of the game market is growing, which will bring about an emphasis on who has the power to be recognized in the industry. This paper argues that such trends will, in turn, lead to a power play in which the winner will always be the player with the most monetary power. In time, this prolonged power play is expected to bring about what this discussion refers to as a dystopian model within the game industry.

본 연구는 다목적댐 기본계획 입안에 있어서 노력과 시간을 가장 많이 소비하는 $\ulcorner$사업으로부터의 산출량 산정$\lrcorner$의 합리화를 연구대상으로 삼았다. 봉 논문에서 제안한 전산 program에 의하여 충주댐 최적계획 입안의 합리화를 이룩할 수 있었다. 본 방버은 충주댐과 유사한 타사업의 산출량산정에도 적용 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 폐쇄된 기업별 물류시스템의 한계를 극복하기 위한 열린 정보시스템 활용을 통한 기업 간 화물차 공유 원리를 적용하여 회차비용 감소 등의 물류비용 절감을 위한 물류합리화 모형을 개발하였다. 최근에 정보네트워크의 눈부신 발전과 정보인프라가 구축되어 있음에도 불구하고 대부분 국내 물류시스템 운영은 기업별 단독운영의 폐쇄적인 분배정책에 의존하고 있어 제품을 각 기업분배센터에서 소비지로 수송한 후 분배센터로 되돌아갈 때 높은 공차율 상태로 차량을 운영하고 있어 기업물류비용 증가의 원인이 되고 있는 물류효율화 및 혁신을 도모하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 분배시스템의 유통경로 중 기업의 분배센터와 제품의 소비지를 연결하는 수송단계에서의 공차율을 고찰하였으며 이를 통한 화물차공유 운용방식을 적용한 물류합리화 방안을 도출하였다.

선진국인 일본과 미국, 유럽 등에서는 철도운영기관에서 경영합리화 방안으로 철도차량 검수인원 최소화를 위한 판타그라프 습판마모 및 차륜마모 상태 자동측정 시스템(예를 들면, CCD 카메라에 의한 자동 측정 등)을 '80년대 후반부터 도입하고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서는 '90년대 후반부터 도시철도 운영기관에서 경영합리화 방안의 일환으로 판타그라프 습판 및 차륜 마모 자동측정 시스템 적용에 대해 관심을 갖기 시작하였다. 이후 2002년도부터 한국철도공사의 신설 차량기지에 설치하기 시작하였다. 기 적용된 외국 및 국내의 CCD 카메라에 의한 판타그라프 습판마모상태 자동측정 시스템을 분석하여 IT 강국으로써의 새로운 첨단기술 방식을 적용한 CCD 카메라에 의한 판타그라프 습판마모 측정방법 및 관리방안이나 국내실정에 맞지 않는 검사관리 항목 등을 개선 적용한 사례(국내 운영기관)들을 연구, 국내 도시철도 운영기관에 적용토록 함으로써 경영합리화 실현 및 국내의 IT 선진기술을 해외철도 운영기관에 적용할 수 있는 단초를 제공하고자 한다.

The set-net fishing is involved in the trap fishing method that intercepts the fishes migrating along the coast and induces them to be in the bag net stretched in advance. And this fishing also corresponds to the licensed fishing in fisheries law. Though its annual total production of around 50,000 to 70,000 M/T is less than in other fishery section, its price becomes higher because the fishes are sold in the live fish condition. Until recently, the set-net fishing is one of the preferred fisheries on account of its less operation expense and stably operating condition in a long term. In the meantime, the industrialization in Korea having been prospered along coastal area and the over fishing in terms of the powered and larger size fishing boat make the fishing ground environment worse yearly. In addition, its difficulty becomes more worse with issuing fishery product free import in July 1997; accordingly, the strategy for the set-net fishing through business rationalization should be considered. From the discussion of the sort of set-net, general present situation and operating actual state of set-net fishing, the improved methods for business rationalization in the present paper is proposed as follows: 1. to increase the fisheries resource through prevention of the marine contamination and purification of coastal area environment. 2. to save the labour cost through the improved the fishing gear. 3. to improve the fish quality through development of the process technology. 4. to increase the income of fishers through improvement of the distribution channels.

본 연구는 1984년 해운산업합리화 조치와 2009년 해운산업 구조조정과 경쟁력 강화 방안에 대한 정책의 특성을 비교하고 분석했다. 본 연구에 따르면 두 정책의 시행 주체와 목표, 그리고 정책 내용 등에서 상당한 차이를 보였다. 1984년에는 정부 주도하의 강력한 행정의지에 의해 선사 통폐합이 이뤄졌으나, 2009년에는 채권단에 의해 선사의 구조조정이 추진됐다. 위기 극복을 위한 처방에서도 각각 선사 통폐합과 선사 구조조정이라는 점이 서로 다른 특성이다. 1984년 해운산업합리화 조치는 우리나라 해운산업의 체질을 개선한다는 보다 근본적이고 적극적인 목표를 갖고 정책이 마련됐다면, 2009년 해운산업 구조조정과 경쟁력 강화 방안은 선사들의 도산을 막아 해운산업을 유지시키는 다소 한정적 접근이 담겨있다고 볼 수 있다.

입찰담합에 따른 공공재정 손실, 경쟁 저해, 신뢰 하락 등의 문제에 대응하기 위해, 공공 건설공사 입찰실무자의 담합 가능성을 예측하고 대응 방안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 FTT (Fraud Triangle Theory)의 기회, 압력, 합리화 요인을 분석하여 입찰담합 예방 및 대응 방안을 도출한다. 종합·전문 건설업체의 입찰실무자를 대상으로 한 설문 조사를 통해 FTT 연구모형을 검증하고, 결과를 통해 입찰실무자의 담합 가능성을 예측하는 데 활용한다. 연구 결과, 압력이 높을수록, 기회가 많을수록, 합리화가 강할수록 개인의 담합 가능성이 커지는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 기회가 많을수록, 합리화가 강할수록 타인의 담합 가능성도 커지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 현상을 이해하여 입찰담합 예방을 위한 정책 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
