중국의 병원 전 응급의료체계 개선방안 (Improvement of the pre-hospital emergency medical service system in China)

  • Purpose : Emergency medical services in China are increase in demand by people and under the greater pressure than ever before. So it is, necessary to advance the pre-hospital system in order to promote the development of emergency medical services. Methods : This is based on China-related articles, books, journals, reports, statistical data and other literature. Results : First, pre-hospital emergency medical care with the introduction of specialist training program should be established. Second, to strengthen pre-hospital emergency services and to develop the EMS guidelines. Third, the "120" reporting systems unification and awareness activation. Fourth, the preparation of the EMS facilities equipment system. Fifth, the rapid transport system establishment to the selected medical institutions. Conclusion : It is necessary to strengthen the emergency medical personnel at the scene, rapid transport, rapid patient triage and to improve the survival rate of the patients.

쾌속조형기술의 구현을 위한 3차원 제어시스템 개발 (Development of a Three Dimensional Control System for Implementing Rapid Prototyping Technology)

  • 쾌속조형기술(Rapid Prototyping Technology)은 설계단계에 있는 3차원 모델을 시제품(Prototype)으로 다른 중간과정 없이 빠르게 생성하는 새로운 기술을 말한다. CAD 모델 데이터는 3차원 형상 시스템이지만 모니터 화면이나 문서로 출력할 때는 2차원으로 밖에 표시되지 않는다. 반면에 쾌속조형기술은 설계된 3차원 CAD 데이터를 2차원 단면 데이터로 변환한 후 RP(Rapid Prototyping)공정을 적용하여 순차적으로 적층해 감으로써 CAD 데이터와 같은 3차원 입체 형상을 제작하게 된다. 그러나 RP 시스템은 매우 가격이 비싸서 칫솔이나 완구 등과 같은 생활용품을 제작하는 중소기업에서는 구입하기 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 오픈소스를 사용하여 RP 기술을 구현함으로써 저렴한 가격으로 구매할 수 있는 RP 시스템을 개발하기 위한 3차원 제어시스템을 제안하였다.

오픈소스하드웨어를 이용한 침상머리각도 측정 시스템의 래피드 프로토타이핑 (Rapid Prototyping of Head-of-Bed Angle Measurement System using Open-Source Hardware)

  • When the study on the relationship between the Head-of-Bed (HOB) angle and ventilator-associated pneumonia is performed, the fact that the HOB angle can only be measured intermittently imposes a significant limitation on the study. Therefore, there has been demand for the development of a device that can measure the HOB angle continuously. In this paper, we propose the rapid prototyping of an HOB measurement system using open-source hardware and software. The proposed system helps to maintain the HOB angle at a particular angle by displaying the angle and helps the medical study of pneumonia patients by enabling continuous data acquisition. Firstly, we eliminate the process of making an MCU board by utilizing an open-source hardware mbed LPC1768. Secondly, we reduce the software development time by using libraries and hence enabling the easy use of peripherals. Thirdly, for rapid prototyping, we build the enclosure of the proposed system using a 3D printer. The proposed system can be attached and detached to and from a bed. Therefore, we can attach it to the bed of a patient for whom measurement of the HOB angle is necessary. Finally, we check the measurement performance and the validity of the proposed system through an experiment utilizing an incremental encoder.

도시철도 급완행 통합해석 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study for Development of Integrated DC Railway System Analysis Algorithm)

  • Increasing needs for rapid driving vehicles during rush hour, there are various researches how to operate or allocate rapid driving vehicles with the existing normal driving vehicles. In the aspect of power system, it should be preceded by an analysis for power equipment capacity. Also, it should be studied whether the added rapid driving vehicles gives a bad effects for stable operation of railway systems or not. In order to derive the results for these analysis processes, this paper suggest a novel analysis algorithm which can implement integrated analysis including rapid and normal driving railway vehicles simultaneously. This algorithm has been verified using Seoul Metro 7 Line data.

Rapid Design Method and System Development for Aircraft Wing Structure

  • This work is mainly done by too many manual operations in the aircraft structure design process resulting in heavy workload, low efficiency and quality, non-standardized processes and procedures. A top-down associated design method employing the template parametric technology is proposed here in order to improve the quality of design and efficiency of aircraft wing structure at the preliminary design stage. The appropriate parametric tool is chosen and the rapid design system of knowledge-driven aircraft wing structure is developed. First, a skeleton model of aircraft wing structure is rapidly built up through the template encapsulated design knowledge. Associated design is then introduced to realize the association between the typical structural part and skeleton model. Finally, the related elements are referenced from skeleton model, and a typical structural part reflecting an automatic response for design changes of the upstream skeleton model is quickly constructed within the template. The rapid design system proposed and developed in this paper is able to formalize the design standardization of aircraft wing structure and thus the rapid generation of different aircraft wing structure programs and achieve the structural design knowledge reuse as well.

  • Investigators who study on combustion in the cylinders of reciprocating piston type internal combustion engines have been encountered embarrassments due to the difficulties of adjusting specific parameter without interfacing other parameters such as cylinder wall temperature composition of gas in the cylinder existence of cylinder lubricant etc. Rapid compression-expansion machine the position and speed of piston of which are able to be controlled by means of a system controlled electrically and speed of piston of which are able to be controlled by means of a system controlled electrically and actuated hydraulically could be utilized as one of the most preferable countermeasures against those difficulties. Several units of rapid compression-expansion machines were developed but the speed up of frequency of piston movement still is the problem to be improved to cope with actual speed of internal combustion engines. Authors designed and manufactured a new rapid compression-expansion machine electrically controlled hydraulically actuated and computer programed and then examined the performance of one. Results of a set of experiments revealed acquirements of certain improvement of frequency of piston movement preserving the stability of system response and reproducing accurate compression ratio of cylinder those are the key function for the in-cylinder combustion experiments of internal combustion engines.

  • Better understanding and sharing information are getting important to manage interdisciplinary product development team in a globally-distributed company. This study propose a solution to implement RPD(Rapid Product Development) system, focusing on rapid production process, for better understanding between development team members in different place and easy sharing of product information. The system developed by this research shows that SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) operates in distributed environment more efficiently than other RPC(Remote Procedure Call) techniques and it does not respond sensitively to firewall. And SOAP is an excellent RPC and messaging technique to exchange structured data. Procedures developed with use of SOAP are worked together with web, and users can use remote services as an application program in their computer.

  • Today, rapid development and timeliness of introducing a new product be- comes a more influencing factor of determing its competitive power due to a shortened product cycle, while rapid improvement of manufacturing technology makes product design and manufacturing fuse together. This implies that prod- uct usability evaluation and improvement starts right from its design phase, resulting in less development time and cost. To make this possible, proper as- sessment of human reach is one of essential functions for ergonomic product us- ability evaluation, specifically in the platform of computer-aided ergonomic evaluation models or any CAD system with a built-in man model. In this study, an analytic reach prediction algorithm ensuring the posture that human naturally takes, is presented by employing the methods developed for robot kinematics. Among robot kinematic methods for solving the multi-link system, the resolved motion method was found to be effective to solve human reach as a redundant manipulator model. Also, the joint range availability was used as a performance fonction to guarantee human naturalness. The result is expected to be directly applicable to product usability evaluations.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic is not over despite the emergency use authorization as can see recent COVID-19 daily confirmed cases. The viruses are not only difficult to diagnose and treat due to random mutations, but also pose threat human being because they have the potential to be exploited as biochemical weapons by genetic manipulation. Therefore, it is inevitable to the rapid antibody-based therapeutic platform to quickly respond to future pandemics by new/re-emerging viruses. Although numerous researches have been conducted for the fast development of antibody-based therapeutics, it is sometimes hard to respond rapidly to new viruses because of complicated expression or purification processes for antibody production. In this study, a novel rapid antibody-based therapeutic platform using single B cell sorting method and mRNA-antibody. High immunogenicity was caused to produce antibodies in vivo through mRNA-antigen inoculation. Subsequently, antigen-specific antibody candidates were selected and obtained using isolation of B cells containing antibody at the single cell level. Using the antibody-based therapeutic platform system in this study, it was confirmed that novel antigen-specific antibodies could be obtained in about 40 days, and suggested that the possibility of rapid response to new variant viruses.

  • The roof crane system is used for transporting a variable load to a target position. At this time, the goal of crane system is transporting to a goal position as soon as possible with no rope oscillation. Generally crane is operated by expert's knowledge, but recently automatic control with high speed and rapid transportation is required. In this thesis we developed fuzzy controller of crane which has simplified expert's knowledge base for anti-swing and rapid tansportation to goal position.
