인터넷 패션소호쇼핑몰의 방문자를 늘리기 위한 효과적인 촉진 전략 연구 - 여대생의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 방문경로분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effective Promotion Strategy for Increasing Visitors on Internet Fashion Soho Shopping Mall)

  • This study analyzed the effective and suitable promotion method to increase visitors on the internet fashion soho shopping mall by surveying of female university students. The methods were in-depth interviews for 20 students and questionnaires for 363 students. The results indicated that the main routes of visiting the internet fashion shopping mall were keyword search window, banner advertisement window, and open market. Others were price comparison sites, the rank shop, fashion magazines or internet news, information in e-mail, broadcasting sponsor advertisements, name cards, and leaflets. So the effective methods to increase the number of visitors is to implement keyword advertisements, banner advertisements, and enter the open market to expose the brand names and item information. Being on price comparison sites or rank shops, advertisements in the fashion magazines, internet news or e-mail, broadcast sponsorships, and distribution of leaflets or name cards were also effective methods.

Performance of Food Products Distribution During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia

  • Purpose: This study aims to determine the online shop service performance of fresh food products distribution, consumer motivation, and their relationship during the COVID-19 pandemic. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey was conducted online using Google Forms on 100 consumers of TaniHub application users. Data in the form of scale were analyzed descriptively to explain the service performance and consumer motivation. The service performance consists of technical services and marketing services. Technical service indicators consist of payment, delivery, and products. Meanwhile, the marketing service indicator consists of promotions and prices. The consumer motivation is characterized by reference, actualization, and lifestyle. The relationship between the two was analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation. Results: The most consumers are millennial generation who were active in social media. They are employees with Bachelor's and Master's qualifications and included in the middle economic groups. TaniHub online shop had good technical and fair marketing performance. The motivation of online shop consumers of fresh food products through the TaniHub application was high. Conclusions: The findings discovered a significant relationship between online shop service performance and consumer motivation. It indicates the need for improvement in marketing services, especially promotions, to improve the performance of this e-agribusiness company.

셋팅 펌과 디지털 펌 기기의 사용 이유와 사용 만족도 조사 (A Investigation for Usage Reason and Usage Satisfaction of Setting Perm and Digital Perm)

  • 헤어 미용 산업체 현장에서 열 펌시술은 업무의 효율을 높이고 매출 증가에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치기 때문에 선호하는 미용시술이다. 본 연구에서 수도권 소재 헤어 샵 종사자 262명을 대상으로 열펌인 셋팅 펌과 디지털 펌 기기의 사용이유, 사용만족도, 재구매 의향에 대해서 설문조사하였다. 그 결과 펌 시술은 헤어 시술의 32.1%를 차지하였고, 디지털 펌기기의 사용이 셋팅 펌기기보다 많았다. 사용 이유는 셋팅 펌기기에서 종사기간이 길수록 웨이브가 잘 걸려, 탄력적이어, 직급은 높을수록 웨이브 유지력, 긴 머리에 시술 할 수 있어, 매출도움이 된다가 유의미하게 높았고, 디지털 펌은 종사기간이 길수록 웨이브가 잘 걸려와 매출에 도움이 되어가 유의미하게 높았다(p<0.05). 사용 만족도중 원하는 스타일의 웨이브를 연출 할 수 있다가 디지털 펌 기기에서 종사기간이 길수록 유의미하게 높았고, 재구매 의향은 셋팅 펌에서 종사기간이 길고 직급이 높을수록 유의미하게 높았다(p<0.05). 셋팅 펌과 디지털 펌 기기의 사용 이유는 사용 만족도, 재구매 의향과 좋은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 사용 이유 중 매출에 도움이 되어서, 웨이브가 잘 걸려서, 웨이브가 탄력적이어서, 긴머리에 시술 할 수 있어서가 원하는 스타일의 웨이브 연출과 재구매 의향에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 열펌 시술은 매출에 도움이 되고, 웨이브가 잘 걸리며, 긴 머리에 시술 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 시술이 간편하기 때문에 헤어 샵에서 종사기간이 길고 디자이너 이상의 직급이 선호하는 것으로 확인되었다.

품질 기능 전개(QFD) 이론을 적용한 중.노년층 여성 니트 정장 디자인 속성 (Middle and Elderly Women's Formal Knitwear Design Attributes Based on the Quality Function Deployment Theory)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of QFD to product development of clothes by empirically applying it to development of a specific clothes, middle and elderly women’s formal knitwear. The voices of customers(VOCs) for formal knitwear was collected through in-depth interviews with 25 customers, shop masters, and designers. Also, questionnaires of which respondents were 230 customers were used to rank the importance of the items of VOC. A QFD team of 10 knitwear experts implemented the task of translating VOCs into design attributes and measuring the values of the relationships between VOCs and design attributes. Importance ranking of the items of design attributes was obtained based on Lyman's method. The results of this study were as follows. First, the customer requirements for formal knitwear were classified into five dimensions, that is, symbolism, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and maintenance. Second, the descending order of the necessity of improving the quality was maintenance, aesthetic, fitness, usefulness, and symbolism. Third, three-staged design attributes were obtained as a result of translating of VOCs into design attributes. Lastly, the descending order of the importance of design attributes was "sorts of yarn", "sorts of color jacquard", "color", "tone", "ease", etc.

미용사의 직무만족도와 직업관 (Beauty Shop Workers' Views of Job)

  • This study was conducted to examine beauty shop workers' views of job. Data were collected from the workers in Seoul, Daegu, Pohang, Junjoo, and Kimhae from June 1, 2000 to August 31, 2000. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. According to general characteristics of the subjects, 28,7% of them was female; 94.2% 'specialized in hair'; 46.4% 'below twenty nine years old'; 47.1% 'married'; 59.7% 'highschool graduate'; 33.9% 'worked for below three years'; 28.5% 'monthly income of five hundred thousand to nine hundred ninety thousand won'; 62.3% 'working for above twelve hours a day' ; 41.0% 'above five workers' ; 40.6% 'working in city'. 2. 54.8% of the respondents thought that they were in good health. 76.3% of them smoked and 54.8% drank. 62.8% of them did not exercise and 78.7% was under stress. 61.5% responded that they chose the job because of its possibility of professional vocation. 91.0% of them obtained the beauty skill from beauty schools. 3. Among the factors which influenced job satisfaction, 'stable job and life security' was highest(43.9%), while 'interest in the job and amount of pay' was lowest(3.2%). 'Personal ability and use of originality' was 19.4% and 'harmonious relationship with fellow workers' was 18.1%. 'Job environment' was 7.1% and 'harmonious relationship with higher workers' was 4.5%. 4. The level workers' view of job was $113.8{\pm}17.3$ points on the basis of 150 points. On the basis of 75 points, each item showed it points in order of self-development($22.3{\pm}3.8$), service for customers($20.1{\pm}3.1$), vocational mission($15.6{\pm}3.1$), harmony with the others($18.9{\pm}3.5$), working environment($18.6{\pm}3.6$), and working condition($14.3{\pm}5.1$). 5. Among the reasons why they considered leaving the job, 24.0% of them considered it because they could not free time, while 15.4% considered it because undesirable living environment or long distance from home. 15.0% thought it because they could not receive proper treatment as much as they worked and 12.8% thought they overworked. 6. When they move into new working places, they consider such factors as good working environment(24.1%), good place to open their own beauty shops(16.7%), good beauty shop to learn beauty skill(15.6%), chance to have job training(9.5%), and close place from home(9.0%). 7. 40.6% of the respondents wanted to leave the job, while 32.3% of them did not want to leave the job. The intention of leaving the displayed significant difference in the variables of age, working period, monthly income, marital status, the number of workers, location of the shop, rank, and reason of selecting the job. 8. According to the results of a regression analysis of factors which influenced job satisfaction, it was affected significantly by intention of leaving job, the number of workers, health condition, level of stress, and monthly income. The beauty shop workers showed low satisfaction level with working environment, working condition, and working mission, They considered leaving the job because of lack of free time, overwork, poor working environment, improper treatment, etc. Therefore, related professionals and organizations must device adequate measures in order to make them work with pride as creators of beauty.

인터넷 매장과 오프라인 매장에서의 소비자 의복 쇼핑 성향 차이에 관한 연구 (The Difference of Clothing Shopping Orientation in Internet and Offline Stores)

  • The study is interested in the consumer's mixed choice of the internet and the offline stores. Therefore the purpose of study is to investigate if the clothing shopping orientation of consumers varies when they shop internet and offline, instead of classifying consumers into internet shoppers and offline shoppers. For the purpose, quantitative survey was carried out using 201 questionnaires from men and women in their twenties. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, Spearman's rank order correlation coefficient, t-test, and frequency analysis. The results are as following. First, the clothing shopping orientation structures of offline and internet stores were different each other. As the result of factor analysis, positive, brand oriented, economic, convenient conformity, convenient impulsive factors were extracted from offline store and rational, enjoying, goal oriented, conformity, brand oriented, convenient impulsive purchase factors were extracted from internet store respectively. Second, as the results of investigating the relationship between the clothing shopping orientation structures of offline and internet stores, positive(off)-enjoying(on), brand oriented(off)-brand oriented(on), convenient conformity(off)-conformity(on) had strong correlation s and the rest were peculiar to the each store type. Specifically, the goal oriented factor peculiar to the internet store was noticeable. Third, as the results of investigating the differences between clothing shopping orientation of offline and internet stores, the ranks of strong orientation dimension were different between two channels. As well, the mean differences were significant in goal oriented, conformity, brand oriented, and convenient impulsive purchase dimensions. This study has the significance that it investigated the variance of clothing shopping orientation according to the mixed selection trend of internet/offline.

유통시설의 시장점유율 예측 모델에 관한 연구 -상호작용 모델의 확장을 중심으로 (A Study on the Forecasting Model on Market Share of a Retail Facility -Focusing on Extension of Interaction Model-)

  • 본 연구에서는 입지선정과 관련된 선행 연구모델들이 갖고 있는 변수의 제한이라는 한계점을 극복하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 우선 최적입지좌표의 해를 제공해 주는 상호작용모델을 연구모델로 채택하여 모델을 검증하였다. 우선 연구모델에서 사용된 변수를 그대로 사용하여 분석한 결과 현실적으로 큰 차이가 발생한다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 차이를 극복하기 위한 변수를 찾기 위해 설문분석을 실시하였고, 설문분석을 통해 새로운 변수인 1차자료(상품가격, 구색, 품질)를 찾아냄과 동시에 2차자료(연면적, 매장면적, 주차대수)의 변수도 함께 사용하였다. 변수별 최적입지 좌표를 최적화기법을 통해 산출하였다. 또한 모델을 통해 산출된 시장점유와 98년 시장점유 실적치와 비교하는 실증분석을 통해 최적변수를 확정시키려고 하였다. 그러나 연구모델이 모델 내 포함하고 있는 λ값의 전제로 인해 변수별 시장점유가 현실을 반영하지 못하고 있다는 점을 발견하였고, 이를 개선하기 위해 λ값에 따른 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 λ=1.0의 값에서 98년 시장점유율과 가장 높은 유의성을 보였으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로 λ=1.0을 적용한 각 변수별 시장점유를 분석하였다. 분석결과 1차자료 변수를 가급적 많이 반영시키는 것이 현실적인 매출순위와 일치할 뿐만 아니라, 그 시장점유율에 있어서도 98년 시장점유 실적치와 가장 근사한 값을 보였다. 연구상권이 분당상권으로 제한되어 있으며 분석대상 시설이 백화점과 할인점으로 혼재되어 있다는 한계점이 있다. 또한 λ값의 전제를 완화시키는 과정에서 MCI모델을 이용한 직접적인 추정이 가능하나 본 논문에서는 상호작용모델을 이용한 simulation(시뮬레이션) 방법을 선택하였다. 이러한 한계점에도 불구하고 본 연구에서 도출한 확장된 모델을 이용할 경우 마케터는 보다 현실과 근접한 유통시설의 시장점유율 예측이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 정화 능력은 물의 오염 정도나 생육 환경여건에 따라 달라질 수 있는 것으로 보여진다.비교하였다. 결과: 자연 심박동 출현시간은 대조군에 비해 제I군, 제II-3군, 제III-2군 및 제III-3군에서 매우 늦은 출현시간을 보였고(p<0.01), 제II-1군과 제III-1군에서도 늦은 출현은 보였지만 통계적 유의성은 없었다(p=NS). 심박동수의 비교에서는 대조군에 비해 제III-1군이 가장 좋은 회복을 보였고(p<0.05), 비교군 간의 비교에서도 제III-1군이 제II-1군보다 좋은 회복을 보였다(p<0.05). 대동맥 수축기압에서도 제III-1군(p<0.05)에서 좋은 회복을 보였고, 대동맥 차단 군간에서도 제III-1군이 제II-1군에 비해 가장 좋은 회복을 보였다(1<0.01). 심박출량에서는 대조군에 비해 제III-1군이 좋은 회복률을 보였고(p<0.05), 비교군 간에서는 제III-1군이 제II-1군보다 좋은 회복을 보였으나 통계적 유의성은 없었지만(p=NS), 제III-2군이 제II-2군에 비해 좋은 회복을 보였다(p<0.05). 심부종의 평가에서는 대조군에 비해 제I군(p<0.01)과 제II-3군(p<0.05)에서 심부종이 심한 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 적출 심장만으로는 다른 장기의 영향을 배제한 경우에 심근보호액 자체보다 허혈 전조건화를 부여한 심근보호액 군에서 허혈 전조건화 시 심박동의 이상 징후가 출현하기 직전까지 짧은 시간 동안 허혈을 실시한 후 재관류시킨 뒤 심정지액을 주입하여 심장을 보호하는 것이 심기능 회복에 효과가 있는 것으로 생각되며, 앞으로도 계속적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.음을 보았다.s seeds was developed in order to limit the cost and reduce harsh natural seed withdrawal in the natural environment In the case of the use
