다목적 농작업 기계 변속기 부변속 안전율 분석 (Safety Factor Analysis of Range-Shift on Multi-Purpose Agricultural Implement Machinery)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the safety factor of range-shift gear pairs on multi-purpose agricultural implement machinery for an optimal design of a transmission system. Gear-strengths such as bending and contact stress and safety factors were analyzed under three load conditions: an equivalent engine torque at plow tillage, a rated engine torque, and the maximum engine torque. Root and contact safety factor were calculated to be 3.88, 5.14, 2.24, 2.11, 2.21, 0.99 and 0.78, 0.94, 0.65, 0.68, 0.84, 0.85, respectively, under equivalent engine torque condition at the plow tillage. The root and contact safety factor were calculated to be 1.91, 2.53, 1.10, 1.04, 1.07, 0.48 and 0.55, 0.66, 0.46, 0.48, 0.59, 0.59, respectively, under rated engine torque condition. The root and contact safety factor were calculated to be 1.60, 2.11, 0.92, 0.87, 0.90, 0.40 and 0.51, 0.61, 0.42, 0.44, 0.54, 0.54, respectively, under the maximum engine torque condition. The multi-purpose agricultural implement machinery could be conducted under plow tillage operation. However, gear specifications for tooth surface need modification because the gear surface would be broken at all driving conditions as safety factors are lower than 1.

탄소섬유의 용단전류 및 차폐 케이블의 과전류 특성 (The Characteristics of the Over-current of Shielded Cable and the Fusing Current of Carbon Fiber)

  • In this paper, we investigated the fusing current of carbon fiber and thermal properties of carbon fiber and metal shielded cable due to over-current. The fusing current value for the metal-coated carbon fiber was 5.3A in 3K, 7.4K and 13.05A in 12K. And if it exceeds 50% of the fusing current was broken with a rapid voltage rise. In the case of carbon fiber shielded cable, the temperature of the PVC sheath increased somewhat in the allowable current range. However, the temperature of PVC sheath rapidly increased to $128.1^{\circ}C$ in the 2 time allowable current range. This value is $10^{\circ}C$ higher than the temperature of PVC sheath on the metal screen cable, because the resistance of the carbon fiber is high and heat transfer rate is slow.

무작위 추출 방법을 이용한 원자력발전소 보수적 안전해석 조건 결정 (Identification of the Most Conservative Condition for the Safety Analysis of a Nuclear Power Plant by Use of Random Sampling)

  • For the evaluation of safety margin of a nuclear power plant using a conservative methodology, the influence of applied assumptions such as initial conditions and boundary conditions needs to be assessed deliberately. Usually, a combination of the most conservative initial conditions is determined, and the safety margin for the transient is evaluated through the analysis for this conservative conditions. In existing conservative methodologies, a most-conservative condition is searched through the analyses for the maximum, minimum, and nominal values of the major parameters. In the present study, we investigates a new approach which can be applied to choose a most-conservative initial condition effectively when a best-estimate computer code and a conservative evaluation methodology are utilized for the evaluation of safety margin of transients. By constituting the band of various initial conditions using the random sampling of input parameters, the sensitivity study for various parameters are performed systematically. A method of sampling the value of control or operation parameters for a certain range is adopted by use of MOSAIQUE program, which enables to minimize the efforts for achieving the steady-state for various different conditions. A representative control parameter is identified, which governs the reactor coolant flow rate, pressurizer pressure, pressurizer level, and steam generator level, respectively. It is shown that an appropriate distribution of input parameter is obtained by adjusting the range and distribution of the control parameter.

  • 본 연구는 이동식 부탄연소기에 사용되는 1회용 부탄캔의 변형 및 폭발을 방지하기 위하여, 캔에 안전밸브를 장착한 폭발방지 부탄캔에 대한 사용 중 안전성을 평가하였다. 실제 사용환경에서 설계압력의 오차 범위 내에서 안전밸브가 작동하는지, 안전밸브의 분출유량은 캔의 변형 및 폭발을 방지하기에 적정하게 설계되었는지, 그리고 안전밸브 작동으로 인하여 가스가 누출되었을 때 주변의 점화원에 의한 화재 및 폭발의 위험성 등을 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발제품이 외부열원에 의한 부탄캔의 내압상승을 방지하여 캔의 폭발을 방지하는 것으로 평가되었다.

  • 현재 KS Code 등 국내규정에서는 폭발위험장소의 범위를 계산하는 방법이 명확하게 나타나지 않아, 정확한 범위 선정을 위해서는 확산 모델링 해석을 이용하여야 한다. 본 연구애서는 대표적인 물질과 운전조건을 활용하여 확산 모델링에 비하여 간편하면서도 비교적 합리적인 폭발위험장소의 범위를 산정하는 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 현재 시행되고 있는 국내외 표준을 바탕으로 폭발하한계(LFL, Lower Flammable Limit)까지 거리에 영향을 미치는 변수를 선정하였다. 총 16종의 인화성물질을 대상으로 물질변수, 운전변수, 기상조건에 대하여 모델링을 진행하였으며, 통계분석을 통해 영향을 미치는 변수를 선별하였다. 선별된 변수를 이용하여 폭발위험장소의 범위 선정을 위한 3단계 분류화 방법(3Step Classification Method)을 작성하였다.

  • These days, citizens have a lot of ways to get access to IT. In the past, they tended to neglect IT that was thought to be difficult. But, currently, everyone can manufacture and get access not only software but also hardware when he has an idea. Arduino is used. Rinnai had recently released new product named Smart Sensor Range. Safe consumer who gave priority to the safety made new trend gave attention to fire prevention and smart sensor range. The ones who buy gas range prefer safety to economic advantage and/or fire power. The safety system does not always prevent fire accident. This study makes design and produces alarm that perceives temperature of pot when boiling. Not only temperature sensor but also alarm sensor was used to make alarm of boiling water and to give convenient living life. The arduino can be used at practical life to make products for various kinds of people. The invention can give convenience to housewives at kitchen, children and many persons making use of gas range. Another function can be added to develop. This arduino can develop a lot of products by using the study and other designs.

쉘타입 로울러 게이트의 회피개도량 산정 방법 (A Method on Estimation of Avoiding Open Range on Shell-type Roller Gate)

  • When the shell-type roller gate is partly open, at a certain height the large vibration is caused due to resonance and the vibration can cause damage to the gate. In this study, the review on amplitude of vibration and the possible resonance occurring at the time of opening or closing of gate is performed. Throughout the natural frequency analysis, the installation location of the measuring instrument was selected. On opening or closing of gate, the measurement of gate vibration is performed. The natural frequencies according to the opening range of the gate is analyzed. As a result of measurement and analysis, we proposed ranges in which vibration occurs largely and resonance is predicted as an avoiding open ranges, or the safe opening or closing of the shell-type roller gate. The application of this paper's avoiding open range estimation method of shell-type roller gate can be utilized as the basic data for the systematic and rational maintenance management of dams and submerged weirs in the future, and it is expected that this study can bring forth.

A Study on Dynamic Safety Navigation Envelopes Considering a Ship's Position Uncertainty

  • As technologies such as cameras, Laser Imaging, Detection, and Ranging (LiDAR), and Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) become more sophisticated and common, their use in autonomous driving technologies is being explored in various fields. In the maritime area, technologies related to collision avoidance between ships are being developed to evaluate and avoid the risk of collision between ships by setting various scenarios. However, the position of each vessel used in the process of developing collision avoidance technology between vessels uses data obtained through GNSS, and may include a position error of 10 m or more depending on the situation. In this paper, a study on the dynamic safety navigation range including the positional inaccuracy of the ship is conducted. By combining the concept of the protection level obtained using GNSS raw data with a conventional safe navigation range, a safer navigation range can be calculated for dynamic navigation. The calculated range is verified using data obtained while sailing in an actual sea environment.

Reliability analysis of soil slope reinforced by micro-pile considering spatial variability of soil strength parameters

  • In the traditional slope stability analysis, ignoring the spatial variability of slope soil will lead to inaccurate analysis. In this paper, the K-L series expansion method is adopted to simulate random field of soil strength parameters. Based on Random Limit Equilibrium Method (RLEM), the influence of variation coefficient and fluctuation range on reliability of soil slope supported by micro-pile is investigated. The results show that the fluctuation ranges and the variation coefficients significantly influence the failure probability of soil slope supported by micro-pile. With the increase of fluctuation range of soil strength parameters, the mean safety factor of the slope increases slightly. The failure probability of the soil slope increases with the increase of fluctuation range when the mean safety factor of the slope is greater than 1. The failure probability of the slope increases by nearly 8.5% when the fluctuation range is increased from δv=2 m to δv =8 m. With the increase of the variation coefficient of soil strength parameters, the mean safety factor of the slope decreases slightly, and the probability of failure of soil slope increases accordingly. The failure probability of the slope increases by nearly 31% when the variation coefficient increases from COVc=0.2, COVφ=0.05 to COVc=0.5, COVφ=0.2.
