In order to perform RAM analysis in filed-Data, we propose data collection, data refining and calibration, and RAM analysis process. RAM analysis was performed with the RAM verification and evaluation system developed by Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. We enhance the objectivity and reliability in result of data, which contains a variety of conditions; operation and maintenance concept of domestic ground weapon system, relevant regulation and after-sales service data of developer. Results are compared 2015, 2018 and development RAM value. We prove results of RAM analysis through discussion experts. • Highly reliable packaged 64kbit ferroelectric memories with $0.8{\;}\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS ensuring ten-year retention and imprint at 125^{\circ}C$ have been successfully developed. These superior reliabilities have resulted from steady integration schemes free from the degradation, due to layer stress and attacks of process impurities. The resent results of research and development for ferroelectric memories at Hynix Semiconductor Inc. are summarized in this invited paper.

  • The ram assembly is important equipment in fueling machine of PHWR(Pressurized Heavy Water Reactor) plant where fuel replacement is possible while the plant is in service. Troubles in the ram assembly can cause lots of difficulties in power plant operation. The ram assembly is typically composed of the B-ram, the L-Ram and the C-Ram. The B-ram is focused in this paper because it plays the most important role in the ram assembly. Among the ram fault phenomena, ram stuck phenomena are the most frequent cases in the B-ram, which has a ball screw mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor. Ram stuck phenomena are due to ball wear and damage in ball nut that increase in proportion to the number of fuel replacement. It is required to predict ram stuck phenomena before they occur. In this paper, a method is proposed for predicting ram stuck phenomena using a discrete wavelet transform. The discrete wavelet transform provides information on both the time and frequency characteristics of the input signals. The proposed method uses the frequency bandwidths of coefficients of discrete wavelet decompositions and detail coefficients of discrete wavelet transform to predict ram stuck phenomena. The signal used in this paper is a torque-related signal such as a hydraulic service outlet pressure signal in a hydraulic driving system or a current signal in a DC motor driving system. Finally, the validity of the proposed method is shown via experiment using ball nut characteristic test equipment that simulates ram stuck phenomena due to increased ball friction in ball nut.

  • This paper is reviewed RAM(Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) data table utilized for RAM data management to Urban Maglev Transit. As railway systems become more complex, the RAM requirements are reinforced to ensure that a design meets Reliability, Availability, Maintainability criteria. Therefore, it needs the efficient management for RAM data of railway system to meet RAM target. At this study, RAM data management format is suggested to ensure reliability and maintainability based on acquired experience for overseas rolling stock. This RAM data table and FMECA(Failure Mode Effect Criticality Analysis) table are useful to the calculation of MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure), MTBSF(Mean Time Between Service Failure) and Maintainability. Also, this RAM management table will be efficient to improve the RAM evaluation to Urban Maglev Transit.

  • In this paper, we propose a hierarchical RAM simulation model framework which are used to analyze the RAM specifications on the concept refinement phase. The hierarchical RAM simulation model framework consists of RAM simulation models, class library and each model's input and output data lists. The hierarchical RAM simulation models are co-operated with 3 kinds of model - type I, II, III. Type I, II models are used to analyze the target operational availability and Type III is used to establish the initial RAM specifications. Each model's input and output data lists are defined by considering each model's purpose of RAM analysis. The class library is arranged with each model's classes for implementing the hierarchical simulation models. The proposed framework may be applied for executing the RAM activities effectively.

  • The present study was conducted to investigate the attributes of ram sexual behaviour under different social conditions. Six intact rams and eight overiectomized ewes were used in this experiment. Ewes were artificially brought into oestrus. All mating traits were recorded every 10 sec during a 1 h mating session under five social conditions viz., ram exposed to single oestrus ewe, ram exposed to single oestrus ewe and audience ram, ram exposed to multiple oestrus ewes, ram exposed to single oestrus ewe with competitor ram and ram exposed to multiple oestrus ewes with competitor ram. Mean intensity of the mating activities during the 1 h mating session under five social conditions was compared. Either vocalization or leg kicking was found to be the predominant teasing activity under all five conditions. Sniffing differed significantly (p<0.05) between different social conditions. Vocalization, leg kicking, and leg kicking with vocalization did not differ significantly (p<0.05) between different social conditions. Mounts/h in the multiple oestrus ewe condition was higher and differed significantly (p<0.05) from other social conditions. Ejaculations/h for the experimental ram was higher when exposed to multiple oestrus ewes in comparison to other social conditions. Mounts/ejaculation was low in the audience ram condition in comparison to the other four social conditions.

  • An attempt was made to analyze the factors affecting mating performance of rams in pen mating systems. Due to many types of social interactions, mating performance of rams may decrease or increase. Six intact Muzaffarnagari rams were used and divided into three dominant subordinate pairs by food and ewe competition test. For dominant rams subordinate ram became competitor and vice versa. In the first experiment, ram was exposed to ewe but the competitor ram was kept outside the pen with the facility of visibility only. In the second experiment each ram was exposed to ewe along with the competitor ram and in third experiment ram was exposed to ewes (two) along with competitor ram in observation pen. Recordings of different mating and agonistic behaviour were done in all the experiments. It was found that subordinate ram's mating behaviour was inhibited by mere presence of a dominant ram out side without physical contact. However, when ram exposed to oestrus ewe(s) along with competitor ram, both dominant and subordinate rams spent much of their time in guarding activities instead of mating. In addition dominant ram tried to curtail the subordinate ram mating by agonistic interaction like fight and butting. Different guarding activities were observed either as active or passive type depending on level of dominanace. It was concluded that in a limited space the interaction of two or more rams might affect the number of services adversely.

  • A rapid progress of the next-generation non-volatile memory device has been made in recent years. Metal/insulator/Metal multi-layer structure resistive RAM(ReRAM) has attracted a great deal of attention because it has advantages of simple fabrication, low cost, low power consumption, and low operating voltage. This paper describes the working principle of the ReRAM device, a review of fabrication techniques, and characteristics of flexible ReRAM devices using graphene oxide as an insulating layer and ReRAM devices using multi-layered insulator. The switching characteristics of the above ReRAM devices have been compared. The oxidized graphene could be employed as an insulator of next generation ReRAM devices.

  • RAM(Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) is one of the important indicators to show the performance of weapon systems. For analyzing RAM characteristics, RAM simulation is useful and powerful as mathematical techniques. However, it is necessary to build the simulation model to express about the operation environment of weapon systems, and obtain detail input data for reliability and maintainability about the system to get accurate results by RAM simulation. In this paper, we propose a procedure to analyze RAM of the searching system consisting in weapon systems by RAM simulation and we estimate searching system availability by a commercial simulation program, AvSim.
