Recently the environment which besieges distribution system is changing suddenly. With opening the distribution market together the advanced various nations new multinational discount stores are introduced and the competition from this market is growing in intensity. Like this change is raising the recognition of the enterprises against the strategy importance of the distribution channel. Consequently, from under competing which is deepened from the hazard where the discount point industry exists what, it will not be able to do the customer-oriented management which it sees. To lead a customer satisfaction finally and it is important to put out. As only low price standing sale it will not be able to create a competitive advantage and raising the quality also it is demanded with the diversification of product assortment together. It does a customer loyalty degree further firmly and compared to the long-range strategy is necessary.

Fire is one of the environmental parameters affecting the structure causing element internal forces to change, as well as reducing the strength of the materials. One of the common types of floors in tall steel structures is the steel concrete composite slab. Shear connectors are used in steel and concrete composite beam in various shapes also has played significant role in a burning fire event of building with a steel concrete composite beam. The current study has reviewed the effects of temperature raising on the angle connector behavior through the use of push out tests and monotonic static force. The results have shown (1) the ductility of the samples is acceptable based on EC4 standard; (2) temperature raising has reduced the stiffness; (3) the shear ductility increment; and (4) the shear capacity reduction. Also, the amount of angle shear connector resistance has been decreased from 18.5% to 41% at ambient temperature up to $850^{\circ}C$.

수도육묘용(水稻育苗用) 상토(床土)의 자가제조이용(自家製造利用)을 목적(目的)으로 상토개발(床土開發)을 연탄재를 활용(活用)하여 수행(遂行)하였으며 일반(一般) 논양토(壤土) 및 산양토(壤土)를 대조(對照)로 하여 육묘시험(育苗試驗)을 한 결과(結果) 연탄재 단독(單獨)에서는 건물중(乾物重)이 다소 떨어졌으나 연탄재+제오라이트, 연탄재+규조토(硅藻土)에서는 대조(對照)와 대등(對等)하였다. 한편 상토(床土)의 pH는 연탄재단독(單獨)과 토양(土壤)에 퇴비(堆肥)를 혼합(混合)한 상토(床土)에서 높아 립고병(立枯病)이 발병(發病)되었다. 토양(土壤)에 퇴비(堆肥)를 혼합(混合)하지 않고도 양묘(良苗)의 육성(育成)이 가능(可能)하였으며 특(特)히 연탄재를 이용(利用)하여 제조(製造)한 상토(床土)에서도 양묘(良苗)의 육성(育成)이 가능(可能)하였다.

가로수용 무궁화를 만들기 위한 무궁화 수행유도 실험에서 무궁화의 지하고를 100cm, 150cm, 200cm로 하고 시비를 달리한 결과, 각각의 근원경 평균이 15.7mm, 13.8mm, 10.8mm로 지하고가 낮을수록 근원경의 생장이 우수하였으며, 분산분석의 결과도 지하고에 따른 영향이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시비에 따른 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 또한 가로수로 식재하여 '99년부터 2000년까지 2년 동안 조사한 결과는 지하고 80~120cm, 121~150cm, 151-200cm에서 각각의 근원경 평균이 4.9mm, 4.5mm, 3.0mm의 값을 나타내 지하고 80~120cm, 121~150cm의 근원경 생장이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 가로수용으로 무궁화를 육성하가 위해서는 먼저 수고와 지하고를 고려하는 것이 타당한 것으로 본 실험의 결과에서 나타났다. 그러나 본 실험의 결과는 짧은 기간의 시험에 의한 것이므로 앞으로 계속하여 관찰 연구하여 보완하고자 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leg raising and peripheral excercise on recovery of the patients who were applied with dexmedetomidine for their dental surgery. Methods: There were two groups, the experimental group (n=35) and control group (n=35), in this study. We checked blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, sedation level and symptoms such as dizziness and somnolence every 30 minutes. These parameters were assessed throughout the participants' recovery room stay. Leg raising and peripheral excercise were conducted in the experimental group in the recovery room. We have conducted chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA to compare the measured parameters in both groups. Results: The experimental group showed a significant elevation of mean arterial blood pressure, and mitigation of somnolence, sedation and dizziness compared to the control group. Conclusion: Leg raising and peripheral exercise is effective to expedite recovery in the patients who were applied with dexmedetomidine for their dental surgery.

Objective: The present study examined the perspectives of grandparents raising their grandchildren in an attempt to better understand grandparents' child-rearing experience while providing kinship foster care to their primary-grade grandchildren. Methods: Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with eight grandparents who have raised one or two primary-grade (ages 8-10) grandchildren using a qualitative approach. Results: First, the participants viewed the reason for their kinship foster care as a failure for caring for their own children and accepted the present grandparent-care provision as their responsibility. Second, the participants communicated constant struggles with their own health and grandchild-care as well as positive/negative emotions associated with the care provision. Third, most of the participants did not fully understand the developmental needs of their primary-grade grandchildren. Fourth, the participants articulated concerns for their primary-grade grandchildren's learning, peer interactions, school adjustment, and extra-curricular activities. Lastly, the participants all agreed on hoping to raise grandchildren with good personality traits as members of a society and to have them fill the gap from the loss of their parents. Conclusion: Although most participants accepted the current circumstances as their obligation, they still noted difficulties in child-care provision. Given the developmental needs of grandchildren and the resource needs of grandparents, proper and continuous intervention approaches should be developed/provided.
