Intelligent agent is to decide what customers need on the internet and offer them accurate information. In this paper, the system which can recommend the tourism items in terms of customer‘s needs is proposed by appling the intelligent agent to railway tourism system. Most of previous agents are focused on price. But, this study proposes the Railway tourism system which offers each customer the best suitable information based on quality of information and reputation. The customer's needs are analyzed through intelligent agent and the information which is suitable for customer's needs is obtained the Artificial Neural Network Model.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the management situation of the Korea Railroad Corporation(KORAIL) through the management innovation process of the KORAIL and to suggest its implications for military application. Despite stable demand, the railway passenger industry had the limitation of not being able to abolish deficit routes due to public service obligations. In addition, the launch of the Suseo High-Speed Line has introduced a competitive system, posing a threat to corporate management. KORAIL wanted to overcome this crisis by innovating its management through the utilization of big data, improvement of the freight business, decentralization of demand, the introduction of tourism railroads, and development of station influence areas. By utilizing big data, KORAIL was able to optimize the railway fare system while reducing fixed costs spent on railway maintenance. It also drastically reduced the station of cargo and created a base station to pursue economies of scale. On the other hand, the existing exclusive station system was abolished to solve the chronic saturation of the downtown area, and the railway demand was moved to Gwangmyeong Station and Suwon Station to optimize the passenger supply. In particular, it developed a new business model called the tourism railway by developing the mountain Byeokjin Line, which was a chronic deficit line, and sought to improve liquidity through the development of the station influence area. Such a process of innovation at KORAIL suggests an appropriate direction in seeking ways to innovate the military medical institutions. First of all, the necessity of improving organizational immersion through the development of a personnel structure suitable for the compulsory organization, while expanding the facilities of the division and corps, and reducing the time required for medical treatment and waiting through the establishment of a data-based medical system was suggested. Next, it was also discussed to integrate the National Health Medical College, which received accreditation as a medical facility through the designation of advanced general hospitals and is ultimately under discussion with the Medical Institution. Through this, we hope that the military medical institutions, which are facing various challenges, will overcome existing limitations and be re-lighted as innovative institution that provides comprehensive public health services.

This paper deals with the exchange of tourists and the operation of sightseeing train encouraged by the inter- Korean cross-border railway project. First of all, how the inter-Korean cross-border railway project has developed will be discussed. After this, tile present tourism state, facilities, the state of railways and roads of North Korea, and major tourist attraction around the Kyonguisun will be shown. And then, several aspects on the agreements between the Korean National Railroad (KORAIL) and North Korean railroad system will be summarized. And, finally, the economic effect of the line including the operation schedule of the Kyonguisun sightseeing train, the demand forecast, the computation of railway fare, and profit sharing will be depicted.

이 논문은 남북철도 연결에 대비하여 관광교류와 관광열차 운행에 관한 연구 논문이다. 이 글에서는 남북철도 연결의 고찰과 북한관광의 현황을 알아보고, 북한 관광기반시설, 철도, 도로현황을 알아보고 경의선 철도를 이용한 북한의 주요관광지 소개(경의선 연결지역중심) 북한관광 교류의 절차를 파악하고 북한관관열차 운행에 따른 협약(남북관광교류에 관한 협약 및 부속합의서) 남한 철도청과 북한 철도부와의 협약(관광열차 운행의 주체) 여행사간 협약, 신변안전 협약, 열차안전에 고나한 협약, 운임계산에 고나한 협약, 여행 안내협약, 관광여행객이 지켜야 할 사항, 국경역 통과에 관한 협약 등을 작성해 보며, 경의선 연결에 대비 경의선을 중심으로 관광 열차 운행 계획, 수요 예측, 운임계산, 수익 분배방식, 일정표 등을 논해보고 경제적 효과를 분석해 본다.

웹 기술의 변화발전 동향을 파악하는 것은 지리정보의 웹 공유에 있어서 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 사항 중의 하나이다. 시맨틱 웹은 컴퓨터가 정보를 보여주는 것에 그치지 않고 정보를 이해하도록 하는 방법론 및 기술로서, 기존의 웹과 온톨로지의 결합을 통해 이루어진다. 개념화의 명시적인 사양이라고 정의되는 온톨로지와 이에 기반한 시맨틱 웹은 지리정보의 효과적인 공유와 검색을 위해 활용될 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 모바일 웹 상에서 사용자의 행동맥락에 부합되는 관광정보를 제공하기 위한 시맨틱 웹 서비스에 대해 논의한다. 이를 위해 관광지, 관광자원, 관광객의 활동 등이 체계적으로 개념화 및 조직화된 PARA(Place-Attraction-Resource-Activity) 온톨로지 모형을 구축하고, 관광객의 이동을 고려하기 위하여 관광지와 연결된 전철 네트웍을 이 모형에 결합시킨다. XML(Extensible Markup Language) 웹 서비스는 클라이언트의 요청과 이에 따른 서버의 응답을 중개하는 역할을 하는데, PARA 온톨로지 모형과 연동되는XML 웹 서비스를 통해 개념기반의 관광정보 발견이 가능하도록 한다. 이 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 도쿄 관광정보의 검색 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 가용성이 테스트되었다.

우리나라는 남북간 거리가 약 1,200km, 동서간 거리가 약 840km인 반도국가이다. 이 국토의 철도교통 인프라로 고속열차 KTX와 장거리용 일반열차, 그리고 대도시 지하철이 있을 뿐이다. 전 국토의75%가 산악지역에 분포된 우리나라에 관광 및 지역간 교통 수송을 담당하는 산악열차가 아직 운행되지 않고 있다는 것은 아쉬운 점이다. 국토 균형 발전 정책과 철도 인프라 구축 우선 정책의 원칙을 고려하여, 우선 3호선 구파발 역에서 북한산을 경유하고 4호선 쌍문 역 구간을 운행하는 산악열차를 건설한다면 관광 측면은 물론 서울의 서북지역과 동북지역을 관통하는 지선 역할 측면에서 모범이 될 수 있다고 본다. 설계, 건설, 운영의 친환 경성도 확보될 수 있음은 물론이다.

우리나라는 국토의 약 2/3이상이 산악지형으로 이루어져 있으며 산악지역의 자연공원을 관광 자원화 하여 수혜를 원하는 사람들에게 접근성이 용이하도록 정책을 활성화할 필요가 있다. 이러한 여건을 감안하고 국토의 균형발전과 철도 인프라구축 정책원칙 우선 적용을 위한 일환으로 산악지역 중 가장 실효성과 경제성이 있을 것으로 예상되는 북한산에 대해 산악관광열차로서의 도입시 이용자 지불의사 수준에 관한 대안을 적용하여 산악철도에 대한 경제성 변화를 연구 하였다. 분석결과 LIM(선형유도모터) 과 랙&피니언 시스템의 편익비용비가 각각 0.73, 0.8로 나타났으며, 랙&피니언방식이 적용가능 한 대안으로, 향후 새로운 신 기술개발이 이루어지고, 노선내 터널을 일부시공 한다면 선형유도모터방식도 가능한 대안으로 검토 되었다.

지속적인 고속도로망 확충과 고속철도 개통 등에 따라fr개선 항공수요가 계속 감소하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 각 공항과 지방자치단체에서는 지방공항을 살리기 위한 대책 마련에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 고속철도의 등장으로 인한 대구국제공항의 현황을 분석하구 공항의 활성화를 위한 방안을 도출하고 대구공항개발에 대한 장 중단기간의 역할에 대한 로드맵을 제시하여 대구국제공항의 활성화를 통한 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 실질적인 이행방안을 제시하였다. 이런 관점에서, 대구시에 대구국제공항의 활성화를 위한 전담기구를 조직하여 일관적인 수요진작을 위한 지역 여행사지원, 대구국제공항을 주요항공 기지로 사용할 항공사의 지원, 일본의 지방도시에서 새롭게 개장하고 있는 공항에 대한 우선적 노선 개설, 중화권으로의 노선개설 및 확대 등을 적극적으로 추진할 것을 제안하였다. 건설교통부 차원에서는 인천국제공항의 허브화 지원만을 주요공항정책의 수단으로 삼고 있으나, 인천국제공항은 국가를 대표하는 공항으로 하되 수요의 흡수는 광역 수도권으로 하고, 향후 서해안권과 영남권의 거점 공항을 육성 할 필요가 있다. 국내 지방공항의 항공수요는지역인근의 자체 기종점 수요를 기반으로 하고 있어서 다거점 (1강 2중과 제주)으로 육성 할 필요가 있다는 견해를 제시하였다.

한반도의 정세는 MB정부 등장으로 남북경색 국면이 심화되면서 대화가 어렵게 되었다. 금강산 관광의 단절과 이어서 천안함 사건과 연평도 포격 등으로 남북은 대결국면이 강화되었다. 2011년 12얼 17일 김정일 사망으로 전혀 다른 상황이 전개되고 있으며, 북한은 김정은을 빠르게 새로운 지도자로 부각시키면서 후계정권의 출범을 알리고 있다. 남북경제협력을 기본으로 남북간의 다양한 물류분야에서의 협력도 진행되었다. 남과 북은 2002년 11월 '제1차 해운협력 실무접촉'으로 남북해운 관련 기본 협의를 진행하였다. 남북철도와 도로가 연결되었다. 이런 남북물류는 MB정부 등장으로 침체되다가 김정일 위원장의 사망으로 새로운 상황에 처하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 남북여건변화를 살펴보고 남북경제협력과 이를 기초한 남북물류의 실태와 과제를 문헌연구와 기존 남북자료를 토대로 분석하고, 최근의 여건 변화를 고려한 향후 남북물류의 발전방향과 실천과제를 모색, 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 중장기적인 한반도의 물류체계와 향후 전략과 비전에 대하여 제안하였다. 현재의 남북 대결국면의 타개는 우리 정부의 몫이 크다. 한반도가 위대한 통일국가(The Great Unified Korea)가 되고 남북경협과 남북물류가 원활히 교류되기 위해서는 남북한이 통일에 대한 신념이 있어야하고, 정치, 외교적 능력, 경제력 향상, 튼튼한 안보 유지, 국민들의 참여와 공감 등이 전제되어야 할 것이다.
