  • 사물 인터넷을 기반으로 지하철역사의 재난 전조를 조기에 발견하고 승객들에게 피난을 유도하는 지하철 재난전조 감지 시스템 개발에 있어서 재난 발생시 상황대피 유도방법과 정확한 재난 위치 알림 및 대피경로 안내는 재난 상황에 빠른 대피와 인명피해를 최소화 할수 있는 매우 적극적인 대안이 될 수 있다. 좁은 출구밖에 없는 지하공간 구조상 소방 시설 및 장비들의 완벽한 작동을 담보하기란 쉽지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대피를 가장 효율적으로 유도할 수 있는 재난대응 EL Display 통합 보드를 개발하였으며 이를 현장 실험을 통해 실제 활용성에 대한 검토를 실험하였다. 특히, EL패널을 재난 대피유도용으로 활용한 사례가 없어 현장적용테스트를 거쳐 그 활용 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • 최근 열차운행의 안전을 실시간으로 감시하고 통제를 통해 사고 및 위험을 예방하는 안전관제 플랫폼의 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 초기 설계에서 기존 분산된 안전 데이터의 통합에 따른 대용량 데이터의 실시간 처리를 위하여 분산 네트워크를 지원하는 DDS통신 방식을 채택하였으나, 안전관제 플랫폼 내부의 서버와 콘솔 간 통신은 기존의 TCP소켓통신을 그대로 적용하였다. TCP소켓통신의 경우 1대1 통신으로 안전관제 테스트베드의 소규모 시스템을 위한 데이터 처리는 가능하지만, 추후 전국으로 확대되면 방대한 데이터로 인해 통신 트래픽이 발생하는 경우 대처가 어렵게 된다. 본 논문에서는 안전관제 플랫폼의 서버와 콘솔 간 인터페이스 방식을 분산네트워크를 지원하는 DDS통신으로 제안하였으며, TCP소켓방식과 DDS방식의 데모를 구현하고 처리량 및 속도 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, DDS통신을 적용하는 경우 향후 변경될 수 있는 시스템에 대비하여 확장성과 유연성이 개선된다는 사실을 도출하였다.

  • The down town passage segment which follows in the straight line which follows recently in high speed of the railway and rail construction is increasing. Also according to quality of life improvement of the citizens whom follows in national income increase the resident demand only becomes larger day by day about a environmental creation which is comfortable and house environmental etc. Demand of the citizens is not the problem of today yesterday about like this railway mean of transportation and with the fact that continuously will increase in future. This study is to predict and reduce railway noise from the conventional PSC-beam bridges which passes through urban areas under the government strateges of speed and weight increases of railway. The purpose of this study is to recommend a proper noise prediction method for designing pleasant roadside environments. The railway design including existing line reconstructions should minimize curved alignment to increase train speed to 180~200km/hr under the government's long-term planing such as the 4th Comprehensive National Development Plan (2000~2020), National Intermodal Transportation Plan (2000~2019) and National Railroad Network Establishment Plan (2006~2015), Since the PSC-beam bridges are mainly used for bridge structures urban areas, noise measurements were performed and analyzed to recommend the noise prediction methods for each type and speed of train respectively.

냉각공기 유속 측정에 기반한 철도차량용 공기압축기 열교환기의 열전달 특성 분석 (Heat Transfer Analysis of a Heat Exchanger for an Air-Compressor of a Railway Vehicle Based on Cooling Air Flow Measurement)

  • In this study, local velocity distribution of cooling air in a heat exchanger used in an air compressor for a railway car was measured and heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger were analyzed. First, heat transfer coefficient and fin performance of the cooling air side were predicted and was checked if the fin of the heat exchanger was effectively used. Distribution of air flow rate at high temperature side was predicted through pipe network analysis and heat resistance at high temperature and low temperature side were predicted and compared. Spatial distribution of temperature in the interior and surface of the square channel constituting high-temperature side was predicted and appropriateness of the size of the heat exchanger was examined. As a result of the analysis, the present size of the heat exchanger could be reduced and it could be effective to promote heat transfer inside the heat exchanger rather than outside to improve performance of the heat exchanger.

철도 무선통신 기술동향 및 국내 운용현황 (The Operation Conditions of Domestic Railway Wireless Communication Network and Those Technical Trends)

  • 고속철도를 운영할 뿐 아니라, 고속열차를 생산하는 우리나라는 고속철도를 효율적으로 운용하기 위해 각 분야에서 승차감 향상, 주요부품 자동진단, 차상 전기검측, 소음저감 등 여러 가지 기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문은 그 중에서도 철도 무선통신분야의 기술을 이해하기 위해, 유럽과 중국 및 미국의 철도 무선통신시스템의 운용현황을 설명하고, 국내 철도에도 적용될 철도용 LTE 시스템의 기술현황을 소개한다. 아울러 현재 운용하고 있는 국내 철도무선통신망 현황과 4세대 무선통신망에 대한 국가연구개발사업의 개략 및 고속철도 현장에서의 시험계획을 소개한다.

지하차도 건설에 따른 기존 지하철터널 안정성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Stability of Existing Subway Tunnel due to Construction of New Underpass)

  • Recently, subways in the city are formed a vast underground network which is interfered with construction when large-scale infrastructure will be planned to nearby existing subway tunnels. Researches have been restricted to estimate stability of existing subway tunnel due to adjacent excavation causued by small construction such as buildings. In this paper, OO underpass is planned on the top of existing subway tunnel, which will be need large-scale excavation, is selected as a subject of study. And the purpose of this study is to analyze the effects on existing subway tunnel due to excavation by stages on construction of underpass. The 3D-numerical analysis was performed by using the MIDAS/GTS program. The stability on existing subway tunnel caused by sequential excavation is analysed using numerical results. Based on the analysis, the excavation orders and reinforcement methods was suggested for stability of exiting subway tunnel.

  • 지난 99년 이후 친환경적이며 경제적이고 효율적인 대체 교통수단의 개발이라는 목표 하에, 차세대 근거리 교통수단으로 각광받고 있는 경량전철 시스템 적용을 목표로 무인 변전소 기반의 전력감시제어 시스템(SCADA)을 개발하였다. 차세대 변전소 기술 적용이라는 취지 하에 각종 IED들과의 연계는 모두 통신으로 처리하여 시스템의 고기능화를 추구하였고, Network 이중화를 통하여 시스템의 신뢰성을 제고하였으며, CCTV 및 각종 보안센서를 적용하여 배전반의 무인화 운전 및 원격 상시 감시 기능을 구현하였다. 이로써 신뢰성 있는 시스템 기반의 무인 변전소 기술 확립이라는 측면에서 현재 진행되고 있는 변전소 자동화 기술에 일조하며, 나아가 향후 에너지 IT산업기술의 기반이 되리라 사료된다.

  • An operating information and fault recode of train is very important information for safety driving and maintenance. And these information is increased and need high speed as the number of trains is increased. Wireless LAN or CDMA network is efficient to report more complicated and various information from vehicle to server in control center. Existing wireless transmission system has weakness due to transmission system is separated with TDCS and standalone. At first, standalone system needs space to be installed and cost is increased. And data transmission capacity and speed is limited by complicated structure that transmission system receive data thru serial communication like RS232 and then data transmission system send data to server in control center. This article is study to develop embedded & wireless fault code transmission device to be installed in TDCS to overcome weakness of space and to have more cost effective and simple structure. It is adapted 802.11b/g WiFi for wireless communication and OS is used embedded Linux that can easily implement wireless communication environment and ensure TCP/IP communication’s security. We also implement simple server to test wireless communication between embedded & wireless fault code transmission device and server in control center.

도시철도 및 버스의 안내체계 개선방안 (Guidance system improvement method of subway and urban bus)

  • Since July in 2004, starting with urban bus reorganization of Seoul metropolitan government, the change of the public transportation which integrates the urban bus and the subway of the metropolis are being continued. But the integration of such bus and the subway is staying to only a fare system mainly, and the guidance system of the subway and the bus has not changed. So we propose the concept of the new guidance system following public transportation change tendency. At first we introduce the new information system which can guide city railroad and bus altogether, and we propose new system which can guide divided by the trunk line and the branch line instead of bus and subway. Last high-functional guidance system which can give passengers tip and hint for various and effective usage of public transportation in more complicated city transit network is introduced. This new guidance system can increase competitiveness of public transportation system and stretch transportation share of it. And that guidance system is high-class contents that all public transportation business can utilize, so it can originate new industry. In conclusion, this new innovative guidance system is important field that government, local administration and public transportation business must be concerned and develop.

  • Existing level crossing obstacle detecting system was installed using a laser beam. Level crossing obstacle detecting system using a laser beam that has been a problem in relation to safety and maintainability failure according to weather conditions. We proposed laser radar level crossing obstacle detecting system as a way to overcome problem, and we developed an algorithm for this. Level crossing obstacle detecting system using a laser radar sensor algorithm is robust to external environment and a shadow zone does not exist. Sensor part of the laser radar level crossing obstacle detecting system of these is made up by the image processing unit and laser radar sensor, it operations by receiving train entering information from the control unit. In this paper, we proposed a detecting algorithm with calculation of the size of the laser radar sensor. Based on this, we were performance test on the basis of the scenario by making a prototype. In the future, laser radar level crossing obstacle detecting system to ensure the safety and reliability through the field test.
