  • The study analyzes the relationship between demand, satisfaction, and perception for non-face-to-face continuing medical education(CME) conducted in 2020 for 225 radiological technologist license holders working in the Busan area, and the factors that influence the positive perception of CME. T-test and one way ANOVA were used, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed. As a result, there were high demands for mobile publicity, professional radiological technologist, educational expenses support from institution heads, and CME. Male radiological technologist, over 50 years of age, and the more experienced they had a job chance, the more they had a positive perception. In the correlation between variables, the perception of the education system and the need for education showed a positive correlation. The higher the satisfaction with the education system, the higher the perception of the need for education. About 53% of the content was satisfied. Therefore, in order to raise awareness of CME, it is considered that policy changes to the education system are necessary first of all. It is considered that the search for the development of education content and educational content is necessary above all.

  • 146 people working in the ultrasound room in Busan were surveyed, and their perception of hospital infection was analyzed. According to the results of the survey, academic background showed the highest number in terms of awareness and performance of personal hygiene management and hand washing management, and the group with experience of infection education showed the highest number in terms of awareness of ultrasound equipment hygiene, and the group with less than college education showed the highest number in terms of performance of ultrasound equipment hygiene. The difference was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, performance was lower than awareness in general. This result indicates that the degree of performance is inadequate. Therefore, it can be concluded that individuals need to change their perception of personal hygiene and take interest in it through infection education.

  • Most schools and educational institutions, as well as most companies, show willingness to teach CPR. However, as an essential element for the health care workers, this study aims to analyze the appropriate timing of education and improvements to the education, focusing on those who have trained for CPR. The survey was conducted for only those who applied for CPR education regardless of their profession in medical institutions. There were 105 males and 93 females by gender, and an average of 198 females were 33.5 years. The difference in CPR education depending on individual characteristics showed a high demand that all research subjects' gender, age and marital status should be improved to a practical education. During the education period, the efficiency of CPR was high. It is expected that the education of CPR will be used for the improvement of the training cycle and the training content since it is the enhancement of the performance capabilities that require practical application.
