Gibberella zeae (anamorph: Fusarium graminearum), a homothallic (self-ferile) ascomycete with ubiquitous geographic distribution, causes serious diseases in several cereal crops. Ascospores (sexual spores) produced by this fungal pathogen have been suggested as the main source of primary inoculum in disease development. Here, we report the function of a gene designated GzRUM1, which is essential for ascospore formation in G. zeae. The deduced product of GzRUM1 showed significant similarities to the human retinoblastoma (tumor suppressor) binding protein 2 and a transcriptional repressor, Rum1 in the corn smut fungus (Ustilago maydis). The transcript of GzRUM1 was detected during the both vegetative and sexual stages, but was more highly accumulated during the latter stage. In addition, no GzRUM1 transcript was detected in a G. zeae strain lacking a mating-type gene (MAT1-2), a master regulator for sexual development in G. zeae. Targeted deletion of GzRUM1 caused no dramatic changes in several traits except ascospore formation. The ${\Delta}$GzRUM1 strain produced perithecia (sexual fruit bodies) but not asci nor ascospores within them. This specific defect leading to an arrest in ascospore development suggests that GzRUM1, as Rum1 in U. maydis, functions as a transcriptional regulator during sexual reproduction in G. zeae.

통행자 수단선택 연구에는 확률 효용 최대화 원칙(RUM)에 입각한 다항로짓모형이 주로 사용되어졌다. 그러나 최근 들어 RUM 원칙을 대신할 대안적 방법론의 제시가 이루어지고 있으며, 이러한 대안적 방법의 하나로 제시된 것이 확률적 후회 이론모형(RRM)이다. 본 연구는 지역간 통행자의 수단선택 행태를 모사함에 있어 RRM 모형을 적용하고, RUM 원칙을 적용한 다항로짓모형의 구축결과와 비교를 통하여 RRM 모형의 적용가능성을 검토하였다. 분석결과, RUM 모형과 RRM 모형 모두 모수 추정결과는 직관과 부합하는 결과를 보였으며, 모형의 자료 적합도는 RUM 모형보다 RRM 모형이 조금 더 높게 도출되었다. 결론적으로 자료적합성 측면에서 RRM 모형이 RUM 모형보다 낫다고 판단할 수 있으나, 아직 일부 사례에만 검토되어졌기 때문에 추후 경로선택, 화물 운송수단 선택 등 더 많은 통행자의 선택상황에 대한 추가적인 검토가 필요하다고 하겠다.

본 연구는 덕성여자대학교의 교육혁신을 조망하는 대안의 관점에서 덕성이룸(IiRUM) 인성교육과정의 개발 및 운영에 관한 로드맵을 설계하는 데 주요 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 대학 인성교육과정 기반을 구축하는 이론적 고찰이나 사례 방안을 다룬 문헌을 분석하는 절차와 함께 전문가 회의가 병행되는 것으로 구성되었다. 연구내용은 덕성여자대학교의 현행 교육과정 전반에 걸쳐 인성교육의 기반이 구축되어 있지 못한 교육혁신의 대안 관점에서 새롭게 구축되어야 할 인성교육과정이 현행 교육과정 구도에 어떻게 융합적으로 설계될 수 있는가의 로드맵이 제시되었다. 이에 따라, 덕성이룸(IiRUM)인성교육과정이 교과과정 및 비교과 교육프로그램에 걸쳐 개발 및 운영될 수 있는 방안이 다양하게 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 덕성여자대학교에서 덕성이룸(IiRUM)인성교육과정은 기존과 현행 교육과정 구도와 상호 균형적이고 융합적으로 개발이 될 뿐 아니라 효과적인 운영 역시 가능함이 분석되었다.

클러스터와 같은 네트워크 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 신속하고 신뢰성이 보장되는 데이터 전송이 요구된다. 신뢰성 보장을 위해서 일반적으로 사용되는 전송 프로토콜은 TCP 이다. 그러나 클러스터의 하부 네트워크로서 많이 사용되는 Myrinet 은 cut-through 스위칭 방식을 기반으로 하기 때문에 네트워크 혼잡(congestion)이 발생하지 않는다. 따라서 TCP 의 혼잡 제어(congestion control) 등과 같은 루틴들은 Myrinet 상에서 불필요한 오버헤드를 발생시킨다. 본 논문은 Myrinet 네트워크에서 흐름 제어(flow control)만으로도 신뢰성을 보장할 수 있음을 보이고 TCP 보다 오버헤드가 적은 UDP에 흐름 제어를 구현한 RUM(Reliable UDP on Myrinet)을 제안한다. 성능 측정 결과, RUM 은 신뢰성을 보장함과 동시에 TCP 보다 최대 34% 더 높은 처리량(throughput)을 보이며, UDP 와 비슷한 낮은 단방향 지연시간(one-way latency)을 보장함을 알 수 있다.

클러스터와 같은 네트워크 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 신속하고 신뢰성이 보장되는 데이타 전송이 요구된다. 일반적으로 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해서 사용되는 전송 프로토콜은 TCP이다. TCP는 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해서 혼잡 제어, 흐름 제어, 재전송 둥을 수행한다. 본 논문은 클러스터의 하부 네트워크로서 많이 사용되는 Myrinet을 분석한 결과, 네트워크 혼잡으로 인한 패킷 손실이 Myrinet에서는 발생하지 않음을 새롭게 보인다. 또한 Myrinet에서는 패킷의 순서 뒤바뀜과 손실이 발생하지 않음을 확인한다. 따라서 TCP의 혼잡 제어, 패킷 순서화, 재전송 등과 같은 신뢰성을 위한 기법들은 불필요한 오버헤드를 발생시킨다. 본 논문은 Myrinet에서 신뢰성을 보장하기 위한 최소한의 기능이 흐름 제어임을 보이고, TCP보다 오버헤드가 적은 UDP에 흐름 제어만을 구현한 RUM(Reliable UDP on Myrinet)을 제안한다. 성능 측정결과, RUM은 신뢰성을 보장함과 동시에, TCP보다 최대 45% 높은 처리량을 보이며 UDP와 비슷한 낮은 단방향 지연시간을 가짐을 알 수 있다.

The study was carried out to compare the factors of overall preference In the sensory test to the analyzation of some compositions in the 7 kinds of old grasses : An Evening Primerose, a Spiderworts, the flower of a Convolvulus, So Ru Jang Yl, Shoe Bl Rum.O Yi Pul, Jip Sean Na Mul. Results were summaries as follows. 1. The Tannin contents of fresh sample and cooked samples were determined as 0.27~2.4g%, 0.25~1.439% respectively. The largest amount of fresh samples was contained In a Shoe Bi Rum. The smallest amount of them was in an Evening Primerose. The highest level of cooked samples was found in a Shoe Bi Rm, and the lowest was in the O Yi Pul. These results were similar to sensory test. 2. The free amino acid contents of 2 kinds of samples were determined as 25.15~179.5mg%, 1.86~13. 6mg% respectively. The largest amount of sweet taste of them was 0 Yi Pul and So Ru Jaeng Yl respectively. But So Ru Jaeng Yi is not appeared sweety becase this have much tannin. The smallest amount of sweet taste was a Spiderwort. The highest level of bitter taste was So Ru Jaeng Yl the and lowest was Jip Sean Na Mul. Among of them Jlp Sean Na Mul is similar to organoleptic test but So Ru Jaeng Yi is not strong bitter taste in sensory evaluation. The highest level of sour taste of cooked samples was So Ru Jaeng Yi and the lowest of them was Shoe Bi Rum. The reducing sugar contents of fresh sample and cooked samples were determined as 1.80~ 4.9g%, 1.84 ~3.579% respectively. The largest of fresh samples were So Ru Jaeng Yl and the lowest was Shoe Bi Rum. The highest of cooked samples were an Evening Primerose and the lowest was a Convolvulus. Among of these results an Evening Primerose was not similar to sensory test because it has much other components. The level of chlorophyll of fresh samples and cooked samples were determined as 11.7~39mg%, 11.3~40.3mg% respectively. The highest of fresh samples was Shoe Bl Rum and the lowest was J ip Sean Na Mul. The largest of cooked samples was So Ru Jaeng Yi and the lowest was a Jlp Seu Na Mul.

환경 플랫폼에서 로봇이 주변 환경과 효과적으로 결합되어 주어진 임무를 수행하기 위해서는 로봇의 위치화(Localizatioin) 및 내비게이션(Navigation) 기능이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 우선, 로봇 플랫폼용 고성능 센서 노드로 이루어진 무선 네트워크를 구성하여 다양한 센서 데이터의 고속 연산 및 전송이 가능하도록 하고 특히, 로봇의 위치화 기능을 구현한다. 저비용, 저전력 특징의 직비(ZigBee) 기반 센서 노드를 32 비트급 마이크로컨트롤러 중심으로 구성함으로써 다양한 센서 데이터의 실시간 처리 및 로봇 위치화 성능을 향상시킨다. Atmel사의 RUM(Router Under MAC)을 이용하여 32 비트급 직비 스택을 개발하고 이를 활용함으로써 고속의 센서 데이터 처리 및 위치화 기능이 가능한 고성능 센서노드를 구현하고 실제 실험을 통하여 성능을 확인한다.

The 13 genre paintings by Junkeun Kim in the book "Korean Games(by Stewart Culin 1858~1929)" were used to study the late $19^{th}$ century's basic costumes and Games style in Korea. The people who appear in the paintings are 26 adult males, 2 minor males, 2 adult females and 3 kisaengs. Typical men wore 'Jeogori' which had various colors and white linings with a reached hip line, and knotted with a 'go-rum' on the right side. They also wore, white colored 'Baji' with colorful sash that were knot below knee or ankle together with 'Hang-jun' or 'Daenim'. They wore 'Beoseon'. Some men wore 'Po' whose colors were blue, green, indigo, white. The general women wore 'Jeogori' in deep green and light pink, indigo, green, red, and they matched with colors for 'Kit' and, 'Go-rum', 'Kut-dong' and its 'Go-rum' was short and narrow. It was so fit and short with narrow sleeve. It had 'Dunggun-kit'(round head collar) with white 'Dong-jung' and so it fit at neck. They wore 'Chi-ma' whose color was red, light green, or light indigo. It contrasted with 'Jeogori'. The width of 'Chi-ma' was big enough. Then white inner slacks came out under the skirt. Traditional Korean games can be classified according to age and gender. Then the games can be further classified into three categories : men's games, women's games, and games for all. The games for adult are an archery practice, hunting, shovel work with a karae, making a bow, drawing Jongkung-chart, Korean chess, playing paduk, and the Korean card game. A swing is a game for women. Games for both men and women are dice play, and domino game. Games for both adult and minor males are sledge, and tightrope walking. Through genre paintings in the $19^{th}$ century, I reached a conclusion that basic costumes are similar to 'Hanbok' at the present time and the method of wearing them has not changed much. It appears that the originality of traditional costumes has been maintained.
