MILD Combustion Characteristics with Inlet Air Velocity in a Conical Combustor (원추형 연소로에서 공기 유속에 따른 MILD 연소특성)

  • MILD (Moderate and Intense Low Oxygen Dilution) combustion is a technology that uses the recirculation of combustion gas to increase thermal efficiency not only by keeping down the concentration of Nitric Oxides and temperature but also by uniformizing the internal temperature of the combustion furnace. This study is a trial to obtain MILD combustion characteristics by adjusting the equivalence ratio with the air flow rate in the conical combustor while keeping the fuel flow rate and measuring the exhaust gas of the combustion furnace.

  • JebyeongwonhuronㆍYobaebyeonjehu is well organized and detailed is stated of classification and cause, mechanism of lumbago. That is divided into nine classes according to cause and symptoms of lumbago and described those respectively. Although there is some different, classification of lumbago after ages is based on this method in the main. The outbreak mechanism of lumbago can be stated that wicked germ invade into the body in condition that spirit and energy, especially the kidney energy is poor through various reason. That is stressed on interior factors. In the relation to organs, it is inferred that outbreak of lumbago have connection with the kidney deeply.

  • Power MOSFET is developed in power savings, high efficiency, small size, high reliability, fast switching, and low noise. Power MOSFET can be used in high-speed switching transistors devices. Recently attention given to the motor and the application of various technologies. Power MOSFET is a voltage-driven approach switching device and designed to handle on large power, power supplies, converters, motor controllers. In this paper, the 400 V Planar type, and the trench type for realization of low on-resistance are designed. Trench Gate Power MOSFET Vth : 3.25 V BV : 484 V Ron : 0.0395 Ohm has been optimized.

  • Localization is the most important functions in mobile robots. There are so many approaches to realize this essential function in wheel based mobile robots, but it is not easy to find similar examples in small underwater robots. It is presented the sonar localization system using ubiquitous sensor network for a fish robot in this paper. A fish robot uses GPS and sonar system to find exact localization. Although GPS is essential tool to obtain positional information, this device doesn't provide reasonable resolution in localization. To obtain more precise localization information, we use several Ubiquitous Sensor Networks (USN) motes with sonar system. Experimental results show that a fish robot obtains more detailed positional information.

  • This paper investigates the issue of performance testing on web browsing environments. Among the typical non-functional characteristics, index of link validity will be deeply explored. A framework to certify link correctness in web site is proposed. All possible navigation paths are first formulated to represent a usage model with the Markov chain property, which is then used to generate test script file statistically. With collecting any existing failure information followed by tracing these testing browsed paths, certification analysis may be performed by applying Markov chain theory. The certification result will yield some significant information such as: test coverage, reliability measure, confidence interval, etc. The proposed mechanism may provide not only completed but also systemic methodologies to find any linking errors and other web technologies errors. Besides, an actual practice of the proposed approach to a web-based system will be demonstrated quantitatively through a certification tool.

Design of Main Body and Edge Termination of 100 V Class Super-junction Trench MOSFET

  • For the conventional power MOSFET (metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor) device structure, there exists a tradeoff relationship between specific on-state resistance (Ron,sp) and breakdown voltage (BV). In order to overcome this tradeoff, a super-junction (SJ) trench MOSFET (TMOSFET) structure with uniform or non-uniform doping concentration, which decreases linearly in the vertical direction from the N drift region at the bottom to the channel at the top, for an optimal design is suggested in this paper. The on-state resistance of $0.96m{\Omega}-cm2$ at the SJ TMOSFET is much less than that at the conventional power MOSFET under the same breakdown voltage of 100V. A design methodology for the edge termination is proposed to achieve the same breakdown voltage and on-state resistance as the main body of the super-junction TMOSFET by using of the SILVACO TCAD 2D device simulator, Atlas.

Research into academic journal of oriental medicine in the era of Japanese imperialism (일제시대 한의학술잡지 연구)

  • There were six academic journals on oriental medicine, published in the era of Japanese imperialism(1910-1945). Six academic journals are "Han bang eui yak kyei 漢方醫藥界", "Dong eui bo gam 東醫報鑑", "Dong seo eui hak bo 東西醫學報", "Cho sun eui hak kyei 朝鮮醫學界", "Dong seo eui hak yeon ku hoi wol bo 東西醫學硏究會月報", "Dong yang eui yak 東洋醫藥". These journals were published 33rd volume with sequence. Research into these journals has derived the conclusion that the academic trend at the time were, firstly, the interaction between western and eastern medicine, secondly, researches on "Nai Kyung 內經", "Sang Han Ron 傷寒論" and finally, promotion of development of oriental medicine by looking at the advantages of western medicine.

  • Management of posttraumatic enophthalmos can present as a challenge to the reconstructive surgeon, particularly in cases of late presentation. This article reviews the pertinent anatomy of the orbit, diagnostic modalities, indications for surgery, and surgical approaches as they relate to the treatment of posttraumatic enophthalmos. Internal orbital reconstruction has evolved to an elegant procedure incorporating various biologic or alloplastic implants, including anatomical pre-bent implants. Successful repair of late enophthalmos has been demonstrated in multiple recent studies and is likely related to the precision with which orbital anatomy can be restored.

  • To reduce the particulate matter and nitrogen oxides from diesel engine, many studies are proceeding and being accomplished practically. In this situation CNG engine has important meaning both as a clean fuel and an alternative energy. In order to present the direction and application of CNG, we simulated various operating conditions, that is, spark timing, compression ratio and fuel composition etc. Thus we try to understand how those affect performance and exhaust characteristics. The simulation program results found that the optimum combustion start angle was 21$^{\circ}$ at 1800rpm and fuel composition affects performance and emissions, also we could understand the formation of emission as crank angle is changed.

  • Freckle is defined that it is one sort of dermatoses which appears in face, neck and the back of the hand et and is due to excess pigmentation. Likewise, Vitiligo and Cloasma belongs to dyspigmentation. Although dermatitis it self is a s1ight illness, the extent of studying dermatitis is quite extensive because it is connected direct1y with the patient's appearance. However there has not been a certain way yet. After taking into consideration of previous orienta1 medical doctor's views about freckle by refering to ten kinds of books inc1uding "Je-Bung-Won-Hu-Ron(諸病源候論)", it obtained some opinions which is about a synthetic views, and the difference in disease to discriminate about several different names, cause of disease, symptom and treatment.
