Recently, community computing has been proposed for group formation and group decision-making. However, legacy community computing systems do not support group need identification for ad hoc group formation, which would be one of key features of ubiquitous decision support systems and services. Hence, this paper aims to provide a multi-agent based methodology to enable nomadic community computing which supports ad hoc need identification and group formation. Focusing on supporting group decision-making of relatively small sized multiple individual in a community, the methodology copes with the following three characteristics: (1) ad hoc group formation, (2) context-aware group need identification, and (3) using mobile devices working in- and out-doors. NAMA-US, an RFID-based prototype system, has been developed to show the feasibility of the idea proposed in this paper.

The workflow, one of core features for modern business operation, models common elements and their relationships in business processes. The research is focused on how to adapt the workflow model to the healthcare examination which becomes popular these days. Especially, we intend to have fully automated process for healthcare examination by providing customers with PDA with RFTD chip. In order to realize this goal, this paper proposes the design of software architectures the class structures, and the definition of messages used for the system interactions. In other word, the paper shows the analysis of healthcare application in terms of service scenario and the design of workflow engine ant ubiquitous healthcare application under the Object-Oriented programming environment. the The result of the study may also enable the unmanned healthcare examination as well as ubiquitous based healcare examination sooner or later.
GPS/GIS and RFID technologies have been changing the paradigm af our society toward ubiquitous era. Especially, geographically distributed mobile agents with transporting objects need to be automatically recognizable and traceable under certain conditions. To do this, fundamental theories and technologies are required to specify and verify spatial and temporal behaviors of agents on geographical space. This paper presents a new formal method, called Calculus of Real-Time Distribution, Mobility, and Interaction (CaRDMI), for this purpose. For specification, CaRDMI defines a map, mobile agents with transporting objects. The movement of on agent is represented by a path on the map, consisting of a list of nodes and a list of edges with spatial and temporal constraints. Interactive constraints among agents are represented by synchronization modes on objects at nodes. These constraints are distinguishable features of CaRDMI from other methods. Especially, many-to-many timed synchronization constraints are noticeable. For verification, CaRDMI presents the spatial, temporal and interactive deduction rules and the spatial and temporal equivalence relations.

Due to the recent development of battery technology, various types of means of transportation such as electric kickboards, Segways, and electric bicycles have emerged, which can be defined as Personal Mobility. In this paper, as the incidence of safety accidents increases due to the increase in the number of users of Personal Mobility, safety helmet devices that strengthen safety capabilities and peripheral recognition functions were studied. In order for the helmet to send a safety signal, Arduino was used as a base to set the value of the sensor according to changes in distance and angle using the ultrasonic sensor to minimize errors and ensure smooth recognition. In addition, a gyro sensor was used to turn on the direction indicator according to each slope. Using a CDS sensor, the LED is designed to turn on when it goes below 150 lux at night. Finally, it is possible to check whether a helmet is worn within 5cm, and when driving at an average speed, the direction indicator light is turned on at 10 degrees, and the LED is turned on at less than 150 lux.
INCOTERMS have been changed almost every 10 years since ICC established INCOTERMS as trade terms for International transaction. Recently transportation has become bigger, and modernized by means of electronic appliances such as RFID, IT, and containerization. FRC, FOR/FOT, FOA were added in INCOTERMS1980 and every conditions are unified into three alphabets in INCOTERMS1990. The best features of INCOTERMS2000 are that FCA substitute FRC, FOR/FOT, FOA and customs formalities were simplified to make clear for each party of contract. It seems that business circles still stick to old customs of their trade like FOB or CIF not only in Korea but in an international practice even though there have been several revisions of INCOTERMS until now. ICC have tried to provide INCOTERMS3000 to solve problems between a theory and an actual condition of international trade. This study has tried to suggest opinions against INCOTERMS3000 and has surveyed a recognition, an actual using situation and issues of INCOTERMS to get improvements. For a recognition of INCOTERMS has been spread as you can find at tables many kinds of business circles still stick to old customs of their trade terms FOB and CIF. Now there are two alternative plans. Firstly, we need to suggest improvements against inconsistency of INCOTERMS to be applied on newly revised INCOTERMS3000 and educating business circles to use proper conditions of INCOTERMS for their doing business. Secondly, we shall participate in revising INCOTERMS to activate multimodal transport conditions of INCOTERMS and provide solutions to fill gap between a theory and an actual condition of international trade. It seems that terms of multimodal transport such as FCA, CPT, or CIP can be a perfect condition for each party of contract. We have examined the inconsistent features of Ship's rail and notions of on board, and observed how to activate multimodal transport terms. These would be hot issues of next revision of INCOTERMS and we provided improvements on each trade terms, THC charges, or others against INCOTERMS.

More and richer information sources and services are available on the web everyday. However, harmful information, such as adult content, is not appropriate for all users, notably children. Since internet is a worldwide open network, it has a limit to regulate users providing harmful contents through each countrie's national laws or systems. Additionally it is not a desirable way of developing a certain system-specific classification technology for harmful contents, because internet users can contact with them in diverse ways, for example, porn sites, harmful spams, or peer-to-peer networks, etc. Therefore, it is being emphasized to research and develop context-based core technologies for classifying harmful contents. In this paper, we propose an efficient text filter for blocking harmful texts of web documents using context-based technologies and examine which algorithms for feature selection, the process that select content terms, as features, can be useful for text categorization in all content term occurs in documents, are suitable for classifying harmful contents through implementation and experiment.

This paper presents a compact ultra-wideband (UWB) flexible monopole antenna design on a paper substrate. The proposed antenna is made of iterations of a circular slot inside an octagonal metallic patch. This fractal-based geometry has been deployed to achieve compactness along with improved bandwidth, measured reflection coefficient -10 dB bandwidth ranging from 2.7 to 15.8 GHz. The overall size of the antenna is $26mm{\times}19mm{\times}0.5mm$, which makes it a compact one. The substrate used is paper and the main features like environment friendly, flexibility, green electronics applications and low cost of fabrication are the key factors for the proposed antenna. The aforementioned UWB prototype is suitable for many wireless communication systems such as WiMAX, WiFi, RFID and WSN applications. Antenna has been tested for the effect of bending by placing it over a curved surface of a very small radius of 10 mm.

This paper presents the fabrication of surface acoustic wave (SAW)-based pressure sensor for long-term stable mechanical compression force measurement. SAW pressure sensor has many attractive features for practical pressure measurement: no battery requirement, wireless pressure detection especially at hazardous environments, and easy other functionality integrations such as temperature, humidity, and RFID. A $41^{\circ}$ YX $LiNbO_3$ piezoelectric substrate was used because of its high SAW propagation velocity and large values of electromechanical coupling factors $K^2$. A silicon substrate with $\~200{\mu}m$ deep cavity was bonded to the diaphragm with epoxy, in which gold was covered all over the inner cavity in order to confine electromagnetic energy inside the sensor, and provide good isolation of the device from its environment. The reflection coefficient $S_{11}$ was measured using network analyzer. High S/N ratio, sharp reflected peaks, and clear separation between the peaks were observed. As a mechanical compression force was applied to the diaphragm from top with extremely sharp object, the diaphragm was bended, resulting in the phase shifts of the reflected peaks. The phase shifts were modulated depending on the amount of applied mechanical compression force. The measured $S_{11}$ results showed a good agreement with simulated results obtained from equivalent admittance circuit modeling.
