This paper addresses the experimental study on the nonlinear critical speed and the validity of simple prediction formulation. The experiment on nonlinear critical speed is carried out using roller rigs, which has been impossible on track because of a possibility of an accident. In addition, experiment for a bogie is performed to check the difference in modeling a full railway vehicle and a bogie. It is found that nonlinear critical speed proves to be an inherent phenomenon of a railway vehicle itself and the difference of test results between a full railway vehicle and a bogie is comparatively negligible. Finally. the accuracy of simple prediction formulation for outbreak velocity and response frequency in hunting is investigated.

This study examined whether children's peer representations are associated with peer acceptance and whether attributions and goals are related to representations about behavioral responses in ambiguous provocation and conflict situations. The subjects were 119 5th-grade children responded to 4 hypothetical situations. Results indicated that children's positive representations about peer conduct in ambiguous provocations were related to their higher level of peer acceptance, and positive representations about a friend in conflict situations were associated with their perceived positive qualities of friendship. Children's positive attribution and relational goal orientation were associated with relational behavioral responses. Gender differences were found for some goals and behavioral responses, with girls displaying a more relational goal and behavioral response orientation than boys.

The time simulation of motion responses of dolphin-moored BMP in waves is presented. The equation of motion based on Cummin's theory of impulse responses are employed, and solved in time domain by using the Newmark $\beta$ method. The hydrodynamic coefficient and first order wave exciting forces involved in the equations are obtained from a three-dimensional panel method in the frequency domain. The second order wave drift forces and mooring for dolphin system are taken into account. As for numerical example, time domain analysis are carried out for a BMP in irregular wave condition.

Although telephone surveys are an attractive alternative to household interviews it is important to determine whether the data collected by the two methods are comparable. To answer this question, findings from the telephone survey literatures are examined in the view point of i) direct effect which means expressions of preference of the interview detail of answers on open questions and item missing data rates ii) statistical estimates and iii) differences of interviewers and data collection modes. Differences are explained by social desirability effects on the telephone, cognitive ability of the survey question, and mode effects and interviewer effects.

In this paper, we discuss an efficient steady-state analysis of reactance oscillators having multiple oscillations. Our oscillator is consisted of the Cauer or Foster reactance sub-circuit and a negative resistor such as tunnel diode. The reactance circuit has many resonance and antiresonance points on the frequency response curve. Such a circuit having the specified resonance and anti-resonance points can be easily synthesized with the fundamental circuit theory. In this case, the multiple oscillations may occur near at the anti-resonance points. We have developed a user friendly simulator for getting the exact steady state responses using the SPICE.

Since surge arresters are recommended to protect the electric power system from the lighting surge, the impulse current is generally used to verify this requirement at the test labotaries. Recently, the international standard(IEC 60060-2) related to the impulse current techniques revised requiring a traceability of measuring system for impulse current measurements. In this paper, a shunt for impulse current is developed satisfing the revised IEC standard and the possibility of application has been investigated using step response.

In the operating of electronic commerce system, the information about consumer purchasing intention to product through e-mail has caused the problems in the management aspects. These are the using of information again and response to the situations promptly in consumer purchasing intension, etc. Moreover, it has brought out the issues timely to operate the electronic commerce system strategically with reapplication of consumer intention information. In this studies, the agent system AWEC(Agent Windows for EC) was proposed as an alternative paln, which charges of he getting and transmitting information of consumers intension in the electronic commerce system. In this proposed AWEC, the functional structure and working allocation were executed. And also eh performance of the proposed system is analyzed and evaluated through experiment.

분산서비스거부(Distributed Denial of Service or DDoS)틀 이용한 공격은 공격목표시스템이 보안이 철저하다고 해도 쉽게 공격을 가할 수 있는 공격법이다. 근래에 들어 이러한 공격법은 여러 해킹 툴의 보급과 함께 급격히 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 시스템 자체의 보안만으로 대처 방안이 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. DDoS 공격을 방지하기 위해서는 전체 시스템들이 모두 보안체계를 갖추고 있어야 하지만, 이것은 현실적으로 불가능하다. 결국 DDoS 공격을 탐지하고 대처하기 위해서는 라우터와 네트워크를 기반으로 한 대응시스템 설계가 요구된다. 또한 DDoS 공격의 재발을 막기 위해서는 DDoS 공격 시스템으로 이용된 시스템을 찾아 악성프로그램을 탐지하고 제거할 수 있는 악성에이전트 탐지 및 제거 시스템을 설계하였다.

Sensorless PMSM is much studied for the industrial applications and home appliances because a mechanical sensor reduce reliability and increase cost. Most of sensorless algorithms are based on motor equations, and so the magnitude of phase voltage and current should be exactly obtained. However, the inverter output voltage applied to PMSM has relatively large error in the low speed range, and a relatively poor response is shown in the low speed range. This paper investigates the improved performance of sensorless PMSM in the low speed range. This paper proposes the error reduction of inverter output voltage which is realized through the variable link voltage. The proposed algorithm is verified through simulation and experiment.

The Main role of the gas turbine lies in the utilization of waste heat which may be found in exhaust gases from the gas turbine or at some other points of the process to produce additional electricity. Up to date, the PID controller has been used to operate under such difficult conditions, but since the gain of PID controller manually experience. In this paper parameter separation type 2-DOF PID controllers are proposed based on the gas turbine control system. Gas turbine transfer function is achieved from operation data of Gun-san gas turbine and Tuning algorithms of parameter separation type 2-DOF PID controller is ANFIS. Results represents satisfactory response.
