'카세린 주'의 불안정이 튀니지와 인접국가 알제리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Études sur l'effet de l'instabilité de 'Kasserine' pour la Tunisie et son pays voisin Algérie)

  • Une vague de protestation populaire a fait tomber en 2011 le régime autoritaire de Ben Ali en Tunisie. Rapidement, cette colère s'est emparée des rues de plusieurs pays du monde arabe. Six ans plus tard, le bilan est maigre puisque seule la Tunisie est globalement parvenue à effectuer une transition démocratique. Malgré cela, le gouvernement dominé par les islamistes de Ennahda accumule les échecs. La situation économique est catastrophique et le chômage en hausse constante. 'Kasserine', une ville située au centre-ouest de la Tunisie, est en proie à des attentats terroristes et un nid de djihadistes. En raison de cette situation, la Tunisie est ménagée par les djihadistes comme terre de prédication. Plusieurs groupes terroristes se montrent actifs et rivalisent l'un à l'autre dans cette région. La recherche du travail nous a conduit à examiner les activités des groupes terroristes et leurs concurrences, dûs à l'instabilité de Kasserine. Ils menacent non seulement la stabilité et la sécurité de la frontière de l'Algérie et la Tunisie, mais aussi des pays du Maghreb et de l'Europe. Ce qui a poussé les autorités algériennes et tunisiennes à joindre leurs efforts pour neutraliser les groupes terroristes, en établissant un plan opérationnel coordonné de sécurite. Pour Tunisie, elle ne doit pas négliger de surveiller la région isolée telle que 'Kasserine' et doit également intensifier sa coopération frontalière avec l'Algérie dans la lutte contre le terrorisme. Sinon l'insécurité et l'instabilité de la frontière entre deux pays risquent de durer longtemps.

16세기 프랑스어 문법서에 나타난 운율체계 기술에 대한 고찰 (Remarques sur les descriptions du système prosodique dans les grammaires françaises du 16ème siècle)

  • Notre étude a pour but d'analyser et de réinterpréter par une approche objective et acoustique les descriptions sur la prosodie du 16ème siècle faites des grammaires de cette époque. Etant donné que la définition et la classification des éléments suprasegmentaux sont très différentes entre les grammairiens, cette analyse n'est pas une tâche simple. Malgré cette difficulté, nous arrivons à presenter certains résultats. Concernant le système d'intensité, Sylvius note la forte intensité de la voyelle située sur la syllabe finale d'un mot. Nous en interprétons la force articulatoire réalisée sur cette syllabe finale. Le système temporel nous paraît plus complexe. Les grammairiens ne sont pas en accord sur la fonction distinctive assumée par la durée vocalique. Seul l'allongement de la voyelle finale d'un mot est observé de manière générale dans plusieurs exemples. Ce phénomène nous rappelle la structure accentuelle du fran#x00E7;ais actuel. Les règles intonatives établies par Meigret constituent l'alternance des formes intonatives à partir de la syllabe finale de l'énoncé, en exer#x00E7;ant la fonction démarcative qui permet de montrer la congruence entre prosodie et syntaxe.

인지과학과 프랑스문화예술의 융합을 위한 개념적 혼성의 문화교육에의 활용 (Application of conceptual integration to courses of french culture toward the convergence of cognitive science and culture)

  • 본 연구는 AI 시대에 프랑스 문화 예술에 대한 지식이 인지과학의 지식과 어떻게 융합되고 문화교육에 활용될 수 있는가하는 가능성을 심도 있게 고찰하는 것을 근본적인 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 제기되는 연구 질문은 두 가지이다. 첫째, 인지과학에서 프랑스 문화예술과 같은 인간의 감정, 정서의 영역은 어떻게 융합되는가이다. 둘째, 대학 교육 현장에서 체화된 인지, 개념적 혼성의 개념과 프랑스 문화예술 관련 콘텐츠를 융합적으로 어떤 방식으로 활용할 수 있을까 이다. 이렇게 인지과학과 프랑스 문화예술의 융합을 위해서 프랑스 문화 교육에 활용하는 가능성을 세가지 측면에서 제안해 보았다. 첫째, 한국과 프랑스 문화의 상호문화적 접근에 대한 인지적 고찰을 시도해 보았고 이를 통해 강의에서 적극적으로 활용하기 위한 다양한 강의 콘텐츠 개발을 제안했다. 둘째, 문화예술 교육에 있어서 내러티브를 활용하는 방안이다. 셋째, 스토리텔링의 새로운 패러다임과 뉴로 커뮤니케이션 시대를 맞이하여 인지과학과의 융합뿐만 아니라 문화적 보편성의 기호체계를 위한 프랑스 문화예술 강의 콘텐츠의 개발도 필요함을 제안했다.

p16INK4a is a Useful Marker of Human Papillomavirus Integration Allowing Risk Stratification for Cervical Malignancies

  • The present study was conducted to assess utility of $p16^{INK4a}$ immunopositivity as a surrogate marker for genomic integration of high-risk human papillomavirus infection (hrHPV). A total of 29 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSILs), 27 high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs) and 53 invasive squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs), histologically-diagnosed between 1st January 2006 to 31st December 2008 at the University of Malaya Medical Centre were stained for $p^{16INK4a}$ (CINtec Histology Kit (REF 9511, mtm laboratories AG, Heidelberg, Germany). Immunopositvity was defined as diffuse staining of the squamous cell cytoplasm and or nucleus (involving > 75% of the intraepithelial lesions or SCCs). Staining of basal and parabasal layers of intraepithelial lesions was pre-requisite. One (3.4%) LSIL, 24 (88.9%) HSIL and 46 (86.8%) SCC were $p^{16INK4a}$ immunopositive. All normal squamous epithelium did not express $p16^{INK4a}$. $p16^{INK4a}$ expression was significantly lower (p<0.05) in LSIL compared with HSIL and SCC with no difference in expression between HSIL and SCC. The increased $p16^{INK4a}$ immunopositivity in HSIL and SCC appears in line with the integrated existence of the hrHPV and may provide more insightful information on risk of malignant transformation of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions than mere hrHPV detection.

  • Reactive oxygen species (ROS), highly reactive molecules, are produced by living organisms as a result of normal cellular metabolism and environmental factors, and can damage nucleic acids and proteins, thereby altering their functions. The human body has several mechanisms to counteract oxidative stress by producing antioxidants. A shift in the balance between oxidants and antioxidants in favor of oxidants is termed as "oxidative stress". Paradoxically, there is a large body of research demonstrating the general effect of oxidative stress on signaling pathways, less is known about the initial and direct regulation of signaling molecules by ROS, or what we term the "oxidative interface." This review focuses on the molecular mechanisms through which ROS directly interact with critical signaling molecules to initiate signaling in a broad variety of cellular processes, such as proliferation and survival (MAP kinases and PI3 kinase), ROS homeostasis, and antioxidant gene regulation (Ref-1 and Nrf-2). This review also deals with classification as well as mechanisms of formation of free radicals, examining their beneficial and deleterious effects on cellular activities and focusing on the potential role of antioxidants in preventing and repairing damage caused by oxidative stress. A discussion of the role of phytochemical antioxidants in oxidative stress, disease and the epigenome is included.

조피볼락의 사료원으로 갈색거저리의 영양적 가치 및 소화율 평가 (Nutritional Value and Digestibility of Tenebrio molitor As a Feed Ingredient for Rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli))

  • Tenebrio molitor larvae, also known as yellow mealworms (MW), are rich in protein and lipid and can serve as a potential alternative protein and energy source in commercial aquafeeds. Therefore, this study attempts to evaluate the effects of different drying methods on the nutritional value of MW meal. For this, live MW were cold-anaesthetized before being subjected to three different types of drying methods, including freeze-drying, oven-drying at $60^{\circ}C$ and air-drying at room temperature for three days, and compared for proximate composition and energy content. An in-vivo digestibility test was then conducted to evaluate the nutrient digestibility of MW meal in diets for rockfish, Sebastes schlegeli. A test diet was prepared by mixing the MW meal with a reference diet (Ref) in a 30:70 ratio with chromium oxide as an inert marker at the inclusion level of 0.5%. Rockfish with mean body weight of 150 g were stocked into a fecal collection system equipped with fiberglass tanks of 400 L capacity. Each group of fish was fed one of the experimental diets to apparent satiation for 4 weeks. The results of the proximate analysis showed that drying methods had no significant effect on crude protein, crude lipid, ash and energy contents of MW. Despite being a rich source of protein and lipid, MW meal was deficient in certain amino acids, particularly methionine, and highly unsaturated fatty acids, particularly 22:6n-3 (DHA) and 20:5n-3 (EPA). MW meal showed high digestibility values for protein (93%), lipid (97%) and energy (88%). These results may indicate that MW meal is a nutritious and acceptable feed ingredient, with comparable digestibility values to conventional animal and plant feedstuffs such as fish meal and soybean meal, in practical diet for rockfish at grower stage.

KUGI: A Database and Search System for Korean Unigene and Pathway Information

  • KUGI (Korean UniGene Information) database contains the annotation information of the cDNA sequences obtained from the disease samples prevalent in Korean. A total of about 157,000 5'-EST high throughput sequences collected from cDNA libraries of stomach, liver, and some cancer tissues or established cell lines from Korean patients were clustered to about 35,000 contigs. From each cluster a representative clone having the longest high quality sequence or the start codon was selected. We stored the sequences of the representative clones and the clustered contigs in the KUGI database together with their information analyzed by running Blast against RefSeq, human mRNA, and UniGene databases from NCBI. We provide a web-based search engine fur the KUGI database using two types of user interfaces: attribute-based search and similarity search of the sequences. For attribute-based search, we use DBMS technology while we use BLAST that supports various similarity search options. The search system allows not only multiple queries, but also various query types. The results are as follows: 1) information of clones and libraries, 2) accession keys, location on genome, gene ontology, and pathways to public databases, 3) links to external programs, and 4) sequence information of contig and 5'-end of clones. We believe that the KUGI database and search system may provide very useful information that can be used in the study for elucidating the causes of the disease that are prevalent in Korean.

Support Vector Machines을 이용한 공급사슬관리의 지속적 협업 수준에 대한 의사결정모델 (A Decision Support Model for Sustainable Collaboration Level on Supply Chain Management using Support Vector Machines)

  • 성공적인 공급사슬관리에 있어 성과에 따른 지속적 협업 통제는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기계학습 알고리즘인 SVM(Support Vector Machiness)을 이용해 균형성과표에 기반한 공급사슬관리 성과에 따른 지속적 협업 통제 모델을 개발하였다. 우리는 지속적 협업 통제모델 개발에 있어 108명의 전문가를 상대로 실증조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구 수행에 있어 4가지 형태의 SVM 커늘 (1) linear, (2) polynomail, (3) Radial Basis Function(RBF), (4) sigmoid kernel을 이용해 공급사슬관리 지속적 협업 예측 정확도를 비교하였다. SVM 커늘 4가지 중 linear kernel의 예측성과가 가장 좋았다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 SVM linear kernel의 예측성과를 ANN(Artificial Neural Network)의 예측성과와 비교하였다. 분석결과 SVM linear kernel이 공급사슬관리에 있어 지속적 협업 예측에 우수한 예측성과를 보여주는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 곁과는 SVM linear kernel이 공급사슬관리의 지속적 협업 예측 통제에 있어 우수한 대안을 제공해 줄 것이다. 그러므로 공급사슬관리를 추구하는 기업들은 분 모델을 통해 지속적 협업 통제에 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있을것이다.

영역 축소 기법을 이용한 협력 위치추정 테스트베드 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Testbed for Cooperative Localization using Area Reduction Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 실외 환경에서 영역 축소 기법을 이용하여 대상의 위치를 추적할 수 있는 위치추정 알고리즘을 제안하고 이를 위한 테스트베드를 설계, 구현하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 고정노드의 수가 제한된 환경에서 미지노드의 수신신호 세기를 활용한 상호협력 위치추정 방식으로 3단계의 영역 축소 기법을 통해 미지노드의 위치를 추정하였다. 또한 알고리즘의 검증을 위해 $60m{\times}23m$ 영역에서 5개의 고정노드용 지그비 모듈과 4개의 미지노드용 지그비 모듈을 배치하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과 가시거리 환경에서 고정노드의 수가 동일할 때 미지노드의 수가 증가할수록 제안한 영역 축소 기법을 이용한 협력 위치 추정의 정밀도가 향상됨을 확인하였다. 향후, 실내 및 비가시거리 환경에서도 연속 위치추정이 가능한 알고리즘의 보완이 필요할 것이다.

인삼이 토끼 적혈구막의 $Na^{+}-K^{+}-ATPase$의 활성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Ginseng on Sodium-Potassium activated ATPase in Rabbit Red Cell Membrane)

  • The effect of ginseng on the ATPase activity of rabbit ref cell membrane has been investigated. The experiments were also designed to determine whether the components of ginseng could be attributed to the effect on ATPase activity which dependent upon sodium plus potassium and is sensitive to ouabain. The following results were observed. 1. The activity of the $Na^{+}-K^{+}-ATPase$ from red cell membrane is stimulated by ginseng, and the concentration of ginseng for half-maximal activity is about 15 mg%. The pH optimum for the ginseng sensitive component is 7.6. 2. The portion of the enzyme activity stimulated by ginseng is completely abolished by ouabain. 3. The activating effect of ginseng on the ATPase, with a given concentration of sodium in the medium, is increased by raising the potassium concentration but activity ratio is decreased. 4. The activating effect of ginseng on the ATPase, with a given concentration of potassium in the medium, is increased by raising the sodium concentration but the activity ratio is decreased. 5. The ATPase activity is increased by small amounts of calcium but inhibited by larger amounts and the rate of activity by ginseng is constant. 6. The action of ginseng on the ATPase activity was not related to the sulfhydryl group of cysteine, the amino group of lysine, the imidazole group of histidine, the quanidinium group of arginine, the carboxyl group of aspartic acid, or the hydroxyl group of threonine. 7. The activating effect of ginseng on the ATPase activity may be not due to a saponin which is contained in ginseng.
