In ubiquitous computing environment, An RFID system will be the important way that recognizing an object instead of Bar-code system. But a privacy infringement problem is predicted between a tag and leader to be serious. There is many difficulty that just uses an existing research method because it has an Hardware restriction. Therefore we will suggest that A RFID Privacy Protect system using Hareware friendly security algorithm. we will use RC5 and CBC_MAC because the tag has hardware restriction .To implement, We will simulate and test on One chip microprcessor environment. In the result of the experiment, We will know that a suggested system solves privacy problem on RFID system that it was using CBC-MAC and RC5 security algorithm.

Small peptide tags such as c-myc, HA, or FLAG tag have facilitated efficient Western-blotting of proteins of interest especially when specific antibodies for the proteins are not available. However, the conventional Western-blotting requires the multi-steps process taking at least several hours up to two days. With examples of various applications, here we show a convenient and time-saving method for protein detection which employs a fluorescent chemical BDED and its binding peptide RC-tag. And we propose "Estern staining", as a standard term for protein detection method using fluorescent chemicals and their binding small peptide tags. Eastern staining may substitutes for the time-consuming "immuno-staining" in many versatile applications.

This paper presents an UHF band(911 MHz) RFID tag antenna which has near-isotropic radiation pattern and easy conjugate impedance matching characteristics to any commercial chips of usual practice through the application of an inductively-coupled feeding. The proposed antenna of compact size $40{\times}46mm\;(0.12{\times}0.14{\lambda})$ has, at normal incidence, the maximum RCS of $-18.5dBm^2$ and the 3 dB RCS bandwidth of 9 MHz(1 %) in case of short chip load. It has the maximum and minimum RCS' of $-16.9dBm^2\;and\;-21.4dBm^2$ depending on the incident angles. The difference of about 4.5 dB is relatively small compared with that (about 70 dB) of a pure dipole antenna. The designed antenna has been fabricated and its RCS' have been measured varying the angles of incidence. The measured RCS' have been found to have good agreement with the simulated ones.

This paper describes implementation of electonic seal (E-Seal) of a container based on ISO 18185 standard and development of monitoring systems checking E-Seal device and cargo states in the container for secure transportation from departure to destination. For lack of definition on confidentiality support in ISO 18185-4 standard, it is vulnerable to security attack such as sniffing. To cope with this, we developed encryption/decryption functions implementing RC5 and AES-128 standards and compared their performance. Experimental results showed that RC5 outperformed AES-128 in terms of time delay. In addition, RC5 had an advantage under the condition of large sized messages as well as CPUs with low performance. However, the portion of encryption/decryption processing time was less than 1 percent of response time including communication delay between E-Seal tags and readers. Hence, the performance difference between RC5 and AES-128 standards was trivial, which revealed that both specifications were allowable in developed systems.

In the RFID system, one of the important criteria of tag antenna performance is the detection distance. The most important factor determining the detection distance of the tag antenna is the Radar Cross Sections(RCS). In this paper, we propose a method to simply measure the RCS of the RFID tag antenna using two reader antennas(Tx and Rx) and a network analyzer. We estimate RCS' from the RCS equation based on the measured $S_{21}$ using the network analyzer. We compare the measured $S_{21}$ values with the calculated $S_{21}$ values and the simulated $S_{21}$ values using EM simulator. The used tag antennas are two kinds of dipole-type, metal-type, and an inductively-coupled type ones. In case of the dipole type, the measured, simulated and calculated values of the RCS are almost the same. In case of other types, we obtain the measured RCS values with a difference of about 3 dB.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) will be used for recognizing things and offering distinctive information in Ubiquitous environment. But we are not ready to provide security service to RFID. Therefore we propose the approach of safe RFID system which provides the solution for eavesdrop, forgery, and modification based on Pre-Distribution protocol and RC5 security algorithm. First We distributes the secret key to the Tag with the Reader that is major subject on RFID system using Pre-Distribution protocol. Then we will provide to various security services and privacy protection using RC5 security algorithm. The proposed safe RFID system simulated on ATmega128 evaluate environment.

The effective reinforcement methods of structure is required to improve the durability of existing structures. Recently, the continuous fiber sheets to the concrete structures are widely used in the earthquake-proof reinforcement method. This study examines suitability and effect to concrete structure of fiber by FEM analysis. The result of analysis is as follows; All specimens occurred bending tensile failure at the middle span. Ultimate strength of specimen in the RC and reinforced RC specimen were 53.9 kN, 56.3 kN respectively and it was some low by degree 0.89, 0.82 to compare with calculated result. The deflection of specimen at the middle span occurred in approximately 0.2 mm, and did linear behavior in load 20 kN by seat reinforcement. Stiffness did not decrease by occurrence in the finer crack and reinforcement beam's flexure stiffness was increased until reach in failure. To compare calculated value and analysis value, it almost equal behavior in the elastic reign and can confirm effectiveness of analysis. Crack was distributed uniformly by reinforcement of fiber seat at failure and it do not occurred stiffness decreases.

Basalt originates from volcanic magma and flood volcanoes, a very hot fluid or semifluid material under the earth's crust, solidified in the open air. Basalt is a common term used for a variety of volcanic rocks, which are gray, dark in colour, formed from the molten lava after solidification. Recently, attention has been devoted to continuous basalt fibers (CBF) whose primary advantage consists in their low cost, good resistance to acids and solvents, and good thermal stability. In order to investigate reinforcement effect, this paper did FEM analysis with shell element. The result were as follows; BCF deck plate did elastic behavior to 450 kN, reinforcement effect of basalt fiber (BF) was less. But BCF's perpendicular deflection occurred little about 23 mm comparing with RC deck plate in load 627 kN. Stiffness was very improved by basalt fiber reinforcement.
