  • 최근 성인들을 위한 '키덜트 장난감'의 관심도가 증가하고 있다. 그중 높은 매출을 보이는 RC 카와 VR 의 콘텐츠 부족 및 대중화 문제를 해결하면 시장규모를 성장시킬 수 있다고 판단한다. 본 논문은 차별화된 RC 카 레이싱 게임 개발을 목표로 한다. 스마트폰용 VR 기기를 착용해 영상을 보며 컨트롤러로 RC 카를 조종한다. 또한 실시간 객체 검출이 가능한 YOLOv5 를 활용해 표지판 인식 및 바운딩 박스, 표지판 라벨, 라벨 음성 출력 기능과 오픈 소스 기반 실시간 컴퓨터 비전인 OpenCV 기반 알고리즘을 활용하여 차선을 인식해 이를 기반으로 영상 처리를 거쳐 가상 차선 및 가상 트랙을 출력한다. 결론적으로 RC 카와 VR 로 구현하여 이를 통해 부족한 VR 컨텐츠를 추가하고 접근성을 강화한다.

Mecha-numwheel RC Car for Overcoming Obstacles Based on Bluetooth (블루투스 기반의 장애물 극복용 메카넘휠 RC 카)

  • In this paper, a novel mechanism for overcoming obstacles is studied by designing an All-Directional RC car for obstacle traversal and creating test courses with various obstacles. We propose an algorithm for controlling the RDS3115 servo motor and utilize a gyro sensor to detect the incline of various obstacle terrains, adjusting the servo motor's angle to enable the RC car to navigate the terrain. Through terrain experiments in the test course, we determined the most suitable RC car turning angles for traversing all obstacle terrains created in the experimental terrain.

  • In this paper, we propose IoT based smart CCTV security service to prevent crime in blind spot and prevent unexpected fire or danger. In the proposed method, a RC (Radio Control) car is made using Raspberry pie, and a camera and various modules are installed in an RC car. It was then implemented using Raspbian O / S, Apache Web Server, Shell script, Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript. The RC car provides a security service that informs the manager of the situation by judging the risk of the scene with modules such as video, voice and temperature. Experimental results show that the transmission time of video and audio information is less than 0.1 second. In addition, real-time status transmission was possible in AVG, emergency, and manual mode. It is expected that the proposed method will be applied to the development of smart city by applying it to unmanned vehicles, drones and the like.

  • Recent studies to develop Very Large Floating Structure(VLFS) has shown that the construction procedure of the structure needs to acquire precast concrete module connection system using prestressing. However, the loads occurring on water are complex combinations of various condition, so the safe and stable performance of the module joints and bonding materials are key to the success of the construction. Therefore, micro-silica mixed aqua-epoxy development was introduced in Part 1 using a bonding material developed in this study. The performance of the micro-silica mixed aqua-epoxy(MSAE) applied joint of concrete module specimens connected by prestressing tendon was evaluated to verify the usability and safety of the material. RC beam, spliced beam connected by prestressing tendon and MSAE, and continuous prestressed concrete beam were tested for their initial cracking and maximum loads as well as cracking procedure and pattern. The results showed that the MSAE can control the stress concentration effect of the shear key and the crack propagation, and the maximum load capacity of MSAE joint specimens are only 5% less than that of continuous RC specimen. The details of the study are discussed in detail in the paper.

This research implemented a system to control a general toy car using Raspberry pi and motor driver. This research will help develop ordinary toy cars to RC cars or learn on their own and drive on their own through further development.

A Study on Motion Control of the Pet-Robot using Voice-Recognition (음성인식을 이용한 반려 로봇의 모션제어에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper, a human coexistence-type companion robot that can communicate with people in daily life and alleviate the gap in care personnel was studied. Based on the voice recognition module, servo motor, and Arduino board, a companion robot equipped with a robot arm control function using voice recognition, a position movement function using RC cars, and a voice recognition function was tested and manufactured. As a result of the experiment, the speech recognition experiment according to distance showed the optimal recognition rate at a distance of 5 to 30 cm, and the speech recognition experiment according to gender showed a higher recognition rate in the first tone, monotonous tone. Through the evaluation results of these motion experiments, it was confirmed that a companion robot could be made.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 마인드 컨트롤 기술을 이용하여 RC 카를 움직이는 기술에 대하여 설명한다. 사회적으로 주의력 결핍 과잉행동 장애(ADHD)를 갖는 사람이 늘어나고 있으며, ADHD는 여러 가지 치료 기술이 있지만 어릴수록 놀이 치료 등을 사용하는 것이 좋다. 본 논문에서 뇌파측정기를 이용하여 뇌파를 모은 뒤 K-평균 알고리즘과 재 클러스터링을 통하여 방향 뇌파를 데이터화하고, 그 이후에 데이터화 된 방향 뇌파들을 토대로 RC카를 움직이는 기술 제안하였다. 개발된 기술의 경우 성능이 높게 나타나지 않았지만, 앞으로 이 기술이 더 발전한다면, 아동의 놀이 등에 활용하여 ADHD도 효과적으로 치료할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 실제 자동차 시스템에 적용하는 등 다양한 응용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

A Study on the Adhesion Properties of Polymer-Cement Composites for Repairing Cracks in RC Structures (RC 구조물의 균열 보수용 폴리머 시멘트 복합체의 접착특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the adhesion properties of polymer cement composites for crack repair of an RC structure. Polymer cement composites are manufactured from cement, three types of polymers and silica fume, and the mixture is designed by adjusting the water cement ratio and AE reducing agent so that the viscosity target of the polymer cement composites is 700mPa·s or less. According to the test results, the Type-A adhesion in tension of the polymer cement composite exceeded the adhesion standard of 1.0MPa of the polymer finishing material, and furthermore, depending on the type of polymer, the adhesion in tension was highest for SAE, followed in descending order by EVA, and SBR. In addition, the adhesion in tension of Type-B is up to 1/4.5 lower than that of Type-A, but the incorporation of silica fume shows a significant improvement in terms of adhesion in tension. Based on this study, the basic mixing design of the polymer cement composites required for viscosity and adhesive performance required for crack repair of the RC structure was completed. It could be proposed as an optimal mixing design under conditions for intermixing polymer type EVA, SAE, and P/C 80%-100%.

  • When the bluetooth technology of smartphone is applied to a remote control system, communication errors caused by wave attenuation and interference results in the shortening of communication distance, loss of the target device control and malfunctioning. In this study, we propose a method to adopt a retransmission persistence controlled S/W ARQ in bluetooth communication to minimize the effect of the communication failure and to detect and handle the state where the target device gets lost control. We implemented a motor-driven RC car equpped with a bluetooth communication module and a steering application program on smartphone to test the proposed method. The experiments are conducted in three communication environments, and have resulted in the increase of the communication distance by at least 30% when S/W ARQ is applied. Moreover, when the communication was disrupted due to environmental disturbances, the S/W ARQ based system stopped immediately any undergoing operations to avoid possible malfunction.
