초듀랄류민(A2024-T3)의 절삭거동에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Cutting Behavior of Super Duralumin(A2024-T3))

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the cutting behaviour of super duralumin (A2024-T3) with sintered carbide tool(P20). The cutting test was carried out under different conditions such as cutting speed, cutting depth and rake angle, etc. The specific cutting force Kc and Kt of vertical and radial forces decreases as cutting speed increases, especially the decrease rate of Kt becomes larger than of Kc as cutting speed increases. Kc and Kt in small cutting depth are much affected by work-hardening of surface layer. The chip width and shear angle become layer as cutting depth increases, especially chip width at feed of 0.1mm almost approaches cutting width. Relation between the friction coefficient of chip side and tool rake angle side can make the modelization studying the built-up edge size. The shear angle model equation of super duralumin generally agree with theory of Ernst-Merchant.

  • Wear and fracture mode of ceramic tool for hardened SKD11 steel was investigated by face milling in this study. The cutting force and Acoustic Emission(AE) signal were utilized to detect the wear and fracture of ceramic tool. The following conclusions were obtained : (1) The wear and fracture modes of ceramic tool are characterized by three types: \circled1wear which has normal wear and notch wear, \circled2 wear caused by scooping on the rake face, \circled3 large fracture caused by thermal crack in the rake face. (2) The wear behaviour of ceramic tool can be detected by the increase of mean cutting force and the variation of the AE RMS voltage. (3) The catastrophic fracture of ceramic tool can be detected by the cutting force(Fz-component). (4) As the hardness of work material increased, Acoustic Emission RMS value and mean cutting force(Fz) increased linearly, but the tool life decreased.

  • This paper presents an effective cutting force model that enable us to predict the instantaneous cutting force in milling process from a knowledge of the work material properties and cutting conditions. The development of the model is based on the orthogonal machining theory with the effective rake angle which is defined in the plane containing the cutting velocity and chip flow vectors. Face milling tests are performed at different feeds and, a fairly good agreement is shown between the predicted cutting forces and test results.

  • It is design and manufacture which the rake operated in and out of water. Also irrigation test result of several times, the flux inside the waterway collects 0.15m/s to case below the dirt which is accumulated in the rake 30kg, difficulty was to examine closely the thing, it followed hereupon and the grade in the agriculture waterway flux inside the cursor waterway was quick, or, with water level in dirt removal it established in the irrigation facility downstream it will be able to increase a flux, very the possibility of getting an efficient power it is it knew.

  • 본 논문에서는 주파수영역에서 동일한 주파수 간격을 갖는 직교반송파에 의하여 만들어지며 DS-CDMA에 주파수 다이버시티 효과를 줄 수 있는 CI 칩 파형 형성 방식에 대하여 검토한다. CI 칩 파형을 이용한 새로운 통신 방식 CI/DS-CDMA을 소개하고 대표적인 주파수 선택성 페이딩 채널환경에서 성능을 분석을 통하여 이 시스템의 주파수 다이버시티 효과가 시간영역에서 경로 다이버시티를 이용하는 RAKE 수신기를 갖는 통상적인 DS-CDMA에 비하여 성능개선 효과를 가져올 수 있음을 보인다.

Autonomous Deployment in Mobile Sensor Systems

  • In order to reduce the distribution cost of sensor nodes, a mobile sensor deployment has been proposed. The mobile sensor deployment can be solved by finding the optimal layout and planning the movement of sensor nodes with minimum energy consumption. However, previous studies have not sufficiently addressed these issues with an efficient way. Therefore, we propose a new deployment approach satisfying these features, namely a tree-based approach. In the tree-based approach, we propose three matching schemes. These matching schemes match each sensor node to a vertex in a rake tree, which can be trivially transformed to the target layout. In our experiments, the tree-based approach successfully deploys the sensor nodes in the optimal layout and consumes less energy than previous works.

  • This paper proposes a new multicarrier code division multiple access (CDMA) system. The proposed multicarrier CDMA system provides the advantages that the transmission bandwidth is more efficiently utilized by using divided spreading sequence, time and frequency diversity is achieved in frequency selective nultipath (acting channel, and inter-carrier interference (ICI) can be minimized by using specific data and code pattern. In this system, transmitted data bits are serial-to-parallel converted to some parallel branches. On each branch each bit is direct-sequence spread-spectrum modulated by divided spreading sequences and transmitted using orthogonal carriers. The receiver providers a Rake for each carrier, and the outputs of Rakes are combined to get time and frequency diversity. This multicarrier CDMA system allows additional flexibility in the choice of system parameters. Upon varying system parameters, bit error rate (BER) performance is examined for the proposed multicarrier CDMA system. Simulation results show that the proposed multicarrier CDMA scheme can achieve better performance than the other types of conventional multicarrier CDMA systems.

  • Crashworthy design of a train is a systematic approach to ensure the safety of passengers and crews in railway transportation for the prescribed accident scenarios. This approach needs new structural arrangements and designs to absorb higher levels of impact energy in a controlled manner and interior designs to minimize passenger injuries. In this paper, crashworthy design approach is applied to the tilting train express (TIX) design which is newly being developed. Based on a head-on collision and a level crossing collision scenarios, the crash behaviors of a TTX design candidate arc evaluated numerically using the finite element method. Finally, design alternatives which show better crashworthy performances are proposed and verified through the full-rake collision simulations.

  • 본 논문은 DS-SS 이동 통신 시스템에서 복합 다계층 퍼셉트론 신경망을 이용한 간섭 신호 제어로써 직접순차 확산 스펙트럼의 협대역 간섭 신호를 역전파 학습 알고리즘을 이용하여 억압하고, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 동일 채널 간섭과 협대역 간섭의 실제 톤(Tone)에서 빠른 수렴 비율과 더 좋은 성능을 가지는 복소수 역전파 알고리즘으로부터 제안된 새로운 복합 (CBPRLS)알고리즘은 기존의 RAKE 수신기보다 더 낮은 비트 에러 율을 가지는 NNAC(Neural Network Adaptive Correlator)를 통해 간섭 신호가 보다 효율적으로 제어됨을 분석 고찰한다.

  • CDMAPCS 시스템은 Rake 수신기를 이용만 경로 다이버시티를 채택하여 우수한 시스템 향상을 얻을 수 있어 주로 TDMA 시스템에서 적용하고 있는 등화기를 사용할 필요가 없다. 그러나 CDMA PCS 시스템의 역방향 링크에서는 순방향과는 달리 채널의 크기 및 위상 추정에 필요한 파이롯 채널이 없어 성능의 저하를 가져오게 된다. 따라서 역방향 링크에서 채널환경에 따라 Rake 수신기의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 성능 및 광대역 채널 파라미터 분석을 위해 광범위한 라이브러리와 시스템 구성의 유연성을 가지고 있는 Ptolemy [1] 플랫폼에서 CDMA PCS 시스템의 역방향 링크 규격에 따라 각 블록을 사용자 정의로 구현하였다. Ptolemy 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 CDMA PCS 시스템의 역방향 링크 비트오율 성능을 채널의 특성과 연관지어 분석하였다. 그리고 가상할 수 있는 각 채널 모델을 이용하여 CDMA PCS 시스템의 성능과 광대역 채널 파라미터 (예: 지연확산)와의 상관 관계를 파악하였다. 본 연구에서 CDMA PCS 시스템에서는 일반적으로 알려져 있는 지연확산보다 평균지연 파라미터가 더 높은 상관 관계가 있음을 발견하였다.
