본 연구는 행정편의주의에 입각하여 1995년 1월 통합을 이룬 순천시를 중심으로 도시지역과 농어촌지역의 통합의 효과적인 측면에서 기대되는 지역주민의 관계성이 지역사회에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 도 농 통합은 지역주민의 생활과 지역발전에 미치는 영향이 큰 만큼 통합이후 10년이란 긴 여정을 살펴볼 패 순천시의 지역사회 주민의 관계성은 크게 나타나야 할 것으로 인식된다. 따라서 순천시의 통합목표가 어느 정도 효과적으로 실행되고 있으며 도 농 통합이 지역주민에 미치는 영향을 실험적으로 분석 평가하여 지역사회 주민의 관계성 확보방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지역사회의 주민 관계성에 대한 만족도를 주민통합, 주민화합, 행정서비스 만족도 측면에서의 기준에 따라 통합이 지역사회 및 지역주민에게 미치는 영향을 분석 평가하였다. 연구를 위하여 지역주민을 상대로 설문조사를 실시하여 지역사회 주민의 관계성의 분석변수 및 측정지표를 통해 그 확보방안을 분석하여 도 농 복합시의 지역사회 주민의 관계성 확보방안을 모색하고 이에 따른 정책을 제안하고자 하였다.

This exploratory study is to analyze the status of star menus and suggest the development strategy of star menus in the western restaurants of the tourism hotels in Seoul. The data was collected from the chefs who have been working over 15-years in tourism hotels in Seoul by judgement sampling. The questionnaire was composed of Miller and Pavesic's 'Fifty tips for a successful menu' and Khan's 'The evaluation of menu item development', The 30-menu items were selected from the 1st survey on the menu items that were high in both popularity and contribution margin by menu engineering method. The selected menu items were analyzed by 14 lists: simplicity, ready availability of ingredients, quality, flavor, presentation, preparation, service method, nutrition quality, preference, profitability, serving temperature, descriptive copy of menu and publicity. As a result of the study, appetizer category was recorded the highest score by 4.09. Smoked salmon, Tomato and mozzarella cheese, Cream of mushroom, Cream of asparagus, French onion soup, Grilled beef tenderloin, Grilled rib-eye steak, Roasted lamb rack, King prawn, Seafood spaghetti, Chef's salad, Caesar salad, Organic salad, Fruit plate, Italian tiramisu and Yogurt ice cream were recorded high score. The development strategy of star menu is belows : the menu writer must consider the productivity, effectiveness, popularity and profitability, the regular customers want varieties and creativity in the menu and the operators have to include the star menu items in the set menu.

원격 학습을 통해서 교육의 수요자는 자신의 필요에 따라 어느 공간에서나 자신이 편리한 시간에 필요한 학습을 할 수 있게 되는데 효과적인 학습을 하기 위해선 학습의 과정과 결과가 상호 보완적이어야 하고, 교사와 학생 간에 즉각적인 상호 작용이 이루어 질 수 있어야 한다. 이를 가장 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 방법으로 대화형 프로그램에 프로그래밍 작성 화면을 공유하여 교수자와 학습자가 대화를 하면서 프로그래밍 언어 학습을 할 수 있도록 하는 프로그램을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 학습자가 교수자의 수정사항을 시각적으로 확인할 수 있도록 소스 코드 시각화 기법을 사용하여 학습자가 효과적으로 수정사항을 인지할 수 있게 하였다. 이는 대화형 프로그램의 장점인 사용자간의 상호작용을 프로그래밍 언어교육에 혼합한 것으로 면대면 학습효과에 버금가는 효과가 나올 것이라 기대한다.

The needs of walking assistant device such as the Ankle Foot Orthosis (A.F.O) are getting greater than before. However, most of the A.F.O are generally imported rather than domestic manufacturing. The major reason of high import reliability is the rack of impact properties of domestic commercial products. Therefore, this research is going to focus on the evaluation of impact properties of the A.F.O which has the high import reliability. Unfortunately, these kinds of researches are not performed sufficiently. This research is going to evaluate impact energy behavior in composite materials such as the glass/epoxy (S-glass, [0/90]sub 2S/) and the aramid/epoxy (Kevlar-29, woven type, 8 ply) of ankle foot orthosis. The approach methods were as follows. 1) The history of impact load and impact energy due to the various velocities. 2) Relationship between the deflection and damage shape according to the impact velocities. 3) The behavior of absorbed energy and residual strength rate due to the various impact velocities.

Mobile harbor which is a novel concept of ocean transportation to bring the containers from the cargo ship waiting on the ocean away is being focused now. To provide the mobile harbor with the stable loading/unloading condition, it is necessary to develop the oscillation mitigation technologies such as anti-rolling system. Anti-rolling system using AMD(Active Mass Driving) has merits that it can handle the disturbances more actively and mitigate the rolling oscillation faster than other type anti-rolling system. However, rack-and-pinion type AMD has problems such as big friction noise from gears and motor, wear and tear, and continuous maintenance. In this paper, novel anti-rolling system using Maglev type AMD for mobile harbor is suggested in order to resolve the problems caused by the friction. This novel anti-rolling system doesn't make any friction because it supports the moving mass by using magnetic levitation force and moves it by using propulsion force from the linear motor. The demo system of the novel anti-rolling system using maglev type AMD has been developed in order to investigate its feasibility. This paper presents the procedures and results of development of this demo system.

In the recent version of the Korea Pharmacopoeia(KP) and the Korean Herbal Pharmacopoeia(KHP), there are 563 items(181 in KP, 381 in KHP) of herbal medicines including finished drugs. Also, approximately 507 items including herbal extracts and herbal medicinal products was published in the 3th edition of Korea Pharmaceutical Codex (KPC). These items help the persons working in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field to register the drug and in research fields to develop the new drug considering as a standard specifications. This study was carried out to establish standard analytical methods for 'Compound Hawthorn Berry 60% Ethanol Extract, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract and Garlic Oil Capsules' in the 3th edition of Korea Pharmaceutical Codex. Ginkgo flavonoid and terpene lactone were employed as reference compounds for analytical method. Analytical methods established in this study could be applied to a reasonable and unified quality control of G. biloba leaf extract and hawthorn berry extract.

Lophatheri Herba is the aerial part of Lophatherum gracile Bronghiart(淡竹葉, Gramineae). 25~75 cm in length. Stem: cylindrical with nodes, empty inside, externally pale yellowish green. Leaf: dehiscent of lanceolate lamina, shrunken and rolled, 5~20 cm long, 10~35 mm wide; surface: pale green ~ yellowish green, parallel-formed with veins of square reticulate, more distinct of appearance on the lower surface. Banbusae Caulis In Taeniam is the stringy strip derived from the stem with the peeled-off epidermis of Phllostachys nigra Munro var. henosis Stapf, and Phllostachys bambusoides Siebold et Zuccarini(竹葉, Gramineae). Irregular in size and shape, thin plane ~ strip-shaped, sometimes powdery, sometimes 1~3 mm thick. Outer surface: pale green ~ yellowish green, sometimes grayish white L. gracile and P. nigra have different origins although they show similar morphologic features. We were able to distinguish between L. gracile and P. nigra which are almost indistinguishable through this study. AFLP(Amplifide Fragment Length Polymorphism) was more suitable for identifying differences between L. gracile and P. nigra in comparison with other genetic analysis using chemical analysis. Therefore. molecular biological methods are believed to be useful for discovering origins of herbal medicines.

This study was carried out to obtain the basic information that can be used to index arrowroots (Pueraria species) in fourteen regions of China and Korea. The puerarin content in various arrowroots produced in the different areas were quantitatively analysed by HPLC. The average of puerarin content of the 'Galgeun' (Pueraria lobata) was higher than that of the 'Bungalgeun'(Pueraria thomsonii) produced in China and Korea. As a result, the order of the puerarin content was 1) Korean puerariae radix (P. lobata, 0.609%), 2) Chinese puerariae radix (P. lobata, 0.546%), 3) Chinese puerariae radix (P. thomsonii, 0.066%). This result showed that the content of puerarin in the 'Galgeun'(P. lobata) are about 10 times higher than those of the 'Bungalgeun'(P. thomsonii).

To determine the relative efficiency and mesh selectivity of gill net for the Pacific saury, Cololabis saira, a series of fishing experiments was carried out in the Northwest Pacific Ocean from August 13 to October 13 in 2002, using gill nets of different mesh size(30, 33, 35, 37, 39 and 42mm) constructed from two kinds of twine material(monofilament, twisted multifilament nylon web). The relative efficiency of two material gears was expressed as the ratio obtained by dividing monofilament catch by multifilament catch in number. The master selection curve of each material gear was estimated by applying the extended Kitahara's method. The catch of experimental gears is mostly Pacific saury(98.6%), Cololabis saira. The kinds of bycatch are common squid(0.7%), Pacific mackerel(0.6%), etc. Catch comparisons in the two gears showed that monofilament nylon nets are 1.7 times more efficient. The optimum values in monofilament and multifilament gill net for Pacific saury are 8.28 and 8.23, respectively.

The circle hook experiments were conducted to compare the catch rates of target and bycatch species between J hook and circle hooks in the tuna longline fishery of the eastern Pacific Ocean between $1^{\circ}48'S-7^{\circ}00'S\;and\;142^{\circ}00'-149^{\circ}13'W$ from July 15 to August 12, 2005. In the target species group no significant differences among 3 types hook, between size 4.0 traditional tuna hooks(J-4) and size 15 circle hooks(C15), and between C15 and size 18 circle hooks(C18) were revealed, but significant differences were found between J-4 and C18. In the bycatch species group significant differences were found among 3 types hook, between J 4 and C15, and between J-4 and C18, but no significant differences were revealed between C15 and C18. Large circle hook(C18) had the lowest catch rate for tunas and for other fishes, and the small circle hook(C15) had lowest rate for billfishes and sharks. The length distributions for bigeye tuna are very similar for the 3 hook types. There were very slight differences in length size between hook types in the bycatch species.
