This study intended to investigate environmental factors including soil and vegetation in order to understand the environmental and ecological characteristics of four different habitats of Abelia tyaihyoni. These habitats, according to investigations, are mostly located at elevations of 203 m to 297 m with angles of inclination ranging from 9 degrees to 17 degrees. The litter depth of habitats is 2 cm to 5 cm. A total of 113 vascular plant taxa are identified in seven quadrates of the four habitats. The life form of 113 species is H-$D_4$-$R_5$-e type. The importance value of Abelia tyaihyoni is 39.61%, and 4 highly ranked species such as Quercus dentata (6.27%), Spiraea blumei, Spiraea prunifolia for. simpliciflora (4.04%) and Ulmus davidiana var. japonica (3.84%) are considered to be an affinity with Abelia tyaihyoni in their habitats. The dominant species of woody plants in the four habitats are represented as Pinus densiflora (21.22%) and Quercus dentata (16.82%) in the subtree layer (T2), and Carex humilis var. nana (18.95%) and Carex lanceolata (17.63%) in the herbaceous layer (H). The degree of their average species diversity is 1.42, and that of dominance and evenness are 0.07 and 0.86, respectively. The type of soil is sandy loam, clay loam and loam, and the average field capacity of soil is 22.49%. Their average organic matter is 9.39%, soil pH 6.75, and available phosphorus is $1.23 {\mu}g/g$.
Urinary purine derivatives and creatinine excretion was measured in a total of 4 white Alpine sheep. They were given diets 718 to 1060 g/kg dry matter (DM) of roughage. The crude protein content of this diets was on average $93.87{\pm}5.57g$ in kg DM. Purine derivatives-N excretion increased linearly with incremental DM intake and was significantly correlated (n = 16) with amounts of digestible organic matter (DOM) intake: allantoin-N (mg) = 1.205 (${\pm}0.070$) $\times$ DOM (g) - 136.709 (${\pm}37.399$), r = 0.9770, RSD = 22.97; uricacid-N (mg) = 0.131 (${\pm}0.041$) $\times$ DOM (g) + 11.380 (${\pm}21.881$), r = 0.6306, RSD = 13.44; Hypoxanthine-N (mg) = 0.049 (${\pm}0.014$) $\times$ DOM (g) - 28.640 (${\pm}7.708$), r = 0.6544, RSD = 4.73; total purine derivatives-N (mg) = 1.385 (${\pm}0.083$) $\times$ DOM (g) - 90.261 (${\pm}44.552$), r = 0.9706, RSD = 27.47. Microbial protein synthesis per kg DOM was estimated of 113 g. The urinary creatinine-N excretion was on average 9.10 mg/kg live weight (LW) with a standard error of 0.12 mg creatinine-N per kg LW. The excretion of creatinine excreton was not related to feed intake. Daily creatinine excretion (mg/d) was calculated from individual LW measurements and the average creatinine excretion (mg/kg LW). It was possible to predict the daily urinary purine derivatives excretion (r = 0.9720 for allantoin, r = 0.9886 for total purine derivatives) from the ratio of purine derivatives (mg/100 ml) and creatinine (mg/100 ml) in the urine and the daily creatinine excretion.

Apolipoprotein A-I and A-IV are protein constituents of high-density lipoproteins although their functional difference in lipoprotein metabolism is still unclear. To compare anti-atherogenic properties between apoA-I and apoA-4, we characterized both proteins in lipid-free and lipidbound state. In lipid-free state, apoA4 showed two distinct bands, around 78 and $67{\AA}$ on native gel electrophoresis, while apoA-I showed scattered band pattern less than $71{\AA}$. In reconstituted HDL (rHDL) state, apoA-4 showed three major bands around $101{\AA}$ and $113{\AA}$, while apoA-I-rHDL showed almost single band around $98{\AA}$ size. Lipid-free apoA-I showed 2.9-fold higher phospholipid binding ability than apoA-4. In lipid-free state, $BS_3$-crosslinking revealed that apoA-4 showed less multimerization tendency upto dimer, while apoA-I showed pentamerization. In rHDL state (95:1), apoA-4 was existed as dimer as like as apoA-I. With higher phospholipid content (255:1), five apoA-I and three apoA-4 were required to the bigger rHDL formation. Regardless of particle size, apoA-I-rHDL showed superior LCAT activation ability than apoA-4-rHDL. Uptake of acetylated LDL was inhibited by apoA-I in both lipid-free and lipid-bound state, while apoA-4 inhibited it only lipid-free state. ApoA-4 showed less anti-atherogenic activity with more sensitivity to glycation. In conclusion, apoA-4 showed inferior physiological functions in lipid-bound state, compared with those of apoA-I, to induce more pro-atherosclerotic properties.

Conventional 1-1-1 cooperative protocol offers path-loss gain as advantage of multi-hop and spatial diversity which is equivalent to MIMO system. This protocol is enable to get higher reliability and reduction of power consumption than those of the single-hop or multi-hop. But the 1-1-1 cooperative protocol get only the diversity order 2 and limited path-loss reduction gain because this protocol has a single cooperative relay. We propose 1-2-1 cooperative protocol using two cooperative relays R1, R2. The 1-2-1 cooperative protocol can improve path-loss reduction and increase diversity order 3. Moreover, the cooperative relay R2 attains diversity order 2. The signaling method in transmission uses DF (Decode and Forward) or DR (Decode and Reencode) and 1-2-1 DF/DR cooperative protocol are applied to clustering based wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Simulations are performed to evaluate the performance of the protocols under Rayleigh fading channel plus AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise).
Heart rate recovery (HRR) is simply an indicator of autonomic balance and is a useful physiological indicator to predict cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in HRR between metabolically healthy obesity group and metabolically unhealthy obesity and to ascertain whether heart rate recovery is a predictor of metabolic syndrome. Metabolic syndrome was defined according to the standards of the National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Care Panel III. Obesity was assessed according to WHO Asian criteria. It was classified into three groups of metabolically healthy non-obesity group (MHNO, n=113), metabolically healthy obesity group (MHO, n=66), metabolically unhealthy obesity (MUO, n=18). Exercise test was performed with Bruce protocol using a treadmill instrument. There was no difference in HRR between MHO and MUO ($32.71{\pm}12.25$ vs $25.53{\pm}8.13$), but there was late HRR in MUO than MHNO ($25.53{\pm}8.13$ vs $34.51{\pm}11.80$). HRR in obese was significantly correlated with BMI (r=-0.342, P=0.004), waist circumference (r=-0.246, P=0.043), triglyceride (r=-0.350, P=0.003), HbA1c (r=-0.315, P=0.009), insulin (r=-0.290, P=0.017) and uric acid (r=-0.303, P=0.012). HRR showed a lower prevalence of abdominal obesity, hypertriglyceridemia, and low HDL-cholesterol in the third tertile than in the first tertile. In conclusion, MHO had no difference in vagal activity compared with MHNO, but MUO had low vagal activity. HRR is associated with metabolic parameters and is a useful predictor of abdominal obesity, hypertriglyceridemia, and low HDL-cholesterolemia.
The cheaper and high-quality media are necessary to produce the year-round mushroom. For low input and high productivity, this experiment was carried out to screen the proper supplementary materials on media among agricultural by-products; bean-curd residues, dried orange peel, chinese drug residues and celery cabbage leaf. Judging by chemico-physicals, the used agricultural by-products was possible for an additives on mushroom media. Bean-curd residues added to media raised the amount of organic matter, nitrogen and carbon. In Pleurotus ostreatus, the conventional media yielded 20 pilus cap, 72g per a bottle, but adding 10 percent bean-curd residues produced 12 pilus cap, 77g and an increase yielded 7%, and 10 percent orange peel took 12 pilus cap and an increase yieled 11%. In Agrocybe aegerita, added to media, except chinese drug residues, increased performance compared with conventional media, produced 98g per a bottle. Especially, the bean-curd residue increase 15 percent in productivity.

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation among Cultural empathy, Multicultural sensitivity, and Cultural competence of Nursing Students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 191 nursing students who were in 2rd and 4th year of the college in D city. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS version 22.0. The mean score of Cultural empathy, Multicultural sensitivity and Cultural competence in nursing students were 3.72±0.23, 3.14±0.27, and 3.10±0.32 respectively. Cultural empathy showed significant positive correlations with Multicultural sensitivity(r=.63, p<.001), and Cultural competence(r=.57, p<.001). Multicultural sensitivity was also positively correlated with Cultural competence(r=.41, p<.001). The result of this study suggest that multicultural nursing education is necessary for students to develop and support programs that can provide diverse cultural experiences.
In this paper, we analyzed the Cognition of irradiated food and its relation with self-efficacy. The most important variables described behaviors based on health choices compared with the choice to choose irradiated food items. According to the survey, 33.1% of respondents said that the reason why irradiated food is considered to be a health risk is because "radiation is dangerous". 27.9% of respondents answered that "eating irradiated food is like eating a radioactive substance", 21.1% said radiated food is comparable to a "genetic variation in food" while 10.1% said "food goes bad during the irradiation process". On this basis, it is reasonable to conclude that respondents have a misunderstanding of irradiated food without reference to the general theory of irradiated knowledge. In this respect, it would be helpful to provide education showing that irradiated food is not related to eating harmful or genetically modified food to help high school students create informed opinions of irradiated food. In terms of relevance with health-specific self-efficacy, experience of acquiring information about irradiated food was marked at r=0.148 (p<0.01), experience of purchasing irradiated food was marked at r=0.077 (p<0.05), experience of eating irradiated food was marked at r=0.113 (p<0.01) while knowledge of irradiated food, attitude towards irradiated food and behavior was marked at r=0.103 (p<0.01), r=0.076 (p<0.05) and r=0.105 (p<0.01) respectively. This shows that self-efficacy is high when one has experience of acquiring information about irradiated food, purchasing or eating irradiated food resulting in a high level of knowledge, attitude and behavior. Education which serves to improve the level of self-efficacy needs to be provided along with an educational program which will increase the public's understanding of irradiated food. It is expected that if this education which increases the level of self-efficacy is provided together with correct information of irradiated food, behavior to choose and eat irradiated food will also improve.

In this study, CT specimens were prepared from ASTM A516 Gr. 65 which was used for pressure vessel plates for moderate and lower temperature service. Fatigue crack growth test was carried out in the environment of low temperature of $10^{circ}C, -10^{circ}C, -30${circ}C\;and\;-50^{circ}C$ and in the range of stress ratio of R=0.05 and 0.3 by means of opening mode displacement. Based on these test results, the characteristics from temperature and stress ration were shown as follows. 1) As the stress ratio, R increased da/dN and ${Delta}K$ of 2nd stage gradually decreased. And as R decreased, the effect of temperature became greater and greater. 2) As the temperature descended, da/dN decreased on a certain ${Delta}K$, and ${Delta}K$ did in a same da/dN. And the stress ratio, R exerted greater influence at the lower temperature. 3) The fatigue crack growth constant, m increased at $10^{circ}C$ and $-10^{circ}C$, snd decreased at $-30^{circ}C$ and $-50^{circ}C$ following the increment of stress ratio R. And m increased along with the reduction of temperature greatly decreased at $-30^{circ}C$ to come close to two(2).

Research and Development(R&D) was once considered to be a unique, creative and unstructured process that was difficult, if not impossible, to manage and control. R&D decisions impact the entire enterprise. Therefore, decisions must not be based solely on R&D's perception of what is important or worthwhile. R&D contributions are difficult to measure separately from other functional organizations such as manufacturing and marketing. While some firms are attempting to overcome perceived limitations in traditional accounting-based performance measures using ROI, EVA, others are embracing the use of non-financial measures for decision making and performance evaluation. In particular, many firms are implementing 'Balanced Scorecard(BSC)' systems that supplement traditional accounting measures with non-financial measures focused on at least three other perspectives-customers, internal business processes, and learning and growth. AHP is a popular multi-attribute decision making model that allows for the development of importance rankings. The AHP has been applied in a wide variety of practical settings to model complex decision problems. The former, determine Perspectives and the Key Performance indicator(KPI) through the former research, the latter compose the questionnaire for determine the weight of perspectives and KPIs. And then, make a survey with researchers about 4 perspectives and 18 KPIs. The results will be simulate with Expert Choice 2000 for determine the weights. This results helps establish the firm's business strategy and technology strategy The firm should establish the business strategy to consider market position, business growth potential, and technological capabilities.
