A Study on a Working Pattern Analysis Prototype using Correlation Analysis and Linear Regression Analysis in Welding BigData Environment (용접 빅데이터 환경에서 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 이용한 작업 패턴 분석 모형에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, information providing service using Big Data is being expanded. Big Data processing technology is actively being academic research to an important issue in the IT industry. In this paper, we analyze a skilled pattern of welder through Big Data analysis or extraction of welding based on R programming. We are going to reduce cost on welding work including weld quality, weld operation time by providing analyzed results non-skilled welder. Welding has a problem that should be invested long time to be a skilled welder. For solving these issues, we apply connection rules algorithms and regression method to much pattern variable for welding pattern analysis of skilled welder. We analyze a pattern of skilled welder according to variable of analyzed rules by analyzing top N rules. In this paper, we confirmed the pattern structure of power consumption rate and wire consumption length through experimental results of analyzed welding pattern analysis.

  • Manufacturing methods have been changed from labor-intensive methods to technological intensive methods centered on manufacturing facilities. As manufacturing facilities replace human labour, the importance of monitoring and managing manufacturing facilities is emphasized. In addition, Big Data technology has recently emerged as an important technology to discover new value from limited data. Therefore, changes in manufacturing industries have increased the need for smart factory that combines IoT, information and communication technologies, sensor data, and big data. In this paper, we present strategies for existing domestic manufacturing factory to becom big data based smart-factory through technologies for distributed storage and processing of manufacturing facility data in MongoDB in real time and visualization using R programming.

Plan Analysis to prevent Traffic Accident of the Elderly (노인의 교통사고 예방을 위한 방안 분석)

  • Korea is currently an aging society with a population of about 15 percent over the age of 65. Accordingly, the government is currently working on a number of measures. However, the problem that is rapidly increasing rather than decreasing is the traffic accident of the elderly. It has increased so much that we can check it out in multiple media right away. An average of 110 elderly people die or are injured in traffic accidents a day, or about 40,000 a year. The National Police Agency reported a 25 percent increase in elderly traffic accidents from five years ago. This paper analyzes traffic accidents of senior citizens through the Big Data analysis and R programming language to present the main causes of traffic accidents of senior citizens and areas where measures are needed to prevent them.

MOEPE: Merged Odd-Even PE Architecture for Stereo Matching Hardware (MOEPE: 스테레오 정합 하드웨어를 위한 Merged Odd-Even PE구조)

  • In this paper, we propose the new hardware architecture which implements the stereo matching algorithm using the dynamprogrammethod. The proposed MOEPE(Merged Odd-Even PE) architecture operates in the systolic manner and finds the disparities form the intensities of the pixels on the epipolar line. The number of PEs used in the MOEPE architecture is the same number of the range constraint, which reduced the nuMber of the necessary PEs draMatically compared to the traditional method which uses the PEs with the same number of pixels on the epipolar line. For the normal sized images, the numof the MOEPE architecture is less than that of the PEs in the traditional method by 25${\times}$The proposed architecture is modeled with the VHDL code and simulated by the SYNOPSYS tool.

  • The numbers of SNS (Social Network Service) users and usage amounts are increasing every year. The influence of SNS is increasing also. SNS has a wide range of influences from daily decision-making to corporate management activities. Therefore, proper analysis of SNS can be a very meaningful work, and many studies are making a lot of effort to look into various activities and relationships in SNS. In this study, we analyze the SNS following relationships using Twitter, one of the representative SNS services. In other words, unlike the existing SNS analysis, our intention is to analyze the interests of the accounts by extracting and visualizing the accounts that two accounts follow in common. For this, a common following account was extracted using Microsoft Excel macros, and the relationship between the extracted accounts was defined using an adjacency matrix. In addition, to facilitate the analysis of the following relationships, a direction graph was used for visualization, and R programming was used for such visualization.

  • This paper introduces a structure, features and programming techniques for the CNG(Cryptography API: Next Generation), which is the substitution of the CAPI(Cryptography API) from Microsoft. The CNG allows to optimize a scope of functions and features because it is comprised of independent modules based on plug-in structure. Therefore, the CNG is competitive on development costs and agility to extend. In addition, the CNG supports various functions for the newest cryptographic algorithm, audit, kernel-mode programming with agility and possible to contribute for core cryptography services in a new environment. Therefore, based on these advantageous functions, we analyze the structure of CNG to extend it for the enterprise and the public office. In addition, we implement an error-detection tool for program which utilizes CNG library.

Estimation of the Topographic Factor of Wind Speed Using GIS Information (GIS 정보를 이용한 풍속지형계수 산정)

  • Recently damage scale by local winds and typhoon has dramatically increased. Korea has the terrain over 70% of the land and the planning of the wind load is necessary to estimate reflecting appropriately the change of the wind-speed according to the characteristic of the terrain and in the Korean Building Code(2009), this is stated and it reflects to the design process. However, in order to estimate the topographic factor of the wind speed considering the topographic characteristics in the structure design actually, it has many difficult points including the local topographic survey, etc. In this paper, the Digital Elevation Model(DEM) is created using TIN interpolation method in the form of the digital map and then the interface was designed and implemented which can automatically estimate the topographic factor of wind speed by using ESRI(R)ArcObjectTM and the Visual Basic programing language. By applying it to the terrain which positioned in the downtown area, the practicality of the topographic factor of wind speed estimation interface was checked.

Server Management Prediction System based on Network Log and SNMP (네트워크 로그 및 SNMP 기반 네트워크 서버 관리 예측 시스템)

  • The log has variable informations that are important and necessary to manage a network when accessed to network servers. These informations are used to reduce a cost and efficient manage a network through the meaningful prediction information extraction from the amount of user access. And, the network manager can instantly monitor the status of CPU, memory, disk usage ratio on network using the SNMP. In this paper, firstly, we have accumulated and analysed the 6 network logs and extracted the informations that used to predict the amount of user access. And then, we experimented the prediction simulation with the time series analysis such as moving average method and exponential smoothing. Secondly, we have simulated the usage ration of CPU, memory, and disk using Xian SNMP simulator and extracted the OID for the time series prediction of CPU, memory, and disk usage ration. And then, we presented the visual result of the variable experiments through the Excel and R programming language.

  • A practical method to investigate the user interface of web based Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) on the internet environment is established. Because the industrial FMS controller requires a lot of gadget, such as switch, dial, button, etc., for actual work-site flexible operation sufficiently, the user interface of the controller is significantly complex. The support for operational convenience of FMS controller can increase productivity and efficiency of the user, operational personnel of FMS. While most FMS provide their application programming interface(API) and graphical user interface(GUI) with adequate mechanism itself when used in stand alone, there is increasing demand for FMS that can operate with the intuitional user interface find virtual reality(V/R) environment. This thesis considers the intuitional user interface of Web-based FMS first, and from this, goes a step further, improves as virtual reality environment of FMS on the internet environments by using the feature based modeling technique approach and cartoon rendering. The feature-based modeling technique approach is applied to FMS line which is consist of facilities such as machining center, CNC lathe, autonomous guided vehicle, rail guided vehicle, and various controllers. In this study, the FMS established the intuitional user interface is able to obtain not only the operational convenience but also the enough productivity and significant efficiency.

  • The data generated in the IoT environment is very diverse. Especially, the development of the fourth industrial revolution has made it possible to increase the number of fixed and unstructured data generated in manufacturing facilities such as Smart Factory. With Big Data related solutions, it is possible to collect, store, process, analyze and visualize various large volumes of data quickly and accurately. Therefore, in this paper, we will directly generate data using Raspberry Pi used in IoT environment, and analyze using various Big Data solutions. Collected by using an Sqoop solution collected and stored in the database to the HDFS, and the process is to process the data by using the solutions available Hive parallel processing is associated with Hadoop. Finally, the analysis and visualization of the processed data via the R programming will be used universally to end verification.
