This report describes the development of a program that can be linked to an alignment and extracts related information using a prefab structured digital engineering model. The subject bridge was set as a straight alignment, the Superstructure type as Precast girder and the Substructure type as Precast pier and Cast-in-situ Abutment. We identified the variables required to create a digital engineering model and reviewed them to create the digital engineering model by entering them as numerical values in the program. In addition, it is configured so that the variables linked to the alignment can be entered numerically. The quantity takeoff can be calculated when the design is complete. The purpose of the program development presented in this report is to enable the designers to select the optimal alternative by designing a bridge that best fits their current situation, extracting the relevant information and then by providing it to the manufacturer and construction company.

문장 부호란, 글에서 문장의 구조를 잘 드러내거나 글쓴이의 의도를 쉽게 전달하기 위하여 사용되는 부호들로, 따옴표나 쉼표, 마침표 등이 있다. 대화 시스템과 같이 컴퓨터가 생성해 낸 문장을 인간이 이해해야 하는 경우나 음성 인식(Speech-To-Text) 결과물의 품질을 향상시키기 위해서는, 문장 부호의 올바른 삽입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 수행하는 딥 러닝 기반 모델을 훈련할 때 필요로 하는 한국어 말뭉치를 구축한 내용을 소개한다. 이 말뭉치는 대한민국정부에서 장관급 이상이 발언한 각종 연설문에서 적절한 기준을 통해 선별된 고품질의 문장으로 구성되어 있다. 문장의 총 개수는 126,795개이고 1,633,817개의 단어들(조사는 합쳐서 한 단어로 계산한다)로 구성되어 있다. 마침표와 쉼표는 각각 121,256개, 67,097개씩이다.

Text visualization begins with understanding text itself which is material of visual expression. To visualize any text data, sufficient understanding about characteristics of the text first and the expressive approaches can be decided depending on the derived unique characteristics of the text. In this research we aimed to establish theoretical foundation about the approaches for text visualization by diverse examples of text visualization which are derived through the various characteristics of the text. To do this, we chose the 'Bible' text which is well known globally and digital data of it can be accessed easily and thus diverse text visualization examples exist and analyzed the examples of the bible text visualization. We derived the unique characteristics of text-content, structure, quotation- as criteria for analyzing and supported validity of analysis by adopting at least 2-3 examples for each criterion. In the result, we can comprehend that the goals and expressive approaches are decided depending on the unique characteristics of the Bible text. We expect to build theoretical method for choosing the materials and approaches by analyzing more diverse examples with various point of views on the basis of this research.

PME88 (gliadin-combined) melon superoxide dismutase (SOD) is known to promote the production of the body‘s own natural antioxidants including superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effects of PME88 melonSOD on the ultraviolet-induced photo-aging by the evolution of minimal erythemal dose (MED), erythema quotation and spectrocolorimetric measurements of erythema. The analysis of the evolution of the MED showed a significant increase 28 days after the daily taken of the PME88 melonSOD. The analysis of the erythema quotation showed that on D29, for the dose 1.25 MED, erythema intensity is significantly higher for placebo group than for PME88 melonSOD group. At doses 0.64 MED$_{D14}$, 0.80 MED$_{D14}$ and 1 MED$_{D14}$ the value of parameter $a^*$ (the most sensitive to the colour changes bound to the variations of blood flow. It permits to assess the evolution of erythema) is significantly higher for placebo group. No significant difference has been observed between groups (PME88 melonSOD and placebo) on the evolution of the number and consistency of feces after 4 weeks of treatment. No intolerance has been observed during the 4 weeks of treatment. These results mean that PME88 melonSOD as a dietary supplement could be useful to attenuate ultraviolet-induced skin photo-aging.

This thesis examines the reality of Hwaseo's view of scholarship established through the various academic roots, and explains the writing techniques in his poetic world. The results are as follows; With the roots including the Five Books of Confucianism, Five Classics, the books of Zhuxi and Songjadaejeon, Hwaseo established his own scholarship based on the principle of 'keeping of piety and acting with prudence(持敬致愼)'. And he pursued a practical discipline in parallel with 'understanding the utmost principle and extension of knowledge(致知)' and 'diligent self-cultivation(力行)'. The characteristics of his poetic techniques are the use of quotation and interweaving narrative with discussion. He did not stay in just borrowing or variations on the quotation, but gave new meanings beyond the acceptation, and even reached the point of creating newly coined words. He made pithy narratives according to historical events and character's activities, put forward some discussions, and then expressed his emotion. In particular, there were the poems described by interweaving narrative with discussion based on Mencius's historical viewpoint of 'repetition of peaceful times and troublous times one by one(一治一亂)', which could be regarded as the most representative works of his literary value as well as the essence of his scholarship and ideas.

I studied some important medical liter atures in order to examine the cause of Aphasia and found out some facts as follows : 1. Hwang Je Nae Kgong(黃帝內經) is more referred exogenous causes of disease of Aphasia than endogenous causes of disease. 2. Among many causes of Aphasia, exogenous causes of disease was cinsidered to be most common in Soh Shi Je Byong Won Hu chong Rhon(巢氏諸病源喉總論), which has had a wide influence down the ages. 3. Chon Keum Yo Bang(千金要方), Chi Tae Bhi Yo(外臺秘要), Tae Pyong Song Hye Bang(太平聖惠方), Song Je Chong Rok(聖濟總綠). Bu In Yang Bang(婦人良方) and so forth had been quoted from Hwang Je Nae Kyong and Soh Shi Je Byong Won Hu Chong Ron(巢氏諸病源喉總論). 4. In the ming dynasty had been quoted non-exo-endogenous causes of disease and the Kinds of Aphasia and prescription. 5. In the Choeun dynasty and the Ching dynasty, exogenous causes of disease was confined to the quotation of the books referred to above as well, but endogenous causes of disease was developed. 6. Today is refered kidney and Aphasia. The cause of Aphasia obtained was as follows. The exogenous cause of disease is wind, wind and cold, wind and heat. The endogenous cause of disease is pregnancy, heart block of postpartum, weakness of heart and kidney, impairment of seven modes of emotions, stagnation of phlegm and phlegm-fire, hemorrhage. The non exo-endogenous causes of disease is sing ballads and call out.

Objective : The subject of this paper's study is the annotation of Suwenliuqixuanzhumiyu, which is a book regarding the theory of yunqixue, as discovered in so-called Huangdineijingsuwenyipian or Yipian. The purpose of this paper is to ponder upon the relationship of the two texts, and, furthermore, review the relationship between the chapter of Suwen about yunqixue and other texts. Method : Annotations are collected and reviewed based on the theory of yunqixue, and much attention is given to the analysis of estimating in which period Yipian was written. Result : The annotation of Xuanzhumiyu found in Huangdineijingsuwenyipian coincides with that of the currently existing sentence in Suwenliuqixuanzhumiyu. With the publication period of Suwenliuqixuanzhumiyu as evidence, it seems that there is a lot of overlapping between that and Xuanzhumiyu since it was annotated in Huangdineijingsuwenyipian. However, since Huangdineijingsuwenyipian seems to have annotated a part of Xuanzhumiyu, it seems that it was written in a slightly later period. Conclusion : The two books are published in a relatively early period, and they are assessed to be important research data for the theory of yunqixue since they include within them clinical needle techniques and other matters that are not found in the chapter of Suwen about yunqixue.

Background: It has been some controversy about the interpretation of the sentence including 'Youngin Eunhyung' that was listed in the classic, Dongeui bogam (first published 1610). The purpose of this study is to demonstrate another assumption to interpretate the meaning of 'Youngin Eunhyung' in the sentence. Methods and Results: It was identified that the quotation of the original text of the sentence. The original text was Zhenglei bencao (Categorized Pharmacopoeia) (First edition in 1082) by Tang Shenwei and Shiliao bencao (Pharmacopoeia for Healing through Nutrition). (First edition in 721-739) by Meng Shen. It was found that there were the missing of five chinese characters in the sentence of Dongeui bogam, that it meant that 'to get rid of the watery pus in the anterior chamber of eyeball'. So, I understand that the meaning of the sentence is related with one of the ophthalmologic disease. All the evidence supports this assumption, including the mystery of another sentence of the 'blue dog'. Conclusions: It is concluded that the treatment using in Dongeui bogam that means to alleviate the symptom of obstruction or indistinction of the vision field was caused by hypopyon. However, further scientific research is warranted to provide to support this opinion.

The purpose of this study was to identify a basic meaning of humor from the costume expressing cartoon image, to grasp the status of contemporary costume, and also to supply people with a database related to the sphere of costume design. This was done by analyzing and examining humor of the costume expressing cartoon image in post-industrial society. Consequently, the result of this study was summarized as follows; First, humor by parody of Pop Art is recognized as humorous expression that repulsed the main current culture and post-industrial society phenomenon. Second, humor by quotation tends to appear through cartoon character. Costume which quote cartoon character is against Kidult tastes and the pre-existing authoritative prejudices in post-industrial society. Third, humor by bricolage, making bricolage with silhouette, color, pattern item, is recognized as new creation of humor In other words, it is regarded as enlargement of new esthetic consciousness and humor about instrumented gender in post-industrial society. Lastly, humor by deformation expressed itself in deformation of body image of character and cloth silhouette by cartoon image. Deformation of cloth silhouette by cartoon image, being not conscious pre-existing concept of harmony of human and costume, is recognized as humor which have characteristic of play with introduction of new silhouette. In addition to, the result of this study showed that humor expressed in cartoon image of costume has been limited to the works of few designers because of characteristics of fashion designers who made use of popularity as subjects of the works and internal meanings which were related to the characteristics of post-industrial society.

This paper emphasizes writing education for engineering students should be communication driven writing education based on KEC2005. Communication driven writing for engineering students is essentially same as Technical Writing(TW) developed on the basis of ABET. Considering the current writing capability of engineering students and social need for various types of writing, TW education should be divided into two courses: basic and advanced. This paper deals with contents of a basic TW course in Myongji University, as a model case of a basic TW course for engineering students. It underlines various methods of prewriting that should be stressed and practiced in the TW class, because the prewriting step in the writing process determines the overall direction and structure of an essay. In particular, this paper introduces Power Writing(PW) which uses the structure of a paragraph as a means for providing building-blocks for the essay, employing logic, and ordering information arrangement in a paragraph. This paper also deals with important guidelines about sentence structure and word selection and proposes various applications of TW such as resume, interview, proposal, report, and presentation as a latter part of the basic course. Finally this paper highlights the etics of writing, such as plagiarism and the basic principles of quotation.
