The use of flight training simulators has been increased remarkably during the past 20 years stimulated by the benefit that simulators can contribute to safety and training efficiency. Simulators have incorporated higher and higher levels of reality to provide more realistic training. Now, however, users are beginning to question how such reality is enough. Especially, it has raised question about the need for a notion system in the aircraft simulator. To help answer this question, this report describes notion cue requirements and types of motion system, and finally presents the assessment of the effectiveness of three different notion system alternatives.

This study was intended to help workplaces set up an occupational health & safety management system by investigating the certification of the system and by conducting a questionnaire to survey the necessity, purpose, effect and promotion of the system. The occupational health & safety management systems generally adopted in Korea are OHSAS 18001 and K-OHSMS 18001, which are the PDCA model, such like the quality and environment management system. Because these standards have a compatibility with other management systems, individual or integral certification is available. A telephone questionnaire was conducted with 30 workplaces in Kyeonggi Province and Incheon Metropolitan City, which have been certified for the occupational health & safety management systems (OHSAS 18001, KOSHA 2000, and/or K -OHSMS 18001). About 92 percent of them were large-sized workplaces with over 500 employees. For the question on the necessity of the system, most of the respondent answered very necessary. The purposes of the certification were to control the risks in safety and health, to have a systematic approach for accident prevention and sustainable improvement, and to comply with a range of regulations voluntarily, in that order. Most of the answers to the question on the effect of the system were prevention of accident. For the question on the promotion of the system, the most prominent answer was reduction in the workers compensation rate.

질의응답 시스템에서의 질의 분석 과정은 이용자의 자연어 질의 문장에서 질의 의도를 파악하여 그 유형을 분류하고 정답 추출을 위한 정보를 구하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 복잡한 분류 규칙 집합이나 대용량의 언어 지식 자원 대신 이용자 질의 문장에서 질의 초점 어휘를 추출하고 구문 구조적으로 관련된 단어들의 의미 정보에 기반하여 효율적으로 질의 유형을 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 질의 초점 어휘가 생략된 경우의 처리와 동의어와 접미사 정보를 이용하여 질의 유형 분류 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법도 제안한다.

이-러닝을 통한 교육에 있어 학습자의 학업 성취도를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 요인 중의 하나는 다양한 평가문항을 제공하여 학습자가 원하는 주제의 문제들을 용이하게 검색하여 학습할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이다. 그러나 평가문항을 위한 시스템은 주로 구문해석에 기반 한 키워드 검색과 영역별 단원 중심의 계층적인 분류체계에만 의존하고 있어 영역별 연관 관계에 의한 통합된 유형의 문항 검색에는 어려움을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 C언어 프로그래밍 학습을 위한 문항을 웹상에서 쉽게 관리하고 유지할 수 있는 더불어 관리된 문항들을 효과적으로 검색하여 활용할 수 있는 문항관리 및 검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현 하였다. 제안된 문항 검색 시스템은 사용자 질의가 가지는 의미로부터 문항간의 개념적 연관 관계에 의한 검색을 가능하게 함으로써 단일 주제의 문항뿐만 아니라 영역별 연관 관계에 의한 통합된 유형의 문항들을 편리하게 검색하여 학습에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 제안된 시스템은 교과의 기본적인 원리, 개념의 이해뿐만 아니라 종합적인 지식 활용 및 문제 해결 능력 향상을 지원하는 시스템으로 기대된다.

In introducing and applying the budget management system, the question of how to establish management structure(skelton) representing budget management responsible unit is significantly related to the degree of accuracy and analysis on the performance measurement of standard work unit. We have the following rational process of establishing performance measurement of budget management System ; 1) Standardization of work method 2) Establishment of management structure 3) Institution of budget management system. Especially, this system is based on a premise of efficiency of objectives management, it is assumed that performance measurement in the standard work unit must be enforced according to the basis and categories of performance evaluation based on the evaluating work unit. Therefore, most of all, the following three detail questions(subjects) are to be determined in order to rationalize these above principles to a maximum possible extent of performance measurement system. First, we established respective performance standard unit with respect to such detailed work unit, performance standard unit of which were accurately applicable directly from using the budget ana objectives account data and their supplementary data of the work measurement techniques. Second, by using the above mentioned question, over all evaluation and suggestion are made based on the study of the recording for each work unit development, budget management and production nit (volume of production) Third, the measurement of performance of budget management system is based on the principle of standard work unit, compared with the standard basis and actual work unit by period and activities unit and calculated percentage effectiveness according to the above procedure. and so evaluated the efficiency of performance measurement on the budget management system.

이 연구에서 구현한 질문응답시스템은 한글 자연어로 된 텍스트와 질문을 자동으로 처리하는 지능형 정보시스템이다. 입력데이타는 스포츠관계 기사로 국한하였으며 프로그래밍 언어로는 코볼을 사용하였다. 이 시스템의 구문분석기는 격문법에 기초한 것으로서 어휘사전, 용언의 격프레임, 언어학적 규칙 등을 사용하여 문장을 분석한다. 본문검색과 사실검색이 모두 가능한 이 시스템에서는 질문에 대한 해답이 문장형태이거나 사실데이타 형태로 출력된다.

우리 생활 전반은 인터넷 서비스의 확대 보급으로 많은 변화를 보이고 있으며 학교 현장 역시 인터넷과 학교 전산망이 설치되어 교육에 필요한 다양한 정보의 수집과 탐색이 용이해짐으로써 인터넷을 활용한 웹 기반 가상 수업 실시, 실시간 평가, 학습 진도 관리 등 새로운 형태의 교육 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 문제의 정답이 한가지로 이루어진 단답형 문제가 아니라 간단한 문장으로 이루어진 문제를 처리할 수 있는 웹 기반 온라인 주관식 문항 평가 시스템을 학습자의 성취 수준을 보다 빠르게 정확하게 알 수 있도록 하였다. 정확히 규정된 정답과 정확한 채점 기준이 있는 주관식 문제는 교사가 직접 채점하는 경우와 유사한 정확성을 가지고 있으며 채점 시간의 신속성이 매우 높아서 평가 결과의 실시간 피드백이 가능하여 주관식 문제를 평가하는데 그 효율성이 기대된다.

문헌정보(文獻情報)를 검색하고자 하는 이용자가 한국어(韓國語) 자연언어로 직접 검색(檢索) 시스템에 접근할 수 있도록 한국어 질문을 현재 정보검색(情報檢索) 시스템에서 많이 사용되고 있는 정형탐색문(불탐색문)으로 변환하는 한국어 질문처리(質間處理) 시스템을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

The increasing utilization of radioactive isotopes in industry, medicine and research has raised the question, 'How should hospitals deal with radiation injuries when they occur?' A system for initial management of radiation injuries has been developed by Radiation Management Corporation. Radiation injuries are classified and a treatment plan outlined for each at the emergency and short term medical care phase. This system includes clinical prognosis as well as a detailed plan for quick set up or a Radiation Emergency Area in any hospital. Procedures for patient admission, preparation of the facility, general decontamination, sample taking, and wound decontamination are included.
