한의약 정보센터 설립을 통한 정보화 전략 연구 (A Study of Information Strategy Plan Through Korean Medicine Information Center)

  • The Korean Medicine Information has recently started due to lack of understanding and budgets. In this paper, the active region of Korean Medicine Information from outstanding cases in Korea and the trends of other nations was surveyed. As a results we found the problems that the available data is insufficient, the quality of data is not good and the unification of data is not easy from the analysis of information status and suggested the new directions. we suggest that Korea Medicine Information Center should be established to unify the information from Korea Medicine Organizations and to build information gathering network. we also suggest that well-organized information projects must be carried out in leadership of it from unified point of view. we mentioned the effects of Korea Medicine Information Center establishment.

HACCP 시스템 적용 학교급식 위생관리 수행수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 서울, 경기, 강원, 충청지역을 중심으로 - (Factors Related to Sanitary Management Performance Based on HACCP System in School Foodservice - Seoul, Gyeonggi, Kangwon and Choongchung Areas in Korea -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis the sanitary management performance based on HACCP system for school foodservice. This study was carried out from September 2008 until December 2008 and is targeted towards schools' dietitians that work at schools with school foodservice. The regional distribution of this research is as follows; 377 schools in Seoul, 648 schools in Gyeonggido, 160 schools in Kangwondo, 438 schools in Choongchungdo equaling 1,623 schools in total. When school foodservices were put through sanitation management achievement level analysis applied by the HACCP system, results displayed that management of temperature (3.96 points), time (4.08 points), and cross-contamination (4.07 points) were all below the average achievement level. HACCP system's achievement level based on the TQM showed that areas for strategy development, leadership, information and analysis had low achievement levels. Achievement levels for CCP are quality check, delivery/distribution process, sterilization/cleansing of food's contact surface. As a result of multiple regression analysis of the factors that influenced sanitation management achievement level of school foodservice HACCP system; sanitary job standard showed 35.6% and CCP achievement levels showed 26.8% explanatory rate. In particular, Kangwondo's number of foodservice provided to per cook was small. Also, the better the processing management was assessed, the higher the sanitary job standard achievement level became resulting to a explanatory rate of 39.5%. Elementary schools showed a higher explanatory rate of 37.0% than middle and high schools. CCP achievement levels in middle and high schools with self-operated foodservice had a 28.0% variable explanatory rate, which was the highest. The better the drainage system, leadership and assessments turned out to be, the higher the CCP achievement levels became. In summary, to revitalize HACCP system that is based on the TQM, it is considered that proper database of HACCP system for school foodservice's sanitation management be constructed and more emphasis should be put on strategy development to improve customers' satisfactory level. In addition, improvements in achievement levels of time, temperature, and cross-contamination for sanitary job standard and CCP achievement level are essential.

  • 지역과 국가의 경제발전을 도모하기 위한 사이언스 파크가 구축, 발전되고 있다. 대덕특구에 이어 대구와 광주, 그리고 세종시에도 사이언스 비즈니스파크(SBP)가 계획 중에 있다. 미국 리서치트라이앵글은 과거 50년의 경험과 향후 전략은 우리에게 매우 소중하며, 우리나라가 계획하는 세종, 대구, 광주의 세 지역과 다른 지역에도 많은 기여를 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 준비 중인 사이언스 비즈니스파크의 핵심요인으로 연구역량과 인재, 지역의 리더십과 협력교류, 창의적 비즈니스 모델, 삶의 질 환경 등을 제시하고 이를 중심으로 고찰하고 있다. 각 지역내에 대학과 연구소의 역량을 높이고, 우수인재를 배출해야 한다. 장기간 리더십을 통해 SBP가 정착 발전하도록 하며, 산학연 협력의 기반을 제공해야 한다. 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 개발하여 지속적인 신제품을 개발하고 매출을 증대시켜야 한다. 글로벌 정주여건이 마련되어 외부에서 인재와 가족이 살고 싶은 지역을 만들어야 한다.

LDA 알고리즘을 이용한 프랜차이즈 연구 동향에 대한 토픽모델링 분석 (Topic Modeling Analysis of Franchise Research Trends Using LDA Algorithm)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to derive clues for the franchise industry to overcome difficulties such as various legal regulations and social responsibility demands and to continuously develop by analyzing the research trends related to franchises published in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: As a result of searching for 'franchise' in ScienceON, abstracts were collected from papers published in domestic academic journals from 1994 to June 2021. Keywords were extracted from the abstracts of 1,110 valid papers, and after preprocessing, keyword analysis, TF-IDF analysis, and topic modeling using LDA algorithm, along with trend analysis of the top 20 words in TF-IDF by year group was carried out using the R-package. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, it was found that businesses and brands were the subjects of research related to franchises, and interest in service and satisfaction was considerable, and food and coffee were prominently studied as industries. As a result of TF-IDF calculation, it was found that brand, satisfaction, franchisor, and coffee were ranked at the top. As a result of LDA-based topic modeling, a total of 12 topics including "growth strategy" were derived and visualized with LDAvis. On the other hand, the areas of Topic 1 (growth strategy) and Topic 9 (organizational culture), Topic 4 (consumption experience) and Topic 6 (contribution and loyalty), Topic 7 (brand image) and Topic 10 (commercial area) overlap significantly. Finally, the trend analysis results for the top 20 keywords with high TF-IDF showed that 10 keywords such as quality, brand, food, and trust would be more utilized overall. Conclusions: Through the results of this study, the direction of interest in the franchise industry was confirmed, and it was found that it was necessary to find a clue for continuous growth through research in more diverse fields. And it was also considered an important finding to suggest a technique that can supplement the problems of topic trend analysis. Therefore, the results of this study show that researchers will gain significant insights from the perspectives related to the selection of research topics, and practitioners from the perspectives related to future franchise changes.

An Empirical Study of Organizational Innovation Practice in Electronic and Electrical Industry in the Greater Pearl River Delta (GPRD)

  • Innovation fuels organizations evolving them to withstand rapid changes in markets and challenges from competition. While diversified concepts of innovation are examined, a generic framework for managing organizational innovation is established to portray the notion in a methodical approach. Substantiation of the determinants for organizational innovation is carried out in order to examine the framework against the practical situation. Subsequently, expectations and actual accomplishments of the determinants for organizational innovation from the industry are determined so as to understand the industrial view towards the framework. This paper summarizes the empirical findings of a survey of organizational innovation with a sample of 208 electronic and electrical manufacturing companies in the Greater Pearl River Delta (GPRD), China. On one hand, the survey findings confirm the readiness of the generic framework from the practical perspective of the industry. On the other hand, rankings are obtained for the expected importance and company accomplishment of the determinants for organizational innovation, namely in the areas of management leadership and commitment, employee capability and attitude and strategy development for innovation. The improvement area is also verified by the shortcomings of the expectation in comparison to the company accomplishment in each determinant. Meanwhile, it is believed that a directional attitude towards the determinants can facilitate the accomplishment of the determinants of organizational innovation. Further results will be generated from a more in-depth analysis of variables. The confirmed framework will be further developed into an assessment system for organizational innovation with the support of best practices in each determinant.

공공도서관의 장소브랜딩을 위한 장소이미지요인에 관한 연구 (Study on the Place Image Factors for Place Branding of Public Libraries)

  • 본 연구에서는 공공도서관 방문의 활성화를 위하여, 도서관의 홍보 및 마케팅 전략으로 장소브랜딩을 적용하기 위한 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 문헌분석을 통한 장소브랜딩에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 먼저 공공도서관 장소브랜딩의 구성요인 그리고 그 요인들 간의 관계를 도출하였다. 그다음으로 공공도서관을 장소브랜딩한 이후의 기대효과인 이용자 충성도와 장소브랜딩의 구성요인들과의 관계를 도출하여 연구모형 및 연구가설을 세우고 구조방정식모형으로 검증하였다. 총 34개 연구가설 중 21개가 채택되었고 장소이미지요인인 도서관신뢰성, 도서관호혜성, 도서관안전성 모두 이용자충성도에 유의하였다. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 브랜드이미지 창출에 기반이 될 장소이미지요인과 새로운 장소가치로 사회공헌가치를 도출하고, 공공도서관이 자관의 핵심가치(장소가치)에 적합한 장소이미지요인의 선택을 제안함으로써, 공공도서관의 홍보 및 마케팅을 위하여 장소브랜딩을 도입하기 위한 기초연구라는 점에 의의가 있다. 장소브랜딩을 통해 공공도서관이 지역사회에서 높은 인지도와 충성도로 형성된 브랜드파워를 가지며 리더십을 확보할 것으로 기대한다.

응급전문간호사의 교육과정안 개발 (Development of Curriculum for the Emergency Clinical Nurse Specialist)

  • Various accidents and injuries are currently occurring in Korea at increasingly high rates. Good quality emergency care service is urgently needed to cope with these various forms of accidents and injuries. In order to develop a sound emergency care system, there need to be a plan to educate and train professionals specifically in emergency care. One solution for the on going problem would be to educate and train emergency clinical nurse specialists. This study on a strategy for curriculum development for emergency clinical nurse specialist was based on the following five content areas, developed from literature related to the curriculum of emergency nursing and emergency care situation : 1. Nurses working in the emergency rooms of three university hospitals were analyzed for six days to identify categories of nursing activities. 2. Two hundreds and eleven nurses working in the emergency rooms of 12 university hospitals were surveyed to identify needs for educational content that should be included in a curriculum for the clinical nurse specialist. 3. Examination of the environment in which emergency management was provided. 4. Identification of characteristics of patients in the emergency room. 5. The role of emergency clinical nurse specialist was identified through literature, recent data, and research materials. The following curriculum was formulated using the above mentioned process. 1. The philosophy of education for emergency clinical nurse specialist was established through a realistic philosophical framework. In this frame, client, environment, health, nursing, and learning have been defined. 2. The purpose of education is framed on individual development, social structure, nursing process and responsibility along with the role and function of the emergency clinical nurse specialist. 3. The central theme was based on human, environment, health and nursing. 4. The elements of structure in the curriculum content were divided to include two major threads, I, e., vertical and horizontal : The vertical thread to consist of the client, life cycle, education, research, leadership and consultation, and the horizontal thread to consist of level of nursing (prevention to rehabilitation), and health to illness based on the health care system developed by Betty Neuman system model. 5. Behavioral objectives for education were structured according to the emergency clinical nurse specialist role and function as a master degree prepared in various emergency settings. 6. The content of the curriculum consisted of three core courses(9 credits), five major courses(15 credits), six elective courses(12 credits) and six prerequisite courses (12 credits). Thus 48 credits are required. Recommendations : 1. To promote tile quality of the emergency care system, the number of emergency professionals, has to be expanded. Further the role and function of the emergency clinical nurse specialist needs to be specified in both the medical law and the Nursing Practice Act. 2. In order to upgrade the qualification of emergency clinical nurse specialists, the course should be given as part of the graduate Program. 3. Certification should be issued through the Korean Nurses Association.

전략적 적합성 및 협력관계가 협력기업의 성과에 미치는 영향: 삼성전자 협력사를 대상으로 (The Effect of Strategic Fit and Cooperative Relationships on the Small Suppliers' Performance)

  • 본 연구는 부품공급 중소기업의 전략적 적합성과 대기업과의 협력관계가 부품공급 중소기업의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 삼성전자의 1차 협력사 90개 기업을 대상으로 대기업과 전략적 적합성 및 대기업과의 협력관계가 중소기업의 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 전략적 적합성은 중소기업의 경영성과와 혁신성과 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소기업이 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위해서는 환경에 적합한 전략을 추구해야 한다는 기존 이론적 주장을 뒷받침한다. 둘째, 대기업과의 협력에 있어 기술 및 인력 협력과 협력의 질이 부품공급 중소기업의 경영성과와 혁신 성과 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 대기업과의 기술 및 인력 협력을 통해 부품공급 중소기업의 생산성 및 효율성을 제고시켜 경영성과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 혁신성과 역시 달성할 수 있음을 보여준다. 셋째, 대기업과의 기술 및 인력 협력과 협력의 질이 전략적 적합성과 혁신성과 간의 관계에서 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 부품공급 중소기업이 환경의 불확실성이 높은 경우 차별화 전략을 추구하고 원청 대기업과 장기 지향적이고 상생적인 형태 협력을 수행함으로써, 더 많은 특허출원과 같은 혁신성과를 달성할 수 있음을 보여준다. 반면, 환경의 불확실성이 낮은 경우에는 원가우위 전략을 추구하고 원청 대기업과 기술 및 인력 협력을 수행함으로써, 더욱 큰 혁신성과를 달성할 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 부품공급 중소기업이 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 환경에 적합한 경쟁전략의 선택과 실천뿐만 아니라, 원청 대기업과의 기술 및 인력 협력 강도와 협력의 질이 중요한 영향을 미침을 주장한다. 이러한 주장은 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 경쟁과 협력이 모두 중요함을 시사한다.

SCM 도입 요인 중요도 분석 (Importance Analysis of SCM Adoption Factors)

  • 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 통해 제시된 공급사슬관리 시스템의 다양한 도입 요인에 대해서 그 중요도를 분석하기 위하여 AHP 기법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 지금까지 연구된 공급사슬관리 시스템의 도입 요인에 대해서 국내외 문헌을 통하여 SCM의 도입 요인을 조직 특성, 거래 특성, 관계 특성, 정보 특성 등 4개의 특성으로 범주화하였으며, 각 특성에 대한 세부 도입 요인으로 조직 특성 요인은 도입 전략, CEO 지원, 정보 기술 성숙도, 평가측정시스템 개발, 혁신 선도자 등 5개 요인, 거래 특성 요인은 거래 기간, 납기/품질, 목표 공유 등 3개 요인, 관계 특성 요인은 신뢰, 협력, 갈등, 상호 의존성, 몰입 등 5개 요인, 정보 특성 요인은 정보의 질, 정보 공유, 정보 교환 등 3개 요인을 설정해서 총 16개의 세부 도입 요인으로 분석하였다. AHP 기법을 이용하여 SCM 도입 요인의 중요도를 분석한 결과 SCM 도입 요인에 관한 1차 계층 요인 중에서는 조직 특성(0.387)의 중요도가 가장 높게 분석되었으며, 관계 특성(0.291), 정보 특성(0.167), 거래 특성(0.155) 순으로 분석되었다. 1차 계층 요인의 중요도와 2차 계층 요인의 중요도를 동시에 고려해서 분석한 결과에서는 가장 중요한 도입 요인이 CEO 지원(.169)이었고, 그 다음으로 신뢰(.124), 도입 전략(.089), 목표 공유(.081), 정보 교환(.069), 협력(.064), 정보 공유(.057) 요인 순으로 분석되었다.
