The health screening and promotion is an emerging field of clinical preventiemedicine and is proved to be effective for reduction of diseaseprevalence, particularly life-style related diseases in aged population. However, the goal of perodic health screening can be achieved by a reliable health screening that largely depond on the quality of tests. Various tests including ultrasonography, endoscopy, CT and automated blood analyzers are used in health screening. Thesescreening tests are usually sensitive, but not specific to the presence of diseases. It meams the tests produce more false positive results, that demand eztra-expenses for the confirmation of disease. Promising screening tests should be sensitive as well as specific. However, it is not easy to maintain the quality of laboratory tests, because it is affected by various factors, such as instruments, reagents, laboratory methods and human factors. This review focuses on internal and external quality control of laboratory tests and quality management of health screening services to obtain reliable test results.

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is perceived as an attractive tool for the analysis of pharmaceuticals and biological materials because of their high separation efficiency, easy separation and low running cost. New concept of micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) expanded the application of CE to the separation of neutral molecules. Validation of CE as an analytical technique for quality control of pharmaceuticals should be confirmed by quantitative analysis and the peak confirmation. In this study, the quantitative analyses of various types of neutral, acidic and basic components (acetaminophen, caffeine, ascorbic acid, riboflavin, thiamine, chlorpheniramine, phenylpropanolamine, dl-methylephedrine and dextromethorphan) in complex cold medicines have been accomplished using CE. Combined methods of MECC using SDS and capillary zone electrophoresis lowering the pH of running buffer were adopted to determine the ingredients in capsule type or liquid formula complex medicines without particular sample pretreatment. The results indicate that CE is a promising technique for quality control analysis of pharmaceuticals as a validation method.

Installation and usage methods are currently different between China and Korea for the same rubber asphalt waterproofing sealant. Quality verification is not properly carried out in this situation, so it is necessary to secure reliability in order to export domestic materials to China. In this study, rubber asphalt waterproofing sealant used as injection-type leakage repair material was tested in accordance to adhesion strength quality test method outlined in the JC/T2428 Chinese Industrial Standard to confirm the basic performance is compliant or not.

본 연구의 주목적은 이러닝 서비스의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관하여 체계적인 분석을 수행하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 기본 분석틀로서 Bhattacherjee(2001)에 의해 제안된 후기수용 모델(PAM)을 도입하였다. 그리고 이러닝 서비스에서 사용자의 수용 후 행동을 파악해 보기 위하여 관련 선행문헌에 대한 종합적 고찰 결과를 토대로 콘텐츠 품질, 상호작용성, 기대충족, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 만족, 지속사용의도 등 일곱 가지 연구변수를 도출하였다. 이러닝 서비스 이용 경험자를 대상으로 조사를 수행한 후, 연구모델에 관하여 공분산구조모델 분석기법을 통한 연구모델의 평가 및 가설검정이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이러닝 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질, 상호작용성, 기대충족 등 세 가지 특성요인이 지각된 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 이러닝 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질, 상호작용성, 기대충족, 지각된 사용용이성 모두는 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 지각된 유용성은 사용자 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족은 모두 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 이러닝 서비스 제공자 및 관련분야 연구자에게 유의미한 시사점을 제공하였다.

본 연구는 D&M 모델과 ECM모델을 기반으로 소비자가 대중교통 모바일 결제 앱을 지속적으로 사용하는 데 영향을 미치는 연구 모델을 구축하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 중국 베이징지역에서 264개의 유효한 설문지를 획득하여 Smartpls3.0으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과는, 지각된 정보의 질, 지각된 시스템의 질, 그리고 지각된 인터페이스 설계의 질은 지각된 유용성과 만족을 통하여 소비자 지속적 사용의도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 기능의 질은 단지 지각된 유용성만을 통해 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이다.

The number of confine-disease of elevator increases every year and then sudden rise, sudden stop, error of level indication, stand; those can bring to uneasiness of elevator passenger and malfunction accidents related life accident are increasing. For confirmation those malfunction accident, we are measuring and analyzing power quality(Sag, Interruption, Harmonic) of the actual site and evaluated the performance for stop and stating by testing the two imitation test equipment with EN12016(2004) standard level. This paper will be used data of the analysis for mutual relation between Power Quality and malfunction and fault of elevator.

Fluid Confirmation Tests(FCT) on 1500 ground Anchors install in weathered rock were carried out to investigate upper and lower limit of elastic elongation, frictional resistant of fixed anchor body, mobilized angle between anchor body and soil. All the measured data were analysed and compared with theoretical equations. The frictional angles of diaphragm wall and anchorage system in weathered rock showed nonlinear curve between upper and lower limit of standard elongation. The FCT results indicated that the frictional resistant angles increased with higher values of surcharge load. The quality assurance on the fixed anchor location was investigated by means of measuring elastic elongation during the FCT, and comparing these with theoretical design length, the quality of anchors in this particular site found to be above average standard. The results of this research works with provide valuable guide line on quality assurance of anchors system as well as resonable prediction of friction resistance between the fixed anchor body and the weathered rock.

This paper provides the foundation to settle the new paradigm in the beauty industry service quality by confirming the beauty industry service quality influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty through the actual verification. The scale of this study for measurement of beauty industry service quality is confirmed through the certification of reliability and feasibility with questionnaire investigation after confirmation of contents and preliminary feasibility. The dimensions and items for measurement of beauty industry service quality are selected with service ability(6), tangible(4), responsiveness(3), reliability(2), conveniency(2). And it is confirmed that the level of service quality is changing unlike a beauty-shop facility or cost recognized traditionally as a key factor to occupy the higher position in competition of beauty-shops. This thesis presents the important point of current issue about kinds of strategy which beauty industry should establish in providing the beauty industry service for occupying higher position in keen competition.

This study investigates the impact of tweets on box office revenue. Specifically, the study focuses on the times when tweets were written by examining the impact of pre- and post-consumption tweets on box office revenue; an examination that is based on Expectation Confirmation Theory. The study also investigates the impact of intention tweets versus subjective tweets and the impact of negative tweets on box office revenue. Targeting 120 movies released in the US between February and August 2012, this study collected tweet information on a daily basis from two weeks before the opening until the closing and box office revenue information. The results indicate that the disconfirmation that occurs in relation to the total number of pre-consumption tweets for a movie has a negative impact on box office revenue. This premise suggests that the formation of higher expectations of a movie does not always result in positive results in situations where tweets on perceived movie quality after watching spread rapidly. This study also reveals that intention tweets have stronger effects on box office revenue than subjective tweets.

Recently there has been an increase in interest and competition in sharing economy platforms. The success stories of many companies have spread in this field, such as Uber, but on the other hand, there are many other companies that have failed. We studied and analyzed the factors that affect the user's participation in the sharing economy platforms as an essential part of this system, and how to maintain the consumer's intention of use without compromising consumer satisfaction, as it has become an issue of great importance on the path to the success of the sharing platforms. Relying on the expanded valence framework and expectation confirmation theory as a basis, we constructed hypotheses that influence intention to participate in participatory platforms. Results show that system quality, trust, perceived benefits, and satisfaction are important factors that positively influence intention to continue to participate. This research is expected to help researchers move forward with research related to the future and help business managers understand user insights and integrate them with their business model to help the success, development and expansion of their business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
