This study can realize customer satisfaction by planning in the advance and progresses event to business relation employee and event host and event participation customer of banquet event and mutually between in preparation checking process understand and I wished to explain that revisit is high. Specially, customer discovered that they are more satisfied to enfilade circle when banquet event preparation, progress recognized higher quality of service by plan. Furthermore, was expose that customer satisfaction for enfilade won improves relation quality because constructs trust about enfilade circle and banquet event, and customer loyalty degree to banquet hall. These study finding is presenting suggestion point of inside marketing that can affect to Saengjone of tissue because enfilade circle satisfaction can influence in customer possession in view of plan checking for enfilade won. Therefore, studied relation that exert effect that customers who use banquet event in this study are some in contents and customer satisfaction of plan, customer revisit that is late.

Service Providers need to monitor the level of consumer's satisfaction on service they provide continuously and they use appropriate method to measure their operating status. They have to make a plan on their resource and infrastructure to provide their service in the right place at the right time whenever they need. Most previous studies on IT service quality are mainly focused on criteria or levels of quality measurement even though those criteria and levels should be set by considering consumer's needs. And considering for consumer's needs with managerial factors was not found on those studies. So, we suggest deducing quality factors for continuous improvement of IT service management system in this paper as identify the relative priority using QFD method which consider consumers' voices and managerial factors when decide quality factors of IT service management system introduced SLA. We also confirm that our suggestion is practicable and applicable for current operation by case study.

According to the study of TQM implementations, the odds that an organization will successfully implement total quality management are two to one-against it. Based on the Brown's study, two thirds of all TQM implementations are dropped or fail altogether. However, organizations armed with knowledge of the factors that have the biggest impact on their success can take steps to influence or change those factors. In this paper, we studied on the degree of influence between those factors and successful start up and alignment factors. Based on extensive literature reviews those factors, threat, commitment, plan, progress and strategy are determined. Also we determine the successful start up and alignment factors. A framework of research including above factors is developed and tested statistically The Perceived data are collected from managers of quality departments of 141 Korean firms through survey. The results show that the rating of those factors which determine success of implementing TQM is progress, commitment, strategy and progress. But the factor of threat shows negative influence for the success of implementing TQM.

서비스산업이 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 커지고 국내 GDP비중과 고용비중에 미치는 영향이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 2006년 12월에 정부가 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 종합대책을 발표하였다. 이와 같이 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위한 정부의 노력이 강화되고 있는 이 시점에서 서비스품질 평가에 관한 주제는 시사하는 바가 크다. 이러한 서비스품질 평가는 서비스산업의 생존과 수익성에 지대한 영향을 미치므로 서비스품질에 대한 객관적인 평가문제는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 주관적 환경에서 주관성을 고려하여 서비스품질을 평가하고, 평가결과에 대한 객관성을 보장하기 위하여 퍼지이론과 AHP모형을 이용한 통합모형을 개발하였고, 이는 서비스산업 경쟁력 제고뿐만 아니라 효과적인 의사결정 수립에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

해양 디지털 항로표지 정보 협력 시스템 과제에서 개발되는 소프트웨어의 품질 관리를 위해 국제 표준 기반 표준 품질 프로세스와 프로젝트 관리 시스템 기반 의사소통 및 정보공유 체계를 구축했다. 또한 연구과제 산출물 작성 현황에 대한 모니터링과 소프트웨어 품질 점검 및 검증 지원을 통해 고품질 소프트웨어 개발을 달성한다.

Purpose: In this study, we propose the evaluation criteria and method for selecting intensive management items which, in order to improve the parts management.1) Methods: Parts management such as MIL-STD-3018, SD-19, SD-22 is used for devising the proposed evaluation criteria and method of selecting intensive management items. Especially, proposed evaluation criteria is customized by using AHP method. Results: We approved the importance of evaluation criteria for selecting intensive management items using AHP method. In production step, the parts problem record, the parts reliability, the supplier reliability, DMSM S1). In development step, the parts problem record, a counterfeit, the parts reliability, MTTF2). Conclusion: The evaluation criteria and method for selecting intensive management items which is applicable to the domestic weapon acquisition environment is proposed.

건축물이 대형화, 고층화되는 현 상황에서는 재건축의 효용성이 감소되므로 구조물의 수명연장을 위한 콘크리트 품질관리의 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 콘크리트는 시멘트의 수화 반응에 의해 강도가 발휘되며 온도에 따른 품질변화가 매우 큰 재료로서 한중과 서중 같은 시공환경에서 품질문제가 많이 유발된다. 특히 서중환경에 대해서는 콘크리트 표준시방서와 현장별 특기시방서 및 시공계획서 등으로 현장을 관리하고 있으나, 이에 대한규정이 명확하지 않아 현장별로 뚜렷한 기준 없이 임의로 시공되어 품질이 일정하지 않고 각종 하자가 발생하는 실정이다. 이에 서중 환경이 콘크리트의 시공환경과 어떤 관련성이 있는지에 대해 전국 8개 대도시의 기상자료를 중심으로 적용기간과 일수를 조사하고 분석한 결과 대구가 가장 긴 지역으로 판명되었다. 따라서 이 지역의 콘크리트 양생공정에 대한 현장 품질관리 실태를 조사하여 품질관리상 문제점을 파악하고, 그 해결방안이 될 기초 자료를 도출하였다. 또한, 서중 콘크리트 시공에 있어 현장별로 상이하게 적용되고 있는 양생공정의 품질관리 기준을 통합하여 균일한 품질 확보와 하자발생을 줄이기 위해 현장에서 가장 시급히 보완되어야 할 부분에 대한 현장시험과 품질관리 항목의 분석을 통하여 서중 환경시 양생공정의 시공지침과 시공계획서 작성에 필요한 콘크리트 품질관리에 관하여 연구한 논문이다.

전국적으로 생태하천에 대한 관심이 높아져가고 있는 현실에서 대전광역시에서도 3대 하천에 대한 생태하천 조성계획의 1단계로서 대전천 유지용수 확보 계획이 실행 중에 있다. 다양한 용수 공급원에 대한 평가를 통해 유등천과 대청댐의 물을 이용하여 대전천의 유지용수를 공급하고자하는 계획을 추진하고 있는데, 이 계획 중 중심요소로 등장한 유지용수의 산정과 수질 목표치에 대한 검토를 위하여 HEC-RAS와 QUAL2EU를 적용하였다. 유지용수의 산정은 수심 $10{\sim}30cm$ 이상의 유지와 수질 2등급(BOD 기준 3.0 ppm 이하)를 목표로 제시되었는데, 모형을 통해 확인된 바에 의하면, 기 수립된 유지용수 확보 계획에 대하여 수위확보는 목표치에 도달할 수 있으나 계절의 변화에 따른 공급 용수의 수질변화로 인하여 목표수질의 확보에 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 단순히 용수 공급만을 통한 수질관리보다는 비점오염원의 제거 등 유역관리 계획의 병행이 필요함을 제시하였다.

Pollution load allocation can likely be much controversial, which is essential to formulate the total water pollution load management plan. Existing rules(or guidances) in Korea, can provide no specific criteria for load allocation. Therefore, this paper studied(comprehensively) possible standards how or why to choose any particular allocation method, which was applied in the Gwangju City's load allocation for the satisfaction of set water quality goal. This load allocation is basically focused on the load reduction of domestic wastewater rather than industrial wastewater, because the land-use is strictly regulated and larger sources of pollution are few in the Gwangju City. This paper recommends the city to increase the capacity of sewage treatment plants, promote sewerage maintenance, and set higher effluent standards.

Proper management of small rural watershed is important since it does affect water quality improvement of larger scale watershed. Therefore, effective small watershed management guideline including participatory program of local people is required to achieve water environment improvement. Feasibility of water quality goal, short and long-term watershed management plan and funding sources were investigated by field monitoring of Hampyungchun watershed which has characteristics of rural stream, and literature review. The relevant parties and their roles fer watershed management were identified and suggested. A hybrid model, that is mixture of government driven model and NGO model, is recommended for watershed management organization in this study.
