  • Social commerce has not been studied in depth as it is a more common recent phenomenon. Especially, social commerce has not been examined academically in terms of information quality despite its importance. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of information quality on customer satisfaction and continuous intention to buy in social commerce market. This study addresses two research questions as following. First, this study aims to examine the effects of information quality on customer satisfaction and then investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and continuous intention to use in social commerce market. According to the result of analysis, all aspects of information quality except price information quality were found to be significantly related to the customer satisfaction. Finally, customer satisfaction was shown to be significantly related to the continuous intention to use. This study has academic and practical significance in that it analyses the customer satisfaction in terns of information quality and then provides strategic guide for enhancing customer satisfaction in rapidly developing social commerce market.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

  • In Korea, National spatial data infrastructure has implemented in order to integrated manage and share the national spatial information producted by public agencies and local governments. The necessities of systematic quality management are raised, because information, which is generated by different agencies, is integrative managed by national level. In this paper, the establishment of BPR(Business Process Reengineering) for national spatial data infrastructure quality management system. Quality management business is defined as quality management object definition, quality measuring, evaluation and analysis, and quality enhancement process. Next, activities for each process are designed. For the quality management business, business rule(BR) is required for determining error. We derive the BR for six objects(legal-dong, railway boundary, railway centerline, road boundary, road centerline, building) among the basic spatial information. Other information's BR can be generated by using the derivation method described in this paper. Based on the BPR of this paper and derived BR, national spatial data infrastructure quality management system can be implemented in the future.

  • With the fast development of information and communication technologies, video streaming services and applications are increasing rapidly. However, the network condition is volatile. In order to provide users with better quality of service, it is necessary to develop an accurate and low-complexity model for Quality of Experience (QoE) prediction of time-varying video. Memory effects refer to the psychological influence factor of historical experience, which can be taken into account to improve the accuracy of QoE evaluation. In this paper, we design subjective experiments to explore the impact of Short-Term Memory (STM) on QoE. The experimental results show that the user's real-time QoE is influenced by the duration of previous viewing experience and the expectations generated by STM. Furthermore, we propose analytical models to determine the relationship between intrinsic video quality, expectation and real-time QoE. The proposed models have better performance for real-time QoE prediction when the video is transmitted in a fluctuate network. The models are capable of providing more accurate guidance for improving the quality of video streaming services.

  • This paper presents NR (No Reference) Quality assessment method for IPTV or mobile IPTV. Because No Reference quality assessment method does not access the original signal so it is suitable for the real-time streaming service. Our proposed method use decoding parameters, such as quantization parameter, motion vector, and packet loss as a major network parameter. To evaluate performance of the proposed algorithm, we carried out subjective test of video quality with the ITU-T P.910 ACR (Absolute Category Rating) method and obtained the mean opinion score (MOS) value for QVGA 180 video sequence coded by H.264/AVC encoder. Experimental results show the proposed quality metric has a high correlation (84%) to subjective quality.

  • Owing to the growth of Information Technology, some of big general contractors have been interested in the development of Quality Management Information Systems to integrate the information of quality in planning, design, procurement, construction, and maintenance phases, and tried to maximize the usefulness of it. But the trend has confined only to some big general contractors. The purpose of this paper is to put together and analyze the character of Quality Management Information Systems of big general construction companies and classfy them into a result-focused system and a process-focused system in order to provide primary information for both of development and adoption of the systems.

  • This study aims at investigating the effects of big accounting data on the sustainable business growth of listed firms in Thailand. In addition, it examines the mediating effects of accounting information quality and decision-making effectiveness and the moderating effects of digital innovation on the research relationships. The study's useful samples are the 289 listed Thai companies. To examine the research relationships, the structural equation model and multiple regression analysis are used in this study. According to the results of this study, big accounting data has a significant effect on accounting information quality, decision-making effectiveness, and sustainable business growth. Next, accounting information quality significantly affects decision-making effectiveness and sustainable business growth. Similarly, decision-making effectiveness significantly affects sustainable business growth. Both accounting information quality and decision-making effectiveness mediate the big accounting data-sustainable business growth relationships. Lastly, digital innovation moderates the effects of accounting information quality and decision-making effectiveness on sustainable business growth. Accordingly, In conclusion, big accounting data has emerged as a key source of sustainable competitive advantage. As a result, to succeed in competitive environments, businesses must have a thorough understanding of big accounting data.

  • This study examines whether, when, and how sellers with low-quality products can instantly enhance profitability by fully disclosing quality information. Our analytic model has found that a low-quality seller can increase demand even in the short run by voluntarily sharing the information about its quality, if he can sufficiently reduce perceived risk of buyers. Moreover, a low-quality seller's information disclosure may increase both the market's and the competitor's demand, depending on the level of perceived risk. The finding of this study is expected to provide meaningful implications to managers and policy makers on solving market dilemmas under information asymmetry.

  • This research was conducted to measure the satisfaction level of users and the service quality of specialized libraries in the digital environment. 289 users of 24 government-funded institutes were divided into humanity/social science area and science/technology area for comparison. Using seven hypotheses, the tests were conducted between three independent variables, service quality, space quality, and information quality and one dependent variable, user satisfaction. It was concluded that the competence and quality of the librarian, library homepage, and quality of information are most critical for user satisfaction. Suggestions are made: an improvement in the service quality and specialization of the librarian's skills, a need for librarian's courtesy education, a provision of differentiated and specialized quality of information, an easy access to the library homepage, and supports on the contents and information search.
