The Service sector has increased dramatically in importance over the last decade, both internationally and in the Korea. Deregulation of services, growing competition, fluctuations in high quality demand, and the application of the Information Technologies are presenting a considerable challenge to service companies. In gas or oil companies are exposed to foreign competitions, price and promotion competition with other companies. Usually Service Quality includes five dimensions: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. Customers use these five dimensions to form their judgements of service quality, which are based on a comparison between expected and perceived service. The intention of this thesis is to study on the effect of Service Quality upon the Customer Satisfaction in gas or oil station, based on SERVQUAL.

The 'Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee' decided to restrict the use of vancomycin which was categorized into restricted antimicrobials, among general, reserved and restricted antimicrobials. The committee also established prescribing guidelines of vancomycin in Seoul National University Hospital, May, 1991. Especially, the restricted antimicrobials should be used after approval by infectious disease specialist physician. A retrospective drug use evaluation (DUE) on vancomycin has been conducted to compare with the previous vancomycin DUE study in 1990. 'Criteria for DUE on vancomycin' was modified from Am J Hosp Pharm. Total 65 charts of patients were retrospectively reviewed from July 1991 to June 1992 in Seoul National University Children's Hospital. The justification of use was improved from 56% to 75% comparing with the previous study. In analyzing process indicators, several criteria including body temperature monitoring, WBC monitoring and use of concomitant antibiotics were well documented, but serum creatinine monitoring, culture and sensitivity test and level monitoring were infrequently performed, while the accepted level has been improved. Accepted level for appropriate initial dosage and duration of therapy were decreased. In outcome analysis, blood culture after discontinuing the drug was relatively well documented compared with the previous study. As the results, the approval vancomycin use was shown to be effective and rational in antibiotic therapy. And it is suggested that the above findings should be communicated to the medical staff, and a active intervention, such as feedback control, also be necessary for rational drug use.

The computational science and engineering field, which combines basic science and computing technology, has emerged as a third scientific methodology, following theories and experiments. This study aimed to identify factors and relationships that affect the continued use of the computational science and engineering (CSE) platform for its successful operation, utilization, and diffusion. To that end, the quality factors of the platform were derived by combining the information system success model and the technology acceptance model. These factors affected user satisfaction and intention to reuse through users' perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the platform. An empirical analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey of 373 users of the EDISON platform, a representative CSE platform in Korea. The results revealed that all quality factors have a positive influence on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Specifically, information quality has a significant influence on perceived ease of use, and system quality has a significant influence on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a greater impact on user satisfaction than perceived usefulness, and satisfaction affects intention to reuse. The results can contribute to the development of CSE platforms and the development strategy to expand the number of users.

The diffusion of new technology has traditionally focused on the adoption perspective. Researchers refer this use-diffusion paradigm to behaviors of use after adoption. This study intends to analyse the influential factors of use-diffusion and continual use of website and applications in medical service. To achieve this a use-diffusion model as a conceptual frame work is suggested. Medical information quality, personal innovativeness and subjective norm are assumed as antecedent variables medical website and application's rate of use, variety of use, and continued use intention as result variables. According to the empirical study results medical information quality, web based application usability, personal innovativeness, and subjective norm have a meaningful influence on medical service consumer's use-diffusion patterns. Also pattern of use influences the continued use intention. This study provides an opportunity to understand medical service consumer's behavior after website and application use adoption and suggests further directions for establishing medical service online marketing strategy by determining influential factors of use-diffusion and continued use of medical online marketing tools.

The common accelerated life test(ALT) consists of test methods applying a constant stress, higher than the use condition stress, to items. There we, however, situations for which a progressive stress ALT, in which the stress on a test item is continuously increased with time, Is more convenient to perform testing and simpler in analyzing data than a constant stress ALT. When a product under constant stress s follows a Weibull distribution with parameters $\theta$(5) and $\beta$, maximum likelihood(ML) estimators of parameters involved in the model are obtained and their asymptotic distributions are derived under stress bounded ramp tests in which the stress is increased linearly from use condition stress to the stress upper bound. The optimum test plans are also found which minimize the asymptotic variance of the ML estimator of the log mean life at design constant stress. For selected values of the design parameters, tables useful for finding optimal test plans are given. The effect of the pre-estimates of design parameters is studied.

Scientists planning research that involves the use of animals are required by international and/or national law to examine the possibilities for the implementation of Replacement, Reduction and/or Refinement (the Three Rs principles of Russell and Burch) in experiments for research, testing, and education. There are two Korean laws legislating humane use of animals and ethical review prior to animal experiments. This report reviews current practice of the literature search by the researchers and protocol review by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committees on the Replacement, Reduction and Refinement alternatives in Korea. The promotion and protection of the laboratory animals are one of the core competencies of investigators exploring the ethical conduct of research and good science.

To be able to present authenticity, or to cope with patent related cases or any possible law suite for intellectual. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting the satisfaction of records and information management system on the construction industry. Data was collected through a survey of 129 employees who work for A engineering company. Independent variables in this study included system quality, information quality, and service quality. Latent variable was selected as easy of use and usefulness. Dependent variable was user's satisfaction for the system. The results of analysis of structural equation modeling showed that system quality was found to have both direct and indirect impacts on user's satisfaction. On the other hand, information quality was significant only in direct impact on ease of use. Service quality was not statistically significant in the effect on user's satisfaction.

With the development of IT technology, consumers' shopping behaviors have diversified, and O2O services that remove the boundary between online and offline are increasing. With the development of O2O services, it is bringing about new changes in offline retailers that are facing limitations against the continuous growth of online. Drawing upon Technology Acceptance Model, this study investigates the effect of service quality perceived by O2O service users on consumers' intention to use O2O services. The result confirmed that the perceived quality, an external variable, affects the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, which are the main variables of the Technology Acceptance Model, and the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in turn have a significant effect on attitude and behavioral intention. In particular, it was found that the higher the perceived ease of use of the user, the higher the perceived usefulness and positive influence on the attitude. The results of this study suggest that in order to increase the utilization of O2O service by users, it is necessary to highlight the perceived quality of service and at the same time manage convenience and usefulness. This is expected to provide meaningful directions for companies attempting to advance O2O services.

Solar radiation data are used in several forms and for a variety of purposes. The most detailed information we have is beam and diffuse solar radiation on a horizontal surface, by hours, which is useful in simulations of solar processes. Daily data are more often available and monthly total solar radiation on horizontal surface can be used in some process design methods. However, as performance is generally not linear with solar radiation, the use of average may lead to serious errors if non-linearities ara not taken into account. It is also possible to reduce radiation data to more manageable forms by statistical methods. The control of the quality of most measurements is relegated to the control of the measuring instruments and measuring processes themselves. An accurate measurement will usually result from the use of a high-quality instrument that has been accurately calibrated and is properly used by a qualified individual.

Recycled pulp therefore play a very important role in the paper industry today as a substitute for virgin pulp. In many countries of the world, the paper industry could not exist as it does without recycled pulp. Because, this is mainly due to economic reasons. Particularly in our country, the additional reason is the scarcity of native pulpwood resources. Therefore, the use of recycled pulp is very important. This study was aimed to apply recycled pulp to textbook paper. So we made a paper containing 30% recycled pulp and investigated about print quality, such as color reproduction, trapping, contrast, dot gain, gloss and print through. The results showed that is similar to existing textbook papers.
