Web-based PMIS (Project Management Information System) has played significant role in construction management processes in Korea. As the use of web-based PMIS increases, regular quality assessment to identify user's requirements is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment of web-based PMIS. This study aims to assess the quality of web-based PMIS, especially ASP-PMIS (Application Service Provider based PMIS) that is widely used in Korean construction industry. The assessment factors of ASP-PMIS quality were adopted from previous research and empirically confirmed using exploratory factor analysis. ISA (Importance-Satisfaction Analysis), which is a variation of original IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis), were selected for the assessment and analysis method in this research. A total of 253 completed questionnaires, composed of 23 assessment items, were collected from the ASP-PMIS users in Korea (construction managers and constructors), and they were used to analyse the quality of the systems. Some possible contributions of this research are: it introduces a simple and easy-to-use tool for assessing the quality of ASP-PMIS with a set of quality assessment factors that are selected from previous researches and empirically tested; it provides the quality assessment results of ASP-PMIS in Korea so that ASP-PMIS providers in Korea can understand the users' opinion on their systems; it also identified that the urgent factors that require immediate attention to improvement. However, further researches are to be required on the following areas: enhancing the quality assessment factors in terms of their relation to the success of ASP-PMIS and to the users' performance; assessing and analyzing the quality of individual ASP-PMIS; establishing continuous improvement systems institutionally and instrumentally.

Background : ICD-10 Classification, which is used domestically as well as internationally, has limited use in the clinical practice since it is developed for at disease statistics and epidemiology. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to improve the quality of diagnosis by constructing a new disease classification based on the diagnoses doctors currently make in the clinical setting and connecting this classification with OCS and EMR, and to meet the demands of doctors for high quality medical study data in medical research. Methods : The specialists in each ophthalmic subfield collected clinical diagnoses and abbreviations based on the ophthalmology textbooks and confirmed the classifications. Total number of clinical diagnoses collected was totaled 672, for which ideal diagnoses had been selected and a new model of disease classification model in connection with ICD-10 was constructed. The constructed classification of clinical diagnoses consisted of six steps: the first step was the classification by ophthalmic subspecialty field; the second to fifth steps were the detailed classification by each specialty field; the sixth step was the classification by site. Results : After introducing the new disease classification, research on the use and a pre-post comparison was conducted. The result from the research on the use of the clinical diagnoses in inpatient and outpatient care has shown a gradually increasing tendency. From the pre-post comparison of EMR discharge summary diagnoses, the result demonstrated that the diagnosis was stated correctly and in detail. Since the diagnosis was stated correctly, code classification became correct as well, which makes it possible to construct high quality medical DB. Conclusion : This construction of clinical diagnoses provides the medical team with high quality medical information. It is also expected to increase the accuracy and efficiency of service in the department of medical record and department of insurance investigation. In the future, if hospitals wish to construct a classification of clinical diagnosis and a standard proposal of clinical diagnosis is presented by a medical society, the standardization of diagnosis seems to be possible.

Recently, the internet and mobile telecommunication is proliferating rapidly in the whole world. In accordance with this, people have growing desire to use the internet without the limitation of the space; as a result, the mobile internet users are incredibly increased. However, the established study about the mobile internet emphasize the technical aspects. Therefore, this studies finds the significant factors that affect the use of mobile internet service. This study suggests the enterprises getting the service direction which they will use as a strategy in the future. In order to do this, the study examines the factors which can affect the using of the mobile internet service and analyzes the established study about the quality of the information system and the internet service. The result of the survey shows that the factors affecting the use of the mobile internet service are the stability of the system, the convenience of the system, and the response of the service. It also appears that the satisfaction of the mobile internet service affects the attention of the users to using the mobile internet service. The five theories are selected from the ten creative theories, these explain that it is a little unreasonable to design the model which is related to the prior study of the information systems. It will be more deeply scrutinized to analyze the effect of the satisfaction and the utilization of the users through the quality of the information contents.

As smartphones and tablets are drastically spreading, mobile IPTV service becomes very important emerging issue in addition to existing DMB broadcasting, and the consumption of personalized multimedia services is increasing in the mobile Internet environment. While the previous research focuses on influencing factors of the initial acceptance intention of the mobile IPTV Service, this study intends to find the factors that affect continuous use intention of the mobile IPTV service which has become one of core services in the mobile environment. The research model and the hypotheses of this study could be derived on the basis of four referent theories (that is, mobile service quality model (MOBISQUAL), post acceptance model (PAM), expectation confirmation theory (ECT) and extended technology acceptance model (ETAM)). In order to empirically test the hypotheses, the field survey was conducted for 278 respondents. Twelve ones of fifteen hypotheses were found to be statistically significantly adopted from the results of structural equation model analyses using Smart PLS 3.0. The theoretical contribution of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that affect the continuous use intention of mobile IPTV service. And the practical contribution is to provide the implementation guidelines of managing the service quality to enhance the competitive power of mobile IPTV business.

본 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 생산 관리를 통하여 새롭게 만들어낸 국내산 밀 최고급 밀 브랜드인 "참들락" 밀가루의 원맥, 밀가루 및 가공제품 특성을 비교하였다. 참들락 밀가루 생산을 위한 원맥 생산은 광주광역시 82개 농가에서 생산된 원맥을 선별하여 이용하였다. 참들락 원맥은 다목적용 밀가루에 가장 많이 이용되는 미국산 수입 원맥인 HRWW와 원맥과 밀가루 특성을 비교한 결과 단백질 함량이 약간 높았지만 회분이나 색깔등 대부분의 특성은 비슷하였다. (주)삼양밀맥스에서 산업용 제분기로 제분하여 생산된 참들락 밀가루를 시판되는 다목적용 밀가루와 국수 및 빵 적성을 평가한 결과 대등한 결과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 철저한 생산관리 및 수확 후 관리로 생산된 참들락 맥은 가정에서 가장 많이 소비되는 다목적용 밀가루와 대등한 품질을 나타낸다는 것을 의미한다고 할 수 있다.

Quality Assurance Principles must be effectively implemented in developments and in use of safety critical software in nuclear industry. Brief definitions related to computer software and quality assurance were defined and several methods for evaluating software quality were proposed herewith. Independent verification and validation was suggested to assure the quality of safety critical software.

Ultrasound visualization is a typical diagnosis method to examine organs, soft tissues and fetus data. It is difficult to visualize ultrasound data because the quality of the data might be degraded by artifact and speckle noise, and gathered with non-linear sampling. Rendering speed is too slow since we can not use additional data structures or procedures in rendering stage. In this paper, we use several visualization methods for fast rendering of ultrasound data. First method, denoted as adaptive ray sampling, is to reduce the number of samples by adjusting sampling interval in empty space. Secondly, we use early ray termination scheme with sufficiently wide sampling interval and low threshold value of opacity during color compositing. Lastly, we use bilinear interpolation instead of trilinear interpolation for sampling in transparent region. We conclude that our method reduces the rendering time without loss of image quality in comparison to the conventional methods.

최근 자기주도적 학습, 평생교육이 강조되면서 교육과정에서 학교도서관의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 학교도서관의 구조적, 제도적, 운영적 관점에서의 연구들이 주로 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 학교도서관이 자율성 기반의 자기주도적 교육 운영에 핵심적인 역할을 수행한다는 점을 고려하면 학교도서관 이용자의 자율적 내적동기와 같은 미시적인 주제에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론을 기반으로 학교도서관 이용 동기에는 어떠한 유형이 더 중요한지, 학교도서관 이용 동기가 서비스 품질에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 학교도서관 이용 동기와 서비스 품질 인식이 도서관 이용자의 학년에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가에 대해서도 알아보았다. 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통한 예비 연구를 기반으로 서울에 소재한 4개의 고등학교와 2개의 중학교 학생 588명을 대상으로 학교도서관 이용 동기가 도서관 서비스 품질 인식에 미치는 영향에 대해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 서비스 품질, 그리고 서비스 품질 요소 중 서비스 감성, 정보제어, 도서관 장소를 종속 변수로 각각 설정하였을 때, 네 가지 경우 모두 내재적 동기요인이 외재적 동기요인보다 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 중학생과 고등학생 집단을 각각 별도의 대상으로 설정하였을 때에도 두 집단 모두 내재적 동기가 높을수록 서비스 품질을 더 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론을 학교도서관 서비스에 적용하였다는 점, 이론을 토대로 구분한 동기 유형의 영향력을 측정하였다는 점, 그리고 학교도서관 서비스 향상을 위해 미시적 요인에 초점을 맞추었다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

In this paper, we present a new interpolation method for the color filter away(CFA). In order to capture color images. typical input devices use a single chip CCD imaging sensor with color filter array. As a result, the single chip CCD does not provide sufficient color resolutions since it arranges different color filters sequentially on a single CCD, resulting in aliasing noise and loss of resolution. In order to reconstruct high quality color images, we propose to use the interpolation algorithm using high order B-splines. Experiments show promising results.

The present topic in pharmaceutical industry is to establish Quality Assurance System for medicinal product Therefore, the most important and urgent subject to be solved in the field of the manufacturing industry is to establish, implement and maintain the control system for ensuring uniformity of medicinal product. In case of solid dosage forms for internal use, its quality was controlled by disintegration test, etc but at present bioavailability could be predicted with dissolution test and so the assurance of its uniformity should be prerequistie to preserve suitable dissolution of the manufactured medicinal product.
