Today, wearable technology products are used in a wide range of consumer, healthcare, bio-medical, and industrial applications. The market for wearable technology products is expected to increase dramatically over the next several years. In addition, concerns for safety, performance and reliability of wearable products keep increasing and will be essential for widespread acceptance in the marketplace. Wearable smart devices, which are generally in contact with the human body and skin, are exposed to the risk of the electric shock, burn, and explosion. Therefore, the standardization of wearable devices in terms of human safety and reliability should be very important. Furthermore, the development of test method and test certification of the wearable products will be one of the key technology for mass production. Such standardization and certification will help consumers to choose the safest and best quality wearable devices and allow manufacturers to prove the safety and quality of their products, thereby helping them to gain a competitive technology. This paper discusses the current status of the wearable smart devices as well as the standardization and test certification applicable to wearable technology products.

Purpose: Autonomous driving cars, which are often represent the new convergence product, have been researched since the early years of 1900 but their safety assurance policies are yet to be implemented for real world practices. The primary purpose of this paper is to propose a modular concept based on which a safety assurance system can be designed and implemented for operating autonomous driving cars. Methods: We combine a set of key attributes of CE mark (European Assurance standard), E-Mark (Automobile safety assurance system), and A-SPICE (Automobile software assurance standard) into a modular approach. Results: Autonomous vehicles are emphasizing software safety, but there is no integrated safety certification standard for products and software. As such, there is complexity in the product and software safety certification process during the development phase. Using the concept of module, we were able to come up with an integrated safety certification system of product and software for practical uses in the future. Conclusion: Through the modular concept, both international and domestic standards policy stakeholders are expected to consider a new structure that can help the autonomous driving industries expedite their commercialization for the technology advanced market in the era of Industry 4.0.

Objective: The objective of this study is to analyze standards of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000 to make an integrated system and check whether an integrated system can be used at small size companies. Background: There are many certification criteria for quality, safety and health such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000. However, these criteria are difficult and complicated to be used at a small size company. Thus. it is not easy for small size companies to obtain certifications using these criteria. But customers and workers of small size companies want the key points of these systems to be implemented. Method: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KOSHA 18001, GAP and ISO 22000 were analyzed to find the commonality and duplications as well as the importance of the items in these standards. And a survey was conducted to check whether certain aspects of the anticipated integrated system can be implemented at small size companies. Results: Items were classified into categories based upon the importance to food safety, quality, safety, environment, and health. Items which are common among standards were also identified and thus give ideas to make the new standards simpler than the currently available standards. Items which were important but may not be easily implemented at the small size companies were also identified. Conclusion: By considering the fact that the currently used accreditation standards have many similar aspects, these systems can be integrated into one new system which small size companies can use relatively easily.

국내외적으로 축산분야의 동물복지가 이슈화 되면서 유럽연합(EU)을 포함한 축산 선진국들은 동물복지와 관련된 법률과 규제를 강화하고 있으며 이와 관련된 연구가 수행되고 있다. 국내에서도 축산업의 환경변화와 동물복지에 대한 사회적 인식변화로 인해 기존 인증기준의 보완 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 국내의 동물복지 축산농장인증기준의 개선 방향을 모색하는 일환으로 육계 관련 국내외 동물복지 인증기준들을 비교분석 하였다. 동물복지 인증기준은 각 국가별 혹은 인증기관별로 사육여건과 운영목적에 따라 조금씩 상이한 내용을 포함하고 있다. 동물복지에 있어 가장 중요하게 다뤄지는 사육밀도, 홰의 제공은 모든 인증기관에서 거의 유사한 반면에 사료, 물, 깔짚 및 조명 등의 기준은 서로 상이한 기준을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 국가별 사육여건을 고려한 자율적 기준 마련이 가능한 부분이라 판단된다. 따라서 국외 인증기준을 비교분석함과 동시에 국내사육여건을 고려한다면 보다 현실적인 국내 동물복지 인증기준이 마련될 것이다.

우리나라의 사서자격증 발급을 위한 교육기관은 전국 문헌정보학과, 사서교육원, 학점은행제 등이다. 그러나 교육기관마다 질적 수준과 교육내용이 다르며, 자격증 발급 교육프로그램에 대한 검증방법이 없어서 전문성이 높은 사서를 양성하는데 한계가 있는 것으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외에서 시행되고 있는 학과 또는 교육프로그램의 인증제도에 대해서 살펴보고, 인증제도가 지향하는 바가 무엇이며 어떤 목적과 기준을 가지고 있으며, 평가내용은 무엇인지 등을 구체적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 교육과정 인증제도를 도입하게 될 경우 인증제도 도입관련 도서관법 개정을 포함하여 관련 시행령의 대폭 개정, 인증기관 선정, 인증기준 및 절차 수립, 서류심사 및 인증실사관련 내용 개발, 인증의 효과 제시, 자격증별 인증기준 개발 등이 선행되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다. 지난 20여 년 동안 논의가 되고 있는 사서자격제도의 개선은 현 정부의 구조개혁, 사서자격자 배출급승, 인력수급불균형으로 인한 취업률 저하, 이로 인한 4년제 문헌정보학과의 존폐위기로 이어지는 현 문헌정보학계의 시급사안이므로 더 이상 미뤄서는 안 될 것으로 보인다.

Purpose: This study suggests how to upgrade performance certification technology. Current performance certification of aviation security equipment and the requirements thereof were analyzed. Methods: The performance certification of aviation security equipment worldwide and identified issues with the domestic certification system were compared. The government must upgrade certification in terms of technical standards, the assessment methodology used, and the operating system. Results: Three principal conclusions were drawn. First, certification requirements must be based on a review of the technical literature and real-world experience. Second, development priorities must be set by reference to assessment techniques. Third, both research on the certification system and improvements thereof are essential. Conclusion: Certification of aviation security equipment performance requires gradual upgrading.

Industrial structure is more developed, the economical value of human resources and the cases which risks worker's Health & Safety is expended. The Safety & Health issues are focused on elements of control for management activity simultaneously with work environment as well as the risk elements which risks worker's life and body. The activity for combination of basic management System and Safety & Health management is progressing with active discussion in ILO, BS 8800 is specified the guidance of Occupational Safety & Health Management System in UK. 1996. This research refers to BS 8800:1996, specification as a basic model, and introduce of the result of certification development result in Occupational Safety & Health management System with in ISO 14001 Environmental System Standards & ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards and Systemic Factors. Through this applicability and efficiency evaluation, we make an effort to support and to improve the specification. Also applicability evaluation of Occupational Safety & Health management System and the specification developed for the purpose of the third party certification is applied with expending in industry, and the method is presented through the case which is required to support for method review and activities.

콜센터에 국가표준(KS)이 도입되면서 고객들이 질 좋은 서비스를 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 콜센터 서비스 인증 심사기준의 상대적 중요도를 평가하기 위해서 수행되었다. Fuzzy AHP는 AHP 기법에 Fuzzy 집합 이론을 결합한 것으로, 의사결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 애매모호함과 불확실성을 해결하기 위하여 제시된 방법이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 평가방법론은 현재 국가적으로 추진되고 있는 KS 서비스 인증제도에서도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 본다.

ISO 9000 quality standards families were established in 1987 and have been started to implement Korean industry since early 1990s. ISO 9000 standards families of 1987 were revised in 1994 and 2000, respectively, by request of world wide certification bodies and industry quality experts. This article reviews the necessity of ISO 9001 :2000 revision, quality management principles behind it, and benefits that ISO 9001: 2000 could bring. We summarize responses of foreign industry that ISO 9001: 2000 has been implemented. Survey questionnaire for 23 requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 from manufacturing companies of Busan and Kyungnam provinces are collected. Research hypotheses that there is any difference in quality management system practical application due to company size and implementation motivation are tested using SPSS. Finally, recommendations are provided for operating successful quality management system.

Urban transit consists of signaling system, railway systems, power facilities systems and the other complicated facilities and the standards notify the standardizations, safety standards, performance standards and quality certification standards according to the Urban Transit Act. The government notifies and recommends these standards to improve the performance, safety and maintenance efficiency of urban transit. Now, we need to manage the records and traceability of the standards because they have reciprocal relations with the others so that, if some standards have been changed it could make some problems to the others. As a result, in this research, we suggest the way to manage the traceability of the standards by using the computation support tools.
