  • Objective : This study aims to understand the phenomenon of social admission in Korea's rehabilitation system by analyzing the perspectives of occupational therapists. Methods : We developed a written questionnaire based on RSAT and, in August 2019, distributed it to occupational therapists with more than three years of experience at the time. Data were analyzed using the van Kaam's method. Further, high frequency words were analyzed by word cloud in order to extract significant statements. Results : Forty-six written interviews were collected from various areas of Korea. We analyzed the data into 2 categories, 4 themes, 13 sub-themes. The two categories were 'hospital system' and 'external factors of occupational therapy practice'. The themes according to 'hospital system' were 'difficulties in implementing multidisciplinary approach' and 'inadequate discharge planning system'. The themes according to 'internal and external factors of occupational therapy' were analyzed as 'difficulties of occupational therapists' and 'difficulties in occupational therapy practice'. Conclusion : Occupational therapists in rehabilitation hospitals recognize that the reason for social admission is insufficient insurance systems related to occupational therapy services in rehab hospitals. This leads to difficulties in occupational therapy practice. We need to develop the insurance systems that can meet patient needs for social recovery.

  • The movie WALL-E shows the Earth which has been overrun with garbage and devoid of plant and animal life, and humans who try to restore the ecosystem. The aim of this study is to find the implications of children's education with a detailed analysis of the movie's theme. The analysis method is the interpretive analysis model that is one of the qualitative methods of data analysis based on the concept of Wolcott. First, the Earth is an abandoned planet covered in trash: the Axiom is a haven for morbidly obese and indolent people. The main area of the earth's destruction, and the captain's cabin is the place to find a clue to awakening and change. Second, with the lapse of time, the Axiom becomes a ship allowing their return to earth. The Earth, recognized as their homeland, turns in to the land of hope when people return. Third, the cleaning robot Wall-E, as a main agent of change, has changed humans as well as itself. The results showed that we found nature-friendly development, destruction of nature, the criticism of modern civilization, the sanctity of life, ecological consciousness, coexistence, symbiosis and a win-win principle in our research.

  • Self-healing is an approach to evaluating constraints defined in target system and to applying an appropriate strategy when violating the constrains. Today, the computing environment is very complex, so researches that endow a system with the self-healing's ability that recognizes problem arising in a target system are being an important issues. However, most of the existing researches are that self-healing developers need much effort and time to analyze and model constraints. Thus, in order to improve these problems, this paper proposes the method that automatically generates monitoring module by using UML models for self-healing. The approach proposes: 1) defining system knowledge required for self-healing from UML model, 2) process for generating monitor, by using monitor generated, and process for monitoring the problems. Through these, we can reduce the efforts of self-healing developers to analyze target system, and secure monitoring scope based on information of system knowledge. Also we can minimize the efforts to develop the monitoring environment automatically. to evaluate the proposed approach, we apply proposed approach to ATM prototype system for qualitative result, and perform quantitative evaluation through video conference system in our existing research.

  • The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea is developing a CAS 500-1/2 satellite capable of photographing a GSD 0.5 m level image, and is developing a technology to utilize this. Therefore, this study attempted to develop a geospatial feature extraction technique aimed at automation as a technique for utilizing CAS 500-1/2 satellite images. KOMPSAT-3A satellite images that are expected to be most similar to CAS 500-1/2 were used for research and the possibility of automation of geospatial feature extraction was analyzed through relative radiometric normalization. For this purpose, the parameters and thresholds were applied equally to the reference images and relative radiometric normalized images, and the geospatial feature were extracted. The qualitative analysis was conducted on whether the extracted geospatial feature is extracted in a similar form from the reference image and relative radiometric normalized image. It was also intended to analyze the possibility of automation of geospatial feature extraction by quantitative analysis of whether the classification accuracy satisfies the target accuracy of 90% or more set in this study. As a result, it was confirmed that shape of geospatial feature extracted from reference image and relative radiometric normalized image were similar, and the classification accuracy analysis results showed that both satisfies the target accuracy of 90% or more. Therefore, it is believed that automation will be possible when extracting spatial objects through relative radiometric normalization.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand how a teacher's teaching can be changed while he or she teaches the same contents in different classes. The qualitative research method was used in this study. Data were collected from classroom observations, several in-depth interviews, and stimulated-recall interviews after each class. All the data were transcribed and analyzed interpretively, and then, the results of the analysis were checked by each participating teacher. The results are as follows: First, changes appeared in each class in terms of the teaching items, tools, sequence, and time, even though the same teacher taught the same contents. It showed that the teacher's teaching practice changed immediately and intuitively in class. Second, teachers tried to implement "exploratory teaching" or "move-testing teaching" to address the emerging problems during their teaching. They then reflected on and modified their own teaching. This type of change, which happened during the teaching practice, can be an example of "Reflection-in-practice." Thus, the results of this study can provide helpful insights into how teachers might adapt and reflect in their teaching. It suggests that teachers need to recognize their subconscious teaching changes and learn "Reflection-in-practice."
