This paper is to test the mediating effect of superior trust on the relationship between organizational justice and service quality in service food industry. Based on 302 data gathered in western Kangwon area, analysis result showed that procedural, interactional, and distributive justice have affirmative relation with trust, and also trust has close relation with service quality. Therefore, trust appeared to have fully mediating effect on the relationship between organizational justice and service qualify.

The study for improvement of power qualify is widely performed, because most equipments used semi-conductor are very sensitive for power quality. In this paper, we performed modeling for STATCOM system which developed using SCRs, and suggested the compensation principle of reactive Power by simulations used PSIM software. We will apply this results to 30kVA STATCOM under manufacturing.

In this study, the most important suspension characteristics of railway vehicle, such as primary and secondary stiffness, are optimized to maximize ride qualify. Critical speed, secondary suspension stroke oil tangent track and derailment coefficient on the maximum curvature, are selected as the performance constraints. Piecewise linear curving model is used to evaluate derailment coefficient where it is assumed that wheel/rail contacts occurs at tread or at idealized flange. The combined design procedure is used to optimize above design variables at the same time.

While RSW(Resistance Spot Welding) have been the most successful sheet metal joining process in automotive industry, there are certain qualify issues due to the control system and its application process. Recent materials and coatings make the process more complicated resulting in new challenges for quality welds. In this research, an intelligent RSW system with adaptive control algorithm is introduced to overcome typical RSW issues and its applications to automotive body assembly are presented.

This paper tries to estimate price and quality effects in US cross - sectional fisheries demand analysis using 1987-88 Nationwide Food Consumption Survey Data. The estimated results support to the hypothesis of quality effects in cross - sectional prices, which had been already proven by Cox and Wohlgenant(1986). But Since all zero observations for the respective incomes, expenditures and quantities are eliminated for the ease of computation, it may yield inconsistent estimates from selectivity bias.

In this paper, we propose impr oved binary tree vector quantization based on spatial sensitivity which is one of the human visual properties. We combine the weights based on spatial masking effect according to changes of three primary colors in blocks of images with the process of splitting nodes using eigenvector in binary tree vector quantization. The test results show that the proposed method generates the quantized images with fine color and performs better than the conventional method in terms of clustering the similar regions. Also the proposed method can get the better result in subjective qualify test and PSNR.

The procedure of finding operating conditions minimizing qualify loss is proposed with a real industry example. The procedure consists or major two parts - the selection or process variables critical to the response and He determination or operating conditions. The coefficients or ridge regression and the and stores or partial least squares are applied to select important process variables. Functional approach and Non-functional approach are used to find proper operating conditions of important process variables.

In this paper, we presents a method to control prosody of the synthetic speech using sampling rate conversion technique. In prosody control, the conventional methods perform overlap and add. So the synthetic speech has a distortion and the voice quality is not satisfied. Using sampling rate conversion technique, we can get high Qualify of the synthetic speech. Also we can control various talking speeds according to speaker's patterns.

본 논문은 인터넷에서 실시간 서비스를 효과적으로 지원하면서도 망의 확장성을 제공하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 코어노드에서 각 플로우의 상태 정보를 관리하지 않는 SCORE (Scalable CORE) 네트워크 모델 [1]과 종단간 딜레이 보장이 우수한 QoS (Qualify of Service) 스케줄링 방법중 하나인 WF²Q+ (Worst-case Fair weight Fair Queuing+) [2]에 대해서 기술하고 구현하였다. 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 새로운 망의 구조를 제안하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통한 성능분석을 수행하였다.
