물류서비스품질, 고객만족, 관계품질 및 재구매의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Logistics Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Relationship Quality and Repurchase Intention in Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly world wide web, has resulted in significant changes in commerce environments. Internet has brought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. E-commerce has become so important that countries and firms unprepared for this new trend would lose competitive advantages in the coming century of digital economy. The purpose of this study is to identify logistic!; service quality elements about internet shopping mall customers and examine the relationship among e-commerce logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and repurchase intentions in the area of internet shopping mall. To do so, prior studies on logistics service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship qualify and repurchase intentions were broadly reviewed and the relationship among those four concepts was empirically tested.

쌀가루 혼합빵의 관능적 품질 (Sensory Quality of Rice-Wheat Bread)

  • The sensory quality and the baking property of blonds containing 10-50% of rice flour with wheat flour were analysed by QDA. As sensory characteristics, color, air cell size, air cell distribution, flavor, softness, chewiness and overall quality were evaluated. Bread could be made successfully even using up to 50% rice flour. The color, flavor, softness and chewiness were increased in rice-wheat bread especially using 10∼30% of rice flour, but in case of using 40∼50% of rice flour those characteristics were not significantly different from those of wheat bread. The size of air cell in 10∼30% rice-wheat bread was not significantly different but in 40∼50% rice-wheat bread it was increased. The distribution of air cell was more even in 10∼30% rice-wheat bread than in wheat bread, but not in 40∼50% rice-wheat bread. The overall quality of rice-wheat bread was shown to be better in 10∼30% rice-wheat bread than in wheat bread.

  • In order to overcome such limits of hotel sales, the role of hotel public section, such as eating and drinking facilities, is very important. Moreover, city hotels increase the value of public section by providing various event for citizens as well as and services for banquet. Since Jeju has urban hotels and resort hotels mixed together, their Plane types and area composition based on the characters of customers using the public section are different from ones of other cities. The purpose of this study is to provide basic material for the qualify improvement of the luxury resort hotels in Jeju. We examine the tendency of the systematic Plane composition of the Public sections which take different types of customers, such as Jeju people and tourists, into consideration, analyzing the plane types and the area composition of the luxury resort hotels in Jeju. The study shows that the public part of hotels always had great impact on hotels sales depending on the compositions of plane and area.

  • In recent years, hydroforming technology has been one of the most important technology in automotive industry in the points of weight saving, cost reduction and qualify improvement. However, compared with traditional metal forming technology, hydroforming has much fewer information in experience and empirical knowledge. But we don't have my sufficient time and money to produce hydroforming products using real blank directly Therefore Simulation is essential in hydrofonrung technology development. In this paper, we simulate the side member as the tubular hydroforming technology. The manufacturing process of side member' consists of pre_bending, pre_forming, and hydroforming of a thin tube. Variables such as internal pressure, end feeding, and tool geometry are optimized to improve the forming safety. And we simulate side member according to several lubricant conditions. from those simulations, we find that strain distributions can be reduced well by internal pressure and end feeding control, and lubrication is the most important thing in hydroforming process.

미국, 영국, 한국 사서직 교육의 비교 (Education for librarianship in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Korea : a comparative study)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Korean situation of education for librarianship by comparing library education in the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Korea. The qualifications of librarians, educational institutions and the present trends of education for librarianship in the three countries are described and compared. It was not intended to find out similarities and differences as the three countries share no similar cultural and historical backgrounds. Compared with the education of the two countries, Korea has more ways to qualify librarians, more library schools, and lower academic levels for librarians. Library Associations or Institutes of the U. S. A. and the U. K. are involved in library education by accrediting library schools or library school curricula, but the Korean Library Association has nothing to do with library education. In case of present trends in library education, Korean institutions seem to lag behind in coping actively with the changes occurring in the modern society. Based on the findings, some suggestions are recommended.

ENDOCRINE (APUD) CELLS IN THE OVIDUCT OF THE SHEEP

  • APUD cells in the oviduct of the sheep at standing estrus were localized as paraneurons in the lamina propria sandwiched between this structure and the tunica muscularis by the method of masked metachromasia to toluidine blue after hot mineral acid hydrolysis. These were also confirmed by lead haematoxylin stain and argyrophilia. The oviduct was serialized into 66 zones. Cells were absent in the first and last 2 zones, and most parts of the isthmus. There was however abundant number of APUD cells in the ampulla which were fusiform shaped and were about $5{\mu}m$ width and also in the juncture, where the cells were of a smaller width ($3{\mu}m$) and were quite numerous reaching 180-200 in some zones. It is concluded that peptide secreting cells are numerous in the oviduct and that this may qualify the oviduct as an endocrine organ.

  • 배양액농도는 작물의 양분과 수분흡수에 영향을 주고 생육, 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향이 큰 근권제어요인이다. 순수수경재배에서는 작물종류별 배양액농도에 대한 연구가 많이 되어 있으나 배지경에서 배지종류별 작물에 따른 적정배양액 농도에 대한 연구는 드물다. 특히 적정배양액 농도는 작물종류, 품종, 생육단계에 따라 다르고, 생산물의 품질에도 지대한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀지고 있다. 따라서 토마토에서 배지종류별(펄라이트, 버미큘라이트, 피트모스) 육모기와 정식후 배양액농도에 따른 토마토 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 밝히고져 실험을 수행하였다.   • 소프트웨어 개발환경이 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 개발 생명주기의 각 단계에서 발생하는 요구사항은 기술적, 관리적 측면에서 많은 영향을 받게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 요구공학과 CMM에서 제시하는 활동을 기반으로 완전성과 일치성을 가진 안정적인 요구사항의 생성 및 관리 등을 포함하는 총체적인 프로세스와 활동에 대한 공학적 접근을 제시하여 전체 소프트웨어 개발비용과 위험부담을 경감시키며 품질향상을 이룰 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 논문은 텍스쳐와 같은 물체의 속성이 동적으로 변하는 인터넷 3D 콘텐츠에서 영상 품질을 향상시키기 위한 다중텍스쳐링 기법에 관한 것이다. 다중텍스쳐링과 관련된 X3D 노드들을 최근의 X3D 뷰어를 중심으로 실험하여 이들의 활용 방법과 제약점을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 향후 사용자 요구 및 그래픽가속기의 발전에 따른 차세대 X3D 뷰어의 개발 방향에 대하여 논의한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가면 전송율을 갖는 UWB 통신 시스템을 제안하고 다수의 무선 기기가 유동적으로 이동하는 피코넷 환경에서 다중접속 간섭 및 전송율에 따른 시스템 성능을 분석하였다. 또한, 전송 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 Truncated Type-II Hyabrid ARQ 기법을 적용하여 불완전 채널 환경에서의 시스템 성능을 평가하였다.
