This study aims to identify service factors that satisfy customers in the internet shopping mail context. The study examines the relationship between service qualify and customer satisfaction, and explores the moderating role of the internet community type (i. e., transaction community group, interest community group and fantasy community group). By analyzing 188 questionnaires, we found that out of the five service quality dimensions, only reliability, tangibility, assurance and responsiveness dimensions have positive effects on customer satisfaction. We also found that there is a significant difference in the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction by the perceived type of internet community implications of the findings and future research directions are discussed.

This paper has presented to the design results of the analog and digital signal processor for the 2nd generation thermal imaging system using $480\times6$ infrared focal plane array In order to correct non-uniformities of detector arrays, we have developed the 2-point correction method using the thermo electric cooler. Additionally, to enhance the image of low contrast and improve the detection capability, we developed the new technique of histogram processing being suitable for the characteristics of contrast distribution of thermal imagery. Through these image processing techniques, we obtained a high qualify thermal image and acquired good result.

In this study, effect of freezing and cryogenic crushing on physico-chemical characteristics of sardine, pollack and sqiud representative for domestic frozen fishery products was investigated and some product using them was tried to be prepared. Dehead and viscerated, washed fishes were subjection to freezing without air circulation and liquid N2 gas at -20$\^{C}$,-40$\^{C}$ and -80$\^{C}$, and then frozen fishes were crushed by hammermill, masscolloider and the product was stored added with anti-freeze such as sorbitol, phosphates, starch and egg Powder, qualify of frozen squid surimi was not changes during 70 days at below -20$\^{C}$ . The results of quality characteristics and sensory evaluation of patties and nugget which made from shattered squid and pollack were similar to commercial products in flavor, color and texture, but sardine meat was inferior to commercial products in flavor and color.

제품 발생 소음의 음질 (sound qualify)에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 음질 제어가 제품 경쟁력 향상에 중요한 고려 요소가 되었다. 이러한 음질에 대한 객관적인 분석을 위하여 다수의 상용 프로그램이 개발되고 있지만 라우드니스 (loudness)를 제외한 음질인자 (sound quality metrics)들은 아직 표준화 작업이 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 프로그램에 따라 차이가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 음질 분석을 위한 4 개의 상용 프로그램을 이용하여 일정 신호의 라우드니스, 샤프니스 (sharpness), 러프니스(roughness), 변동강도 (fluctuation strength)를 계산하고, 그 결과를 비교, 분석하였고, 이미 표준화 된 라우드니스를 포함한 음질인자들의 계산 결과는 프로그램에 따라 무시할 수 없는 차이가 나타남을 확인하였다. 이는 제품의 음질 평가 시 사용된 분석 프로그램 따라 그 결과가 다를 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻은 결과는 향후 음질 인자의 표준화 및 음질 지수 개발에 중요한 자료로 사용 될 수 있다.

This study shows basic data for using as the structural lightweight aggregate. This will be the procedural method of recycling environmental close waste PET bottle lightweight aggregate(PBLA) that is rapidly increased the amount of production of waste PET bottle recently, the quality of developed PBLA and the fundamental properties by analyzing of mortar containing with PBLA. After experiment, the result shows the PBLA quality that have oven dry specific gravity of 1.39, unit volume weight of 844 kg/m$^3$ and absorption rate of 0% is satisfied with qualify regulation of lightweight aggregate. The flowability of mortar containing PBLA is increased maximum 16% with increasing mixing ratio of PBLA, however the compressive strength of mortar is decreased maximum 35% with increasing mixing ratio of PBLA.

As dispersed generators was driven in condition interconnecting with utility, it could cause a variety of new effects to the original distribution system that was running as considered only the one-way power flow. Therefore, the protection devices that is builted in distribution system should be designed to be able to operate with disposing of not only a fault of the generator, but also utility condition. Especially, the fault of the feeder interconnected with Dispersed Generator can cause the islanding phenomenon of open DG(Dispersed Generators). This phenomenon has many problems such as a machinery damage, electricity qualify degradation and a difficulty of the system recovery. In the fault therefore, we must separate Dispersed Generator from the system quickly. In this paper, for the fault classification of the interconnected DG and the outside feeder we judge the fault of the interconnected DG and the outside feeder in HMI through data provided by IED(Intelligent Electronic Device) on the network and decide whether it operates or not by sending the result to each relay.

Transformer inrush current can cause the voltage drop by source impedance. The accurate modeling and analysis for inrush current is first step to limit the inrush current and improve the power qualify. This paper presents the modeling of transformer inrush current by EMTP-RV using Jeju power system, Korea. The method to model the hysteresis curve of transformer in EMTP-RV is discussed. Simulations demonstrate the verification of modeling of inrush current by comparing the data recorded in field with simulation values and analyzing the harmonics of inrush current.

$MTP^{TM}$는 고화질의 동화상 데이터를 효율적으로 전달하기 위하여 필요한 대역폭을 확보하는 반면에 정보검색에 사용되는 프로토콜 TCP/IP는 $MTP^{TM}$와 같이 고정적인 대역폭을 확보하지 않는다. 따라서 DBMS에서 관리되는 정보를 중심으로 검색하여 요구되는 동화상 데이터를 전달하는 VOD 서비스 시스템은 이종의 프로토콜을 동시에 제어해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이종 프로토콜을 이용한 VODB 시스템을 제안한다.

AII IP망으로써의 성격을 지닌 차세대 인터넷망의 구축은 앞으로 다양한 서비스의 제공은 물론, 새로운 접속 기술의 개발을 앞당기게 될 것이다. 앞으로 제공될 서비스들은 시간에 민감하고, 대용량의 대역폭을 요구할 뿐만 아니라, 이동 중에도 적합한 서비스 품질(QoS Qualify of Service)의 보장을 요구한다. 현재, 호스트가 이동 중에 접점을 변경할 경우, 서비스의 무결절성을 보장해 주기 위해 가장 활발하게 연구가 진행되고 있는 protocol은 MIPv6(Mobile IPv6)이다. 그러나 MIPv6는 Best Effort 패킷 전송을 위해 디자인 되어 있기 때문에 QoS 보장 부분이 미약하다. 따라서 QoS 보장을 위해 IntServ에서 QoS 지원을 위해 구현된 시그널링 프로토콜인 RSVP(Resource Reservation)와의 연동에 관한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 access망에서 MIPv6와 RSVP를 기반으로 MN(mobile node)에게 서비스를 제공 해줄 수 있는 여러 AR(Access Router)들로부터 정보를 받아 저장하고 가장 적합한 AR을 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 라우터의 가용 자원에 따라 MN이 접점을 이동한 경우 적절한 AR로 빠른 핸드오프가 가능하여 핸드오프 시 발생되는 지연 시간(latency)을 감소 시켜 줄 수 있다.

Gears are essential elements for mechanical power transmission. Geometric precision is the main factor for characterizing gear grade and qualify. Gear pitch is one of the crucial measurements, which is defined as a distance between two adjacent gear teeth. It is well-known that variability in gear pitches may causes wear-out and vibration noise. Therefore maintaining pitch errors at a low level plays a key role in assuring the gear quality to customers. This paper is concerned with a case study, which presents a computerized system for Inspecting pitch errors in a gear machining process. This system consists of a PC and window-based programs. Although the start and stop is manually accomplished, the process of measuring and analyzing pitch data is automatically conducted in this system. Our purpose lies in reducing inspection cost and time as well as Increasing test reliability. Its operation is briefly illustrated by example. Sometimes a strong autocorrelation is observed from pitch data. We also discuss a process monitoring scheme taking account of autocorrelations.
