VLSI(Very large scale integration) 기술을 통한 트랜지스터의 소형화를 통해 CMOS 집적 회로의 성능은 지속적으로 발전해 왔다. 이와 같은 기술 발전에 따라 집적 회로를 구성하는 디지털 논리 요소 또한 진화를 하고 있다. 디코더는 부호화된 정보를 다시 부호화되기 전으로 되돌아가는 처리를 하는 디지털 논리 요소이며 컴퓨터 설계에서 많이 사용되는 핵심 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 양자점 셀룰라 오토마타(Quantum Cellular-Automata, QCA)를 사용하여 인에이블 입력을 가진 2-to-4 디코더를 제안하였다. 4-입력 유니버설 게이트의 하나의 입력을 1로 고정시켜 3-입력 NOR 게이트로 사용하며, 입력 값 X와 입력 값 Y의 중복된 배선 수를 감소시키고 한 배선으로 두 게이트에 입력을 연결하여 디코더의 배선 수와 배선 교차부를 최소화한다. 제안안하는 4-to-2 인에이블 디코더는 기존 디코더보다 셀의 개수와 클럭수를 감소시켜 디코더의 성능을 더 효율적으로 향상시켰다. 이를 통해 고속 회로 설계에 활용 및 높은 성능을 기대 할 수 있으며 QCA 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 전망 한다.

In this work, we analyzed the viscoelastic characteristics of electrochemically polymerized polypyrrole(PPy) thin film in various electrolyte solutions, $Na_2SO_4,\;Na_2CO_3$ and SDS + $NaClO_4$, using QCA. The characteristics of redox reaction of electrochemically polymerized PPy thin film for 180 sec in each electrolyte, was investigated in 0.1 M $NaClO_4$ electrolyte solution by cyclic voltammetry method. We used one side of quartz crystal electrode as a working electrode and measured the resonant frequency, resonant resistance and current as analytical parameters. As the results, we suggest that electrochemically polymerized PPy thin film in various electrolyte solutions shows tendency changing from elastic characteristics to viscoelastic one in the order of $ClO_4{^{-}}\;+\;DS^-,\;SO_4{^{-2}}$ and $CO_3{^{-2}}$.

Purpose - As the domestic coffee market is rapidly growing and competition is intensifying, coffee shops need to establish a marketing strategy that grasps the needs and desires of consumers in order to secure a competitive advantage in terms of survival. From this point of view, this study suggests what choice attributes consumers consider when visiting coffee shops, and analyzes the effect of customer choice attributes on franchise and private coffee shops using fsQCA. Research design, data, and methodology - In the present study, we tried to understand the effect of the combination of choice attribute on satisfaction by the type of coffee shop based on the complex system theory, while studying the existing coffee shop choice attribute focuses on the causal relationship. FsQCA is a complementary analytical method between quantitative and qualitative research, and is a method for effectively analyzing the complex combination of causal variables. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, cleanliness was found to be the most important factor in determining coffee quality, which is the most important factor affecting customer satisfaction. Second, customers who prefer franchise coffee shops seem to be most concerned about atmosphere, menu, cleanliness and price. On the other hand, customers who prefer private coffee shops consider image the most important. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. Overall, coffee shops should manage cleanliness basically regardless of the type of store, but they should manage the choice attributes differently depending on the type of coffee shop. Franchise coffee shops will be able to increase the level of store satisfaction by systematically managing the store atmosphere, menu, cleanliness, and price according to the manual using the advantages of the franchise system. On the other hand, unlike the franchise coffee shops, private coffee shops can operate autonomous stores, so customers can use various marketing mixes to enhance their store image.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the net effect and the combined effect of the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success of researchers at public research institutes. Based on the existing literature, the determinants of the researcher's likelihood of start-up success were reviewed, and a conceptual relationship between the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success was established. Data collection was conducted through a survey targeting researchers at public research institutes, and a total of 114 data were collected. The partial least squares (PLS) analysis method was used to analyze the net effect of the likelihood of start-up success determinant, and the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to analyze the combined effect of the likelihood of start-up success determinant. In the PLS analysis results, it was found that technology commercialization probability and creative self-efficacy had a significant positive effect independently on the likelihood of start-up success. In the fsQCA results, we found a combined effect of increasing the likelihood of start-up success when the technology commercialization probability, technology commercialization capability, and creative self-efficacy were high. These research results provide academic implications for understanding the determinants of the likelihood of start-up success of researchers in public research institutes.

In this paper, we propose a new multiplexer using quantum dot cellular automata (QCA), a next-generation digital circuit design technology. A multiplexer among digital circuits is a circuit that selects one of the input signals and transfers the selected input to one line. Since it is used in many circuits such as D-flip-flops, resistors, and RAM cells, research has been conducted in various ways to date. However, the previously proposed planar structure multiplexer does not consider connectivity, and therefore, when designing a large circuit, it uses an area inefficiently. There was also a multiplexer proposed as a multi-layer structure, but it does not improve the area due to not considering the interaction between cells. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new multiplexer that improves 38% area reduction, 17% cost reduction, and connectivity using a cell-to-cell interaction and multi-layer structure.

Purpose - In the context of economic globalization and the continuous development of international trade, as countries around the sea peninsula, port construction is particularly important. Based on the research on the influencing factors of port logistics development based on the allocation analysis, QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) provides the basis for the planning and policy of port logistics development and has important theoretical value and practical significance for improving the level of port logistics management, reducing logistics operating costs and increasing economic benefits. In the tide of global integration for the development of port logistics, promote the growth of foreign trade economy of the city. It is also of great significance to the development and progress of commerce and trade. Design/methodology - Based on the relevant data samples of various ports in South Korea, this paper uses fsQCA (fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to integrate and analyze the influence mechanism of port logistics development and extracts five influencing factors of port logistics development, including the port's scale and infrastructure in the hard environment, port-neighboring enterprises in the soft environment, hinterland economy and government support. Findings - The five factors are unable to separately constitute the necessary and sufficient conditions of port logistics development, only a combined model can influence lake port logistics development. The scale and infrastructure of the port itself and port-neighboring ring enterprises are the main core conditions, which work together on the port, affect the throughput capacity of the port, and promote the development of port logistics. When the port-neighboring enterprises are not complete and the scale is low, the growth of port throughput will be restrained and the development of port logistics will be affected, whether the hinterland economic benefits are general, the development of port-neighboring enterprises is insufficient, or the government supports are limited. Originality/value - Through the research on the development of port logistics in South Korea from the perspective of configuration, this paper finds the configuration influence of hard environment and soft environment on the development of port logistics, which has important theoretical and practical significance for better promoting the development of port logistics in South Korea.

Purpose - It is chaotic when doing a business without legal patterns and rules; individuals who make legal decisions without legal consideration are often protecting their interests and forgetting others. This study aims to suggest key solutions how companies can make better decision based on legal considerations through investigation comprehensive literature analysis. Research design, Data, and methodology - This research conducted qualitative textual method and a technique called 'Qualitative Comparative Analysis' (QCA) can be used to understand better why certain things change while others do not. In tough situations, QCA is a strategy for comparing several occurrences. Result - Total six considerations were founded by the QCA for better corporate decision. Based on these considerations, all stakeholders, shareholders, and every employee should nominate and vote on one person to be their leader in the organization; fair practices in choosing the governor of the organization through legal binding will bring peace and order to the company. Conclusion - It was time consuming to go through every detailed material that entails legal consideration in making corporate decision. The concept of same profile in the research is critical whereby many authors are using same concept to write their articles and books. Using pure concept from one source limits the research and gives inadequate information.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in industry-research institute(IR) cooperation for researchers of government-funded research institutes in Daedeok Innopolis. We reviewed the existing literature on the determinants of innovation performance through cooperation, and established a conceptual framework to analyze the combinatorial effect of the determinants of innovation performance on innovation performance in IR cooperation. Data for empirical analysis were collected through a questionnaire survey targeting researchers at a government-funded research institute in Daedeok Innopolis. The fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to analyze the combined effect of determinants of innovation performance. The fsQCA results show that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, high commitment and high satisfaction of researchers of government-funded research institutes improve innovation performance. On the other hand, it shows that the configuration of high motivation, high trust, low commitment and low satisfaction of the researcher improves innovation performance.
