In this paper, we present the low voltage and high efficiency Q-band MIMIC oscillator using device-level power combined structure. The oscillator was successfully integrated by using 0.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ GaAs PHEMTS and the CPW transmission line. We show that the highest efficiency is 19 % with an output power of 2.6 ㏈m at a frequency of 34.56 ㎓. The operating voltage of the oscillator is 2.2 V which is lower voltage than that of previously reported oscillators at Q-band. And the maximum output power of 6.7 ㏈m was obtained at a frequency of 34.56 ㎓.

A new methyltrophic bacterium which utilizes methanol as a sole source of carbon and energy was isolated from soil. It was Gram-negative, nonmotile, nonspore-forming rod, and strictly aerobic bacterium. Catalase and oxidase activities were present. Nitrate was reduced to nitrite. Vitamins and other growth factors were not required. Generation time was 1.6 hr under the optimal condition. The isolate assimilated methanol via the ribulose mono-phosphate pathway (Enter-Doudoroff varient) and did not have .alpha.-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase. It assimilated ammonia through glutamate dehydrogenase. The guanine plus cytosine content of the DNA was 61.0 mol%. The celular fatty acid composition was primarily straight-chain saturated $C^{16 : 0}$ acids (palmitic acids) and unsaturated $C_{16 :1}$ acid (palmitoleic acids), and the isolate also contained two unidentified $C_{17}$ branched fatty acids. The major ubiquinone was Q-8, and Q-6 and Q-7 were present as minor components. Phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylglycerol were predominantly present, and diphosphatidyglycerol was also detected. Based on the physiological and biochemical properties, the isolate was assigned to a novel species of the genus Methylobacillus, Methylobacillus methanolovorus sp. nov.

This study applied the Q methodology to the graduate students of the department of food service management in Seoul to grasp the subjective perception of customers using the big blur phenomenon and the introduction of the kiosk. As a result of the analysis, five types were derived. (N = 6): Fast payment and various order preference types, the second type (N = 6): Earning and discount benefits preference type, the third type (N = 3): Simple order preference type, The fourth type (N = 2): Employee service preference type, and the fifth type (N = 3): Safety payment preference type. In the future, the research on the Big Blur phenomenon of eating out company will be refined through more detailed Q methodological questions with analytical techniques based on extensive literature and empirical studies, and to analyze the various opinions of respondents more concretely and objectively.

본 논문은 마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용한 밀리미터파 대역의 공진기 설계를 제시한다. 밀리미터파 대역에서 3D 설계 tool인. HP HFSS ver. 5.5를 사용하였다. One-port cavity 공진기는 공진 주파수가 39.34 GHz., 반사 손실은 14.5 dB, 그리고, loaded Q (Q$_1$)는 150 을 보인다. Two-port cavity 공진기의 경우, 공진 주파수는 39GHz이고, 삽입 손실과 반사 손실은 각각 4.6 dB 와 19.8 dB. 그리고 loaded Q와 unloaded Q는 각각 44.3과 107로 측정되었다.

In this paper, we introduce degenerate generalized poly-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials with (p, q)-logarithm function. We find some identities that are concerned with the Stirling numbers of second kind and derive symmetric identities by using generalized falling factorial sum.

In this paper we obtain the closed forms of some hypergeometric functions. As an application, we obtain the explicit forms of the Bergman kernel functions for intersection of two complex ellipsoids {$z{\in}\mathbb{C}^3:{\mid}z_1{\mid}^p+{\mid}z_2{\mid}^q$ < 1, ${\mid}z_1{\mid}^p+{\mid}z_3{\mid}^r$ < 1}. We consider cases p = 6, q = r = 2 and p = q = r = 2. We also investigate the Lu Qi-Keng problem for p = q = r = 2.

The purpose of this paper is to study the geometry of null curves in a 6-dimensional semi-Riemannian manifold $M_q$ of index q, since the general n-dimensional cases are too complicated. We show that it is possible to construct three types of Frenet equations of null curves in $M_q$, supported by one example. We find each types of Frenet equations invariant under any causal change. And we discuss some properties of null curves in $M_q$.

Van Hamme's (G.2) supercongruence modulo p⁴ for primes p ≡ 3 (mod 4) and p > 3 was first established by Swisher. A q-analogue of this supercognruence was implicitly given by the first author and Schlosser. In this paper, we present a new q-analogue of Van Hamme's (G.2) supercongruence for p ≡ 3 (mod 4).

In this paper, the degenerate q-Bernoulli polynomials are defined by generalizing it more, and various properties of these polynomials are introduced. To do this, we define generating functions of them and use the definition to introduce some interesting properties. Finally, we observe the structure of the roots for the degenerate q-Bernoulli polynomials.
