본 논문에서는 시간 개념이 포함된 역사적 지식을 표현할 수 있는 사건 온톨로지(event ontology) 기반의 역사 온톨로지 모형인 Y-HisOnto 를 제안한다. 제안한 역사 온톨로지 모형은 기존의 온톨로지에서 사용되는 이진 관계(binary-relationship)로 표현된 단편적 지식들을 조합하여 다진 관계(n-ary relationship)를 이용하여 역사적 사건 관련 지식을 표현한다. 제안한 온톨로지 모형에 기반하여 사건 중심의 지식을 온톨로지로 구축하고, 사건 관련 질의에 대해 온톨로지 논리 검색 실험을 수행함으로써 제안한 온톨로지 모형이 Q&A 시스템에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인한다.

Despite many advantages, d-q theory was available only for three phase system. But recently, some papers proposed the application methods of d-a theory or similar theories for single phase systems. This paper presents the control method of the utility-connected single-phase inverter using d-q theory. The suggested method gives single-phase system instantaneous controllability and also makes the realization of APF(Active Power Filter) without DFT operation and PFC(Power Factor Controller) possible. This paper deals with utility-connected single phase inverter with PFC function. The controller was verified by simulation tool.

We say (W, {${\phi}_1,\;{\ldots}\;,{\phi}_t$}) is a polarizable dynamical system of several morphisms if ${\phi}_i$ are endomorphisms on a projective variety W such that ${\otimes}{\phi}_i^*L$ is linearly equivalent to $L^{{\otimes}q}$ for some ample line bundle L on W and for some q > t. If q is a rational number, then we have the equidistribution of small points of given dynamical system because of Yuan's work [13]. As its application, we can build a polarizable dynamical system of an automorphism and its inverse on a K3 surface and can show that its periodic points are equidistributed.

Since 1975, Korean defence quality system has been operated by adopting defence specifications, 0050-0015, 0050-0029 and 0050-0030, which were based on the American specifications, MIL-Q-9858, MIL-Q-45208 and MIL-STD-45662. The trend that the ISO certification is intensively required for the international trade, and the need for modernization of the Korean military forces, however, provide motivation to revise the defence quality system. In this study, an improved defence quality system has been proposed by the comparison study among the requirements prescribed in ISO 9000, AQAP 100 series, MIL-Q-9858.

본 논문에서는 SSFBG(superstructured fiber Bragg grating)를 하나가 아니라 다수를 어레이로 배열하여 구성한 광CDMA 부호기 및 복호기에 대해 연구하였고, 이를 광CDMA 시스템으로 구성하여 제대로 동작됨을 보였다. 시스템의 성능을 나타낼 지표로 eye-diagram 및 Q-factor를 이용하여 결과를 보였으며, 부호기와 복호기가 서로 매칭이 될 경우에 Q-factor가 14.53 dB가 나옴을 확인하였다.

최근 들어 우리나라에서는 설치의 간편성과 높은 신뢰도를 가진 전력케이블의 사용이 증가하고 있다. 전력케이블은 출고 전에 IEEE std. 404-1993 시험을 거쳐 안정성을 확인하고 있지만 포설시 발생하는 접속부 내부의 결함으로 인하여 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 특히 불순물 혼입 또는 공극 발생시 고장율은 증가하게 된다. 부분방전 검출은 포설 후 전력케이블의 상태를 관측할 수 있는 유용한 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 부분방전 특성을 평가하고자 케이블 접속재인 EPR과 케이블 절연체인 XPLE 사이에 인공 결함을 발생시킨 후 데이터 취득 시스템을 이용하여 ${\varphi}$-q-n 특성을 검출하였으며, 부분방전의 정량적 해석을 위해 필요한 통계량인 최대방전전하량($q_{max}$), 평균방전 발생 펄스 수(${\={n}$), 평균 방전전하량(${\={q}$), ${\={n}$의 언밸런스 비와${\={q}$의 언밸런스 비를 계산하였다.

An important assumption for the active power filter design using instantaneous power theory and the d-q transformation method in a 3-phase power system is based on balanced 3-phase system. However, under pratical conditions, the 3-phase power system can not be continuously balanced due to unbalanced loading. In this paper, a method to control the 3-phase active power filer using instantaneous power theory and the d-q transformation under unbalanced power system is presented and the theoretical results are verified by simulated results.

In this paper, we investigate standards for quality management, dependability management and risk management. We also suggest an integrated and comprehensive system of quality(ISO/TS16949), dependability (IEC60300)and risk(JIS Q2001).

This paper proposes a performance improvement of existing single-phase current-fed qZ-Source inverter. Voltage gain of the traditional voltage-fed full-bridge inverter and single-phase current-fed qZ-source inverter is only equal to or smaller than input voltage. The proposed inverter can obtain twice higher voltage gain than the single-phase current-fed qZ-Source inverter by adding an extra switch and a capacitor in the circuit. In addition, the proposed inverter shares the common ground between dc input and ac output voltage. Therefore, the proposed inverter can eliminate the possible ground leakage current problem when it is used for grid-tied photovoltaic inverter system. A 120 W prototype inverter is built and tested to verify performances of the proposed inverter.

This paper presents the polygon-based Q-leaning and Cascade Support Vector Machine algorithm for object search with multiple robots. We organized an experimental environment with ten mobile robots, twenty five obstacles, and an object, and then we sent the robots to a hallway, where some obstacles were lying about, to search for a hidden object. In experiment, we used four different control methods: a random search, a fusion model with Distance-based action making (DBAM) and Area-based action making (ABAM) process to determine the next action of the robots, and hexagon-based Q-learning and dodecagon-based Q-learning and Cascade SVM to enhance the fusion model with DBAM and ABAM process.
