탁상용 소형 사출 성형기 개발 (Developed Compact Injection Molding Machine for Desktop)

  • It is a small injection molding machine for table top considering the material heating mechanism and the design and structure stability by securing the mechanism that compresses the inside of the material heating tube by using the electric actuator and by providing space between the body and the material heating tube to reduce heat loss Develop body. An electric actuator suitable for applying pressure to the inside of a material heating tube is a mechanical system composed of a rigid structure. Since a large force is repeatedly applied to the electric actuator and the push rod, the interaction between the moving parts and the dynamic Maximum stress through analysis and prediction of fatigue life of critical parts The pushrod reflects the structural analysis results of the electric actuator and the push rod, and pushes the inside of the material heating tube by the push rod to inject the molten material from the nozzle into the mold. The pushrod operates by the operation of the electric actuator. The material heated by the coil heater is ejected through the nozzle by the pressure of the material heating tube, and the material heating tube and the nozzle are also lowered at the same time as the push rod is lowered, so that the material is closely adhered to the mold. We want to study the completion of the injection.

  • MDO (Multidisciplinary Design Optimization) methodology is an emerging new technology to solve a complicate structural analysis and design problem with a large number of design variables and constraints. In this paper MDO methodology is adopted through the use of computer aided systems such as Geometric Solid Modeller, Mesh Generator, CAD system and CAE system. And this paper introduces MDO methodology as a new method for structural analysis and design through the application to the structural design of flap drive system. In a MDO methodology application to the structural design of flap drive system, kinetodynamic analysis is done using a simple aerodynamic analysis model for the air flow over the flap surface instead of difficult aerodynamic analysis. Simultaneously the structural static analysis is done to obtain the optimum structural condition. And the structural buckling analysis for push pull rod is also done to confirm the optimum structural condition (optimum cross section shape of push pull rod).

묘삼 직파 겸용 인삼파종기 개발 (Development of Ginseng Seeders for the Dual-use in Seedling and Direct Planting)

  • Standard ginseng seedling, selected after one year's rearing in the seedling bed has been conventionally transplanted in Korea. Recently, the direct seeding areas have been increasing to product high quality ginsengs for red-ginseng processing. Reciprocating push-rod brush, holed-roller and vacuum suction seeders, planting with 30 ${\times}$ 30mm spacings and adjustable to the folds were designed and theirs performances were evaluated. The developed three types of seeders reliably performed at the success rate over 95% with less than 10% in slip rate, and could be used a seeder for the greater spacings by adjusting metering parts. The research concluded that the vacuum suction seeder was the most feasible and practical with the greatest metering success and the least slip among three type seeders of the reciprocating push-rod brush, holed-roller and vacuum suction seeders. The vacuum suction seeder holds a seed with each needle nozzle using the negative pressure created by a vacuum pump. The capacity was 24.5 times greater than a man power at the speed of 5 m/min.

육묘상자간 자동 육묘 이식 시작기 개발 (Development of A Automatic Transplanter for Bedding Plants Between Tray)

  • This study was carried out to develop gripper which to adaptive variable tray and to develop automatic transplanting system for seedling-production system between tray. This system consisted of five set of gripper and end-effector, a planting-width control unit, a tray transfer unit, and gripper moving device which move gripper between nursing tray and growing tray. This system used push-out rod to grasp plant instead of pull-out end -effector. Several types of fingers, which physically grip seedlings, were also developed and tested to ensure reliable transplanting operation of the gripper. The transplanting system detaches seedlings from a tray with push-o0ut rods, which were installed under the tray transfer unit. The performance of the transplanting system was evaluated by successive transplanting experiments. Using the best type of finger , the transplanting system produced 94.6% of transplanting success rate.

확공형 마이크로 파일의 강도 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strength Evaluation of Micropile with Expanded Drill Hole)

  • This study proposes an advanced type of a micropile system. The proposed micropile system consists of perfobond ribs installed steel rod to improve shear capacity between the thread and the grout, and partially expanded drill holes to increase resistance capacity between the grout and the ground. This study contains experimental evaluations on the proposed micropile system to verify the shear capacity of perfobond rib installed on the steel rod and the load-carrying capacity of shear key created by the partially expanded drill hole. Push-out tests were conducted on a rolled screw thread and steel rods which perfobond ribs are installed instead of rolled screw, in order to compare their load-carrying capacity and behavioral characteristics. As a result, it was confirmed that the perfobond-rib steel rods show much superior structural behavior in terms of initial stiffness, ultimate load, and ductile behavior.

단일 고전단 링앵커의 전단강도 모델을 이용한 다수 고전단 링앵커의 전단강도 평가 (Shear Strength Evaluation on Multiple High-Shear Ring Anchors Using Shear Strength Model of a Single High-Shear Ring Anchor)

  • 이 연구에서는 롯드 앵커에 강재 링을 추가한 고전단 링앵커의 전단실험을 바탕으로 강도평가 모델을 개발하였다. 고전단 링앵커의 전단강도는 콘크리트 압축강도의 3/4 제곱에 비례하여, 강-콘크리트 합성구조에 사용되는 전단연결재와 유사한 강도 특성을 발현하였다. 콘크리트 압축강도, 측면연단거리, 롯드 묻힘깊이를 고려한 단일 고전단 링앵커 전단강도 평가 모델을 개발하였다. 22개 실험결과와 비교한 결과 [실험값]/[예측값]의 평균이 1.01 변동계수 7.57%로 나타났다. 한면에 4개씩 총 8개의 고전단 링앵커에 대한 Push 실험을 수행하고, 개발된 전단강도 모델과 비교하였다. 다수의 고전단 링앵커 Push 실험 결과, 단일 고전단 링앵커와 유사하게 측면 연단거리 100 mm에서는 쪼갬파괴가 발생되고, 측면 연단거리 150 mm에서는 쪼갬파괴와 지압파괴가 혼합되어 발생하였다. 쪼갬 파괴가 발생된 경우, 가력방향으로 고전단 링앵커 간격이 측면 연단거리의 4배인 400 mm이면 파괴면이 독립적으로 발생되어, 앵커 사이 간섭이 발생되지 않았다. 지압 파괴가 발생된 경우, 지압파괴의 영향 길이가 150 mm 미만으로 가력방향으로 고전단 링앵커의 간격이 200 mm를 확보하면 앵커 사이 상호 간섭이 발생되지 않았다. 다수 고전단 링앵커 Push실험에 의한 전단강도는 이 연구에서 개발된 예측강도의 평균 98%가 발현되었다. 개발된 전단강도 모델이 다수의 고전 단 링앵커의 전단강도 예측에도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper reports on the development of the analysis program of the valve train system, IV-TAP. It is essential to verify the stability of the design and to improve the performance of the system. In order to do that effi챠ently, it is required that integrated and interactive simulation analysis program. IV-TAP is developed in the base of the object-oriented, capsulation, modulization, OLE(objected linking and embedding) and variational design theory. So it contain the expandability and flexibility of the structure. In additon to that, it is programed to make the convenient user interface by using the visualization programming. It can support the modification of the valve element as well as the development of the valve system in the beginning. It is expected to reduce the money and effort for design the valve train system.

케이싱 오실레이터의 역기구학 해석 (A Study on the Inveres Kinematic Analysis of a Casing Oscillator)

  • The casing oscillator is a construction equipment to clamp, oscillate and push a casing for foundation work. In case that the casing oscillator is operated on the slant ground, if another construction heavy equipment is not used, it is impossible to insert the casing in ground using only casing oscillator. So in this paper, we present the new casing oscillator that need not to level the ground for work of casing insertion. This mechanism can execute 4 DOF motion by actuating 5 single - rod hydraulic cylinders. The inverse kinematics analysis of the casing oscillator is performed and we verify the validity of kinematics analysis through the experiment.

브레이크 페달 해석 정확도 향상 연구 (The Study on Precision Enhancement at Brake Pedal Analysis)

  • The brake pedal is one of the most important parts for controlling the speed of the vehicle. Incorrect design of the brake pedal can place the driver in danger. CAE is being done for weight reduction to improve the safety of the driver and the vehicle performance and research is performed to improve the accuracy of analysis. The accuracy of the experimental and analysis values in regard to the stiffness of brake pedals, however, is still poor. Therefore, the aim of this study is to present appropriate analysis conditions based on the factors that influence the analysis in order to obtain accurate analysis results.
